Molto buono. Unica lamentela, il comportamento dell'autista della "navetta" per l'aeroporto (fornita dall'albergo), che si è arbitrariamente trattenuto quattro euro di resto (dati 50, resi 30) come mancia.

complessivamente buono, grande e comoda camera family ,affacciata sulla Gran via ( rumorori di traffico e sirene la notte), letti un po' duri ,bene bagno , ottima e varia colazione a buffet , fermata metro a 10 metri , in centro (Puerta del Sol ) in meno di 10 minuti a piedi.WiFi solo nella Hall ed al piano colazione internet con cavo in camera

in posizione molto centrale, posizionato a pochi passi dalla metro e nella zona centrale del cuore di madrid, stanza piccola invece della matrimoniale ho avuto una stanza con due letti separati, per il resto tutto ok

sono molto soddisfatto, personale gentile massima cortesia, prezzi extras accettabili. Raccomandato per famiglia, larghi spazi e cittadina silenziosa e molto pulita. Pur rimanendo a 30 km da Madrid molto ben collegata, treno pulito e veloce ogni 20 minuti. Ci tornerò volentieri

A Madrid, in zona Gran Via - Puerta del Sol, Hotel Liabeny si trova a breve distanza dai seguenti luoghi di interesse: El Oso de Madrid, Plaza Mayor e Puerta del Sol. Nella stessa area sono inoltre presenti: Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza e Plaza de Espana.

Albergo in posizione vantaggiosa, pulito, ma 4 stelle forse è un po' eccessivo. La stanza dava in un cortile interno stretto e buio. L'arredamento e il bagno sebbene discreti, erano peggiori di quelli mostrati nelle foto. "Hotel Liabeny - Great Location/Good Hotel"
Great Location - Very Good Hotel - Rooms Very Clean - Fixtures in room a little old - very hot room, need air conditioning even though cold outside. Very Friendly staff but don't ask for recommended restaurants nearby because knowledge of good local restaurants very limited - A little noisy due to all night bars that are near by (weekend) - Taxis everywhere, […] be careful we were ripped off from Airport to Hotel even though we took the official taxi (white with red stripe). Driver took us the long way around and could not (did not) speak any English, so check before you enter the taxi cost of trip if to or from Airport. Overall a good stay in Madrid and the Hotel Liabeny is definitely recommended for a pleasant stay in a central location. Continua a leggere
"Quiet, friendly and walking distance to all sites"
Could not fault the quality and helpfulness of the hotel and staff. It has a luxury restaurant, however, if you do not want to pay for this sort of restaurant it has a cafeteria where you can have what you like for a few euros. We found this much better for us. As for location, it was perfect. On a square away from the main plaza, so quiet, but only […] a couple of minutes walking to sol square. "Great for shopping and sightseeing"
Perfect location as I only had one day to see some sights in Madrid. Easy walking distance to the Palace and many plazas. Shopping and dining only a minutes walk from the hotel. The bathroom was very dated but clean, fast free wifi, quiet room.

"Liabeny, Madrid revisited"
Went there already for the second time, and it was again a pleasant stay. Location is great, rooms are very clean and well-equipped, service is friendly, although not many speak English. There was one thing to complain about: the water temperature in shower varied between extremes. Otherwise everything was functioning perfectly.

I stayed at this hotel in the beginning of April 2012. It has a perfect location. Besides, room was big and good, service and quality was also fine. Everything about hotel and service was very good except the pillows. There should be more pillow available (maybe there were but we didn't ask) to use because existing ones are very weak. "Excellent location"
A great hotel for visiting Madrid - it's very centrally located, making it easy to visit most sights by foot. The staff were helpful, the room is clean and the neighbourhood not too noisy. I'd happily recommend others to stay there.

Very kind and patient concierge and front desk. Very helpful with making reservations for restaurants and assistance with map guides. Persistent hotel cleaning service, but would rather want cleanliness over lack of attention to rooms.

This a large elegant older hotel in good location. The room was comfortable and the hotel staff was professional and helpful. The bathroom is outdated but functioned well.

However, I don't get the 4-star rating. Common areas are fine and the rooms are clean. Condition of room carpeting and furnishings leaves a lot to be desired. I would not stay here again despite the attractive price.

"Liabeny Hotel Madrid"
The hotel was lovely, very comfortable, and very clean and in a perfect location. It is within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. The only complaint I would have is the staff could be a little friendlier.

Good location. Front desk staff was very rude. Room was very musty and old. Will not stay again.
"Location convenient but noisy"
The location cannot be beat and the staff was excellent. Only problem was that the room was very warm even with the heat turned to off. (We stayed in late February 2012.) Therefore, I had to keep the window open and the street noise was very loud, particularly between 11pm - 2am and 6 am - 7 am. When the window was closed it greatly reduced but did […] not eliminate all noise. I don't think there is much that the hotel could do. We were delighted with our stay at the Liabeny. Not only was the location right in the centre of the Sol district, but the hotel was quiet and our room was a very good size - we travelled with our teenage son. Everything was clean and the double bed was a king size with a high quality mattress. Most of the interesting sights were within walking distance […] and the surrounding area was full of little streets with tapas bars. It really was a great place to be on our first visit to Madrid. "Hotel Liabeny - Superb Location and Good Value"
My family of 3 stayed there for 3 nights and was very satisfied with the hotel. A real 4-star with very good services - they still unfold your bed every late afternoon! Very good location; within minutes you are close to the shopping areas and metro. Feel safe as vicinity has a Police Station with frequent police patrols, on foot, bike and small cars. Excellent hotel, friendly staff and everything you need is just around the corner, the cafeteria has really good food, and the rooms are big and clean, next time I'm in Madrid I'll stay there for sure!
The hotel is so centrally located that it is possible to walk to most of the sights in Madrid and since it is on a side street, it is very quiet. The room was immaculate and the concierge incredibly helpful! I plan to stay there again on my next visit.

"An enjoyable experience"
The Hotel is well located at the heart of the city centre and offers good quality service. The basement parking is free and hotel staff are helpful and friendly. The lounge in particular is spacious and offers a nice place to chill and relax.

It's a centrally located hotel - minutes from the metro - clean, professional and quiet. Definitely worth the price and the front desk staff was very professional.

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. It was convenient to everything that I wanted to do while in Madrid, and to the airport as well. I will return on all future trips to Madrid. Just two short blocks to the Puerta del Sol and the heart of Madrid, this is a perfectly situated hotel for Madrid. You can walk everywhere or take the nearby metro.
