Although my room was tiny, it was clean and very comfortable for a 1-night stay. Location also very convenient for my business meetings. Breakfast buffet was quite good.

The hotel was pretty nice, but being there for business, I really needed a good internet connection. Unfortunately, although the hotel advertises internet, they only give you "basic wireless internet" which you only find in the hotel, which is only 256KB... worse than modem in practicality. Stay away.

Although the Hotel was in a good location and we were given a superior room. The bed was very uncomfortable - not to be expected in a four star hotel in Paris! Also the toilet was tiny and there was no breakfast included. We had a nice weekend at this hotel. It is very central within walking distance to the Champs Elysee, the Opera, La Fayette etc, the rooms are clean and the reception staff were friendly. Don't expect any luxury though, the rooms are tiny and nothing special.

In general the experience was good. At first I was assigned a tiny smokers room which I refused to take. The staff placed me in a higher range room with no hesitation. Service was overall good, the room was always clean and the Internet at the room was very convenient. The only downside was that the eve before I check-out, I was first told that they […] could keep my bag for several days while I was going on holiday to other countries but the next day they refused to do it so I had to make last minute arrangements to get my bag taken care of by someone. I asked to speak to the manager to do a complain and he/she wasn't there, asked to be called back by the manager and I rather received a called by the concierge saying the manager confirmed they couldn't keep my bag. I felt it to be a lack of courtesy as I expressively asked to be called by the manager. They had a serious internal communication problem in the hotel as they didn't agree in the policies. This is a nice hotel in a nice location that I booked via hotels.com at a very very good price. I had stayed for a night in another hotel for the same price a couple of years ago that was ages different (worse) than this one. However, I do not see this as deserving its star rating. The room is lovely, but the service is indifferent which is a hallmark […] of a lower quality hotel. The main (French) channels on the TV were not available as the HD signal was not on and no one cared at the reception. I am not saying that the reason for going there was to watch TV, but I like premium hotel receptions to at least pretend to be interested when you call them. I am also not sure about the Best Western affiliation. I am guessing the hotel just entered the chain, because apart from a little plaque at the entrance there was no mention of Best Western. This hotel was very functional for a quick trip to Paris. The room was clean but pretty small. 2 beds means 2 very small beds pushed together in a small room. The staff was great and the location of the hotel was perfect. In fact, there is an airport shuttle that goes from the Airport right to the Opera area and drops off 2 blocks from the hotel. We just came back from a 7-day stay in Paris. This hotel is well located, close to the Louvre, Place de la Concorde, Champs Ellyses. Neighbourhood was great. Close to metro even though we walked most of the time. Staff was very courteous and helpful. 大人４人でこの値段なら分かるが、子供二人、大人二人の家族にとっては最悪の値段設定。　妊婦のため利便性でやむなく選択したが、このレベル（ロンドンの屋根裏程度）でこの値段はヨーロッパ各地に宿泊したが３倍。高すぎる。

Das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand, da es wohl vor kurzem renoviert wurde. Unser 4-Bett Zimmer war optimal für zwei Kinder/Jugendliche und zwei Erwachsene und preiswert. Das Frühstück ist typisch und entspricht dem, was man in einem Hotel in Frankreich erwarten darf. Ein Ausweichen auf ein Cafe oder eine Brasserie für das Frühstück ist nicht nötig. […] Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Anreise mit dem eigenen Auto ist schwierig, da es vor dem Hotel keinen Platz zum Ausladen und nur eine teure Tiefgarage zum Parken gibt. Очень хорошо расположен,очень маленькие номера да же для Парижа. Заявленных 18 метров нет, номер не больше 9 метров, один оделся и должен выйти для того что бы оделся другой человек. Très bon rapport qualité/prix, l'hôtel correspondait totalement à la description du site. Excellent emplacement. Des restaurants tout autour. Nous sommes partis avec 2 enfants (5 et 10 ans), dans une chambre à 4 pour 2 nuits. A recommander.

