Piccolo ma in ottima posizione per visitare Parigi. Diverse fermate del metro nelle vicinanze distanti mediamente 400 - 500 mt. Buona l'idea dell'offerta di un buffet dalle ore 17 alle ore 20.30, (qualcuno dovrebbe spiegare al pesonale di servizio che quando si ripongono i bicchieri puliti non si prendono con le dita dentro).

Hmm, don't really know where to start.... The room looked nice, but was tiny (I mean TINY!), the so-called soundproof rooms were not sound proof at all, we could hear everyone walking down the corridor, noise from the other rooms (especially through the bathroom walls!) and the traffic noise from the road outside was ongoing ALL night. The room temperature […] was set to 28 when we arrived and we struggled to turn down the thermostat, and leaving the window open over night was not an option due to the noise, so it was hot! The description promised 'city view in every room' well we could only see the road and the building opposite, we were on the third floor but judging by the height of the buildings across, nobody had city view. When we stepped on to the balcony and stretched we could see Arc de Triumph, but not 'from the room'. The hotel had no restaurant, so we were told to 'just go across the road to another hotel' if we wanted to eat. Good points were the location, the receptionists were very nice and helpful, plus spoke very good English, the bathroom was really nice and clean, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable, but due to the noise from the road outside we didn't sleep very well, breakfast was good, but a waitress was tidying up while we ate and kept dropping plates and cutlery on the floor. Pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms are clean, but standard European size - not spacious, but not cramped either. Nice breakfast and tea time buffet.

This hotel was a little gem. Situated just off of the Champs Elysees and a few minutes away from the Arc de Triomph. It was also was within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre and Notre Dame. You could if you enjoy walking get to the Moulin Rouge and Sacre Coeur, but be aware the last kilometre or so is uphill. Our room was comfortable clean […] and warm. Tea and coffee and the non alcoholic drinks in the mini bar were free. There was also a room safe. Breakfast in the morning was in with the room price, a good selection and plentiful. The bathroom was nice and stocked with the usual, shampoo, conditioner, showergel and moisturiser. Hairdryer worked well. Reception staff were cheery, very helpful and all had good customer care skills. A personal thank you to Thierry from the night shift, Djamel and M Depreytere on reception. Excellent location, great having free minibar (non alcohol), with free water, soft drinks, crisps etc. Room very warm, but better than being cold. Small gripe was the windows are not double glazed so road noise annoying. Would definitely stay here again, staff excellent, told us where the local farmers market was, which we would never have found.

Despite booking a Queen size bed the bedroom was quite small. The bed was hard and the room too hot to sleep well. You could not open the window as the noise of traffic would also interfere with sleep. It was a small hotel and not what you would expect for 4 star standard. There was no lounge or bar. Great location - only a short walk from L'Arc de Triomphe and in a nice neighborhood. Food served for breakfast and high tea was plentiful and good. Staff were professional, helpful and polite. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

PROS: price, near champs elysees, free buffet breakfast (not bad), free water and sodas in mini bar, and close to metro. CONS: tiny tiny room, thin walls (neighbors woke us up at 3am), nothing really stood out about the rooms or the hotels (just plain), small bathrooms, decent service.

Excellent location! Less than a 5 minute walk to the Champs Elysees. The tour busses are right there once you're on the champs élysées. A few metro lines are there at the arc du triomphe so getting around is easy. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel was lovely and was just a short walking distance to the Arc De Triomphe. The woman at the front desk was very friendly, she gave us directions and assistance with meeting our tour and called a cab for us several times. The room was spotless and included all the amenities. The hotel is in a ideal location with easy access to all attractions and transport etc.. The hotel itself is very clean, modern and well maintained. Smallish room but comfortable and clean. Very nice breakfast buffet and an afternoon tea included with cost of room. A glass of champagne upon arrival was a nice touch. We were allowed to bring wine we had purchased into the dining room at the tea buffet. Friendly staff. Short walk to subway and Champs Elysee as well as Arc du Triomphe.

This hotel is located in a quiet area yet is near the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees. The room was small but this is what one expects in major European cities. The English-speaking hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room rate included breakfast, one hour of internet use, and an evening tea-time buffet. The buffet does not constitute a full meal, but as expensive as food can be in Paris, it's an evening money-saver if you've had a substantial lunch. The breakfast is better than most hotel breakfasts and includes hot items though the bacon tended to be undercooked and the eggs were extremely runny. The staff were lovely and very helpful and friendly. I find it hard to believe they are classified as a 4 star hotel though. We arrived at the hotel, as we were early our room was not ready, but we were able to check in and then leave our luggage, in a lock room. We went out for the next few hours and arrived back at the hotel at about 4.45pm, we were very pleased with our room and also with the bathroom. hotel could be ranked better, except I was given a room with a broken air con which is uncomfortable in the summer dry heat. Their 1st attempt was to look at it and leave windows open. 2nd attempt was to put a noisy portable air con. 3rd attempt by me resulted in changing to a nice cold room. Free breakfast and tea break is great compliments.

My family of 4 stayed 3 nights in 2 rooms and had a wonderful experience visiting Paris. The room was cozy but perfectly adequate if you do not have a lot of luggages. Bathroom is updated and everything is in very good condition. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpful. Great value for the price and its excellent location.

Hotel was well located and the cost of the rooms really good plus we got breakfast and afternoon drinks everyday for free. The staff were unbelevable and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Especially the concierge diamil (jamil) no question anoutit. We would definately stay again

Our room was no where near what the pictures show on Expedia. Our room furniture looked like they bought it at a garage sale, there was a big wire with tape over it on the wall, I do not recommend.

Hotel room was very noisy from what I presume was traffic noise.It seemed to fluctuate according to the movement of the traffic. Low rumbling sounds becoming loud and then fading away. Very annoying. There was no bar of any sort. The breakfast was not to our liking, especially the omelette,I think it was meant to be omelette.

It was grate everyone was very friendly, they have complementary minibar in the room with water, sodas, juice, & crisps. Wonderful for europe where you pay $7.00 for a drink. The hotel is on a busy road , but we were on the 2nd floor and not disturbed by traffic noise, We were offered a complimentary glass of champagne,and tea /coffee making facilities were available in the room. We would use this hotel again and will recommend it.
