Hotel was excellent and the staff was very efficient and helpful. Location is exceptional for access to all the cruise lines.

nice hotel very clean and great for staying at if you are going on a cruise close to ships and all the sights friendly staff and great food in the bar restuarant the pool is a bit dated and needs some work other then that i would stay again i wish i could take home one of there beds best sleep ive had in months lol

This hotel was quite nice. The lobby is lovely, the rooms were basic; clean, neat and in reasonable condition. Everything worked and was in good condition. We stayed there while visiting family nearby so was convenient for us.

Very nice hotel, right across from the Ft. Lauderdale Cruise Terminal. Just one block away is an excellent plaza with several great bars and restaurants. This plaza also contains a store called Total Wine. This is the BIGGEST wine (and beer, and liquor) store that I have ever seen. They also have an excellent (and reasonably priced) collection of cigars. Both […] the hotel and the plaza are on the local Ho-Ho (Hop on, Hop off) bus line which is 50 cents a ride, or $2.00 for an all day pass. (I paid $35.00 for the Ho-Ho in Rome). This was a great place to stay. It was fairly close to everything, especially the Port if you are taking a cruise. We stayed three nights, two on the front and one on the back of our cruise, and the only thing that I can say that was not up to par was the last day we stayed the room smelled musty. Otherwise, great service and very friendly staff.

During my recent stay I found the staff in all departments to be friendly and professional. The bed was very comfortable. When I had an issue with the hair dryer not working, I was promptly brought another one. Graet place to stay the night before a cruise. Lots of nice restrurants and bars within walking distance and a good shuttle service for only $6 to the cruise ships leaving every 15 minutes in the morning.

The Hyatt is a big sprawling complex located close to the waterway. It feels a bit dated and the hot tub was filled with plants unuseable. Although a sign stated remodeling there was no evidence of work. Staff was helpful especially the conceriege desk.

We arrived after 9pm and our room was waiting for us. The room was very clean and well decorated. We went to the bar to eat and had excellent service. The dining room was already closed. As were were leaving on a cruise the following day, we were allowed to checkout after 1pm. The shuttle to the port, 5 minutes away was only $6 plus a tip. Excellent […] accomodations. This hotel is excellent, with a wonderful location near the water and a good view of the surrounding boats and yachts. Hotel was very clean, and has a restaurant on site which has a breakfast buffet that you can get included in your hotel accommodation cost and makes for convenience. We were booked on a cruise out of Port Everglades and this location was ideal. Great restaurants close by, as well as a 24 hr Walgreens across the street for last minute essentials. Five minutes from the ruse terminal with on-site third party transportation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED hotel.

Rained hard the night I stayed and my room flooded from leaks around window. They only offered to give me free parking. Room was very clean and nice until The flooding and carpet being soaked, then they offererd me only free parking. That did not make me happy.

We got to the hotel earlier then check in time so we got a bite to eat in the restaurant. When the room was ready they came to find us and called us by our names to give us the keys. The rest of the stay we felt like family since everyone called us by our names.

Great location- loved the pool and outdoor whirlpool area

Wonderful, comfortable hotel just across the street from Port Everglades. Stayed there overnight before leaving on a cruise. Affordable shuttle to the Port from the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Hotel, great service, fantastic bed and 4 miles to the port! Free Breakfast was a little chaotic but it was free...hey, what do you want?

They charge $25 a day for parking. This is absolutely insane. Plus the room did not even have a fridge or microwave. I had to request one and it had a horrible odor. Not a good experience.

very easy to go shopping from the hotel.

We chose to stay here to accommodate us to make it easier getting to the airport in the am.

Over all good experience, however, just know that you have to pay for parking, twenty dollars per night, if you don't make friends with a front desk person who will then issue you a pass. There is a Walgreens across the street, get your sodas, chips and candy form there, or else you will be paying $ 3 for a soda and $ 2 for candy in the hotel. A SMALL COMPLAINT........PARKING WAS NOT CONVENIENT TO THE ENTRANCE OF THE HOTEL. PERHAPS I NOTICED IT MORE BECAUSE I HAD TO GO IN AND OUT SEVERAL TIMES IN A SHORT PERIOD.

First of all, the type of room that I had requested was not available even though I had made the reservation several weeks in advance. Secondly, the substitue accomodation was not satisfactory. Thirdly, the maid service was totally unacceptable. One day she didn't completely clean the bathroom, another day she didn't make the bed. Her attitude was very […] 'snotty'. Fourthly, there was nothing in the room to use as reference material. No phone book, no hotel amenities guide, to material on the surrounding area. I was not happy with my hotel stay. Price to value ratio a plus, unless you consider the $20 overnight parking fee . Friendly staff, willing to help address individual needs at the drop of a hat. Location near a bunch of restaurants (walking distance), making it convenient. Pet friendly.

We traveled to South Florida for 2 nights, for a funeral. Although we needed to be in Miami Gardens, we were close to I95 so it wasn't a bad drive. It's near restaurants and the beaches and one of my favorite places to visit...Las Olas! The hotel was beautifully decorated and the room was clean and very comfortable. The pool area, although strategically […] shielded from street/traffic noises by vegetation, was not very peaceful because of the street/traffic noises. However I was not pleased with the hotel service. We never received clean towels after the first night and even though we asked for an extra blanket, twice, we never received it or an explanation as to why not. We brought leftovers from dinner and were surprised to see there was no refrigerator and/or microwave in the room. Not a big deal, but we ended up throwing the left overs away. I would recommend this hotel and most likely will stay there again because it is so close to Las Olas!! :) One more thing, self parking...$20 per day...ridiculous!! :( Continua a leggere

We chose this hotel for a 2 night stay prior to going on a cruise. The hotel was very good and staff were very accomodating. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff had good recommendations on where to go and how to get there. Also nice and close to the cruise terminal.

We booked this hotel based on location and for us it was A+. The Front Desk was friendly as was shuttle service driver; bar tender and wait staff. Our only disappointment was the tired condition of the rooms. The rooms were comfortable but in need of an update, especially the bathrooms.