Hoteller ligger i en stille sidegate til Rue de la Madeleine - et flott område i Paris. Hotellet har gjennomgått en oppgradering fra jeg bodde der sist i 2010. Gangene på hotellet er trange og mørke, rommene er litt små, men hotellet er et veldig greit for et weekend opphold i Paris. Hotel hat eine Toplage und gute Erreichbarkeit mit der Metro. Für Pariser Verhältnisse eine gute und normale Zimmergrösse und das Frühstück ist absolut in Ordnung auch für den Preis, da ein Frühstück in den angrenzenden Cafés noch teurer ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt als Familie mit zwei Kindern

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral hinter der Oper gelegen, 3 Gehminuten zur Station des Roissy-Buses, welcher in 45 Minuten die Oper mit dem Flughafen CDG verbindet. Das Hotel ist eher nüchtern eingerichtet und auf Geschäftsreisende ausgerichtet. Durch die sehr zentrale Lage ist es auch eine interessante Option für Touristen, welche weniger Wert auf Einrichtung […] und Design legen, denen aber die Lage wichtig ist. 　３人家族でトリプルルームの宿泊でしたが、部屋の広さは充分でした。ただ廊下が真っ暗でエレベーターもとても小さくてびっくりしました。 　廊下の暗さを除けば、ロビーは広く綺麗で満足できるホテルでした。サービスも適切で感じが良かったです。 　場所は空港からのバス乗り場、デパートも徒歩圏でとても便利です。 　水回りは清潔に保たれていましたが、２個あった洗面ボールの１つが排水状態が悪かったです。 　オペラ地区で立地を考えれば、コストパフォーマンスの良いホテルだと思います。

Correcto, habitacion pequeña , muy bien situado

地下鉄が便利なパリでしたが、駅に少々遠くて、雨がスコールみたいに突然降り出すことが多いので少し困りました。近くに素敵な洋服を売っているお店がありました。ホテルのエレベータの空間が狭くて、スーツケースを３つ持って３人で乗ったら動くこともできないくらいでした。そのうえ、すぐにドアが閉まってしまうので、大変困りました。これが、パリのエレベーターなのでしょうか。だとしたら、しかたありませんが。フロントに英語が通じる人がいたので助かりました。おかげでタクシーの予約ができました。それに、いつも笑顔で挨拶してくれて、気持ちよく出かけたり帰ったりすることができました。挨拶を大切にしている国であることがよく伝わってきました。

C'est un bon 3 *** mais très loing du standing d'un quarte **** le personnels étaient très bien pour un 3 étoiles. Les couloirs de l'hotel sont super étroit, la chambre deluxe était à coté des chambres du personnels nettoyant donc pas térrible non plus. Je vous rassure ça ns a pas empeché de passer un bon séjour. ベストウェスタン系列のホテルということもあり、清潔なホテルでした。エクストラベッドもちゃんと入れてあり、最初から快適なホテルライフを送ることができました。フロントでIDをもらえば無料でWi-fiが使えるのも、海外では貴重です。頼めばスリッパももらえました。一つ残念だったのは、部屋に湯沸かし器がなかったこと。温かいお茶やコーヒーが飲めなかったです。

The hotel is very well located as said in other reviews. Regarding my experience, I reserved a big room for four people, which had a problem at the time when we arrived (water leak, they said), but I was given two rooms for the same charge. This would be inconveniente if I was travelling with small children. Since this was not the case, it was fine. […] They recommended me a restaurant in the same strees (Clos Bourguignon), that serves French food to French people at a very reasonable price. Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet Hôtel. La situation de celui-ci est très pratique. De plus, il est idéal pour une famille.

Rent og pent hotel med sentral beliggenhet både ift shopping, severdigheter og undergrund. 45 minutter fra vi gikk ut av rommet til vi var i Eurodisney og ellers kort vei til det som er verdt å se. Rommet var nyoppusset, rent og pent med gode senger. Det var et stort oppholdsrom med sofaer ved resepsjonen, men ikke mulighet til å kjøpe noe fra noen […] bar. Mange muligheter til frokost rett utenfor hotellet til en betydelig lavere priser enn på hotellfrokosten. 地下鉄からも近く、オペラ座やプランタンからもすぐで夜遅くまでも人通りが多いので非常に便利でした！ 部屋もとても快適で、是非次会も泊まりたいです。 Very near from every metro station as opera or madelaine. there are many shops and restaurant so even you back to hotel late, it is safe because many people still walking. room is very clean. if I will visit paris again, I want to stay this hotel.

Hotellet var pænt rent og godt placeret med en udemærket morgenmads buffet. Tæt på hotellet lå der en parkeringskælder for rejsende i bil (ca. 30 euro pr. dag og der blev spille klassiks musik for bilerne - Nice!) og ikke langt fra hotellet var der afgang fra de sædvanlige dobbeltdækker turistbusser. Extremt sur personal, utan någon som helst ambition att hjälpa till. Hotellets utbud liknar mer ett mediokert trestjärnigt. Väldigt bra läge mellan Opéra Garnnier och Boulevard Haussmann. Hotellet är ganska slitet och dåligt underhållet. Hissen fungerade knappt.
