Ottimo albergo per chi ha impegni alla fiera di Colonia, direttamente di fronte all'ingresso EST. Buoni i due ristoranti interni, un po troppo costosa la colazione (non compresa) per noi italiani che non siamo avvezzi a colazioni luculliane. La SPA rende piacevole il fine giornata ambiente pulito e confortevole. Da rifare completamente la moquettes […] dei corridoi vecchia e macchiata fa perdere voti alla valutazione globale. Da ex fumatore trovo sconveniente la possibilità di poter fumare al bar senza che ci sia un adeguato impianto di riciclo dell'aria. La zona intorno all'albergo non è certo turistica (veramente squallida) in compenso si può arrivare a piedi 15 min. in centro, attraversando il ponte ferroviario sul Reno. Continua a leggere

The hotel is not worth the high price they charge during the exhibition. I expect a business hotel of this level at least to have a business center, and preferably with free internet as well as free internet in the lobby, but I got disappointed. I stayed here for 4 days for a mixture of work and pleasure. As a former resident of Cologne I know the hotel was not in the heart of the city, but that the location would still be very convenient. It is a 5-10 minute walk from the Koeln-Messe railway station - from here you can take the high-speed ICE trains to many parts of the country, or the local […] trains to the airport. The tram stop right outside the hotel will take you to Neumarkt, which is at the end of Schilder Gasse, the busiest shopping street in Europe. Stay on the tram a little longer to Friesenplatz and walk south along the Ring for a feel of the modern, bustling, metropolitan Cologne, or maybe walk back east through some of the tighter streets and boutique shops. The Cathedral / Dom is about a 25 minute walk but this takes in a rather magnificent view of the city as you cross the Rhine river - and check out all the padlocks on the bridge too. If you're in town for an event at the Trade Fair / Messe then the location is great - the east entrance is directly over the street from the hotel. The hotel itself is very modern, with all the amenities you would expect. My room was spotless and comfortable. There is an excellent breakfast buffet, although this was a little expensive at 25EUR. The staff were friendly and efficient. I selected this hotel because it: 1) was a little away from the bustle of the centre of the city 2) it looked clean and modern and 3) it was in a convenient location to get around the city And the hotel passed these three criteria with flying colours. Breakfast is VERY expensive and the gym needs a total upgrade. The machines are outdated and the spa/gym seems completely understaffed.

Stayed at this hotel for a leisure break to visit the Christmas markets. Good points - quality hotel within 25 minute walk of the Cologne Cathedral and main railway station. Very friendly and efficient service and kept to a high standard. Less positive - expensive to eat or drink at the hotel and not many eating/drinking facilities close by. Great hotel if you are attending the Koeln Messe. It really is only steps across the street to the east entrance. The tram also stops there so you are just minutes away from the alt stadt if you want to visit the Dom church. Good breakfast included with room. Parking is secure below hotel. Easy access to autobahn. Will definately stay again.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, large and comfortable beds. The swimming pool and all the SPA facilities are just excellent, clean and very enjoying. The hotel location is just across that trade fair and only few minutes by train to the city center. Breakfast was excellent. The Dorint was a very nice hotel and the staff is helpful in everyway possible. Internet is a little expensive compared to what I've been used to but the room was comfortable and big. The only thing I would consider a downside would be it location. It is not close to any sites, restaurants, etc. The Koln Messe trainstation is close, about a 10 minute […] walk, but the majority of action in Koln (at least what I was exposed to) is around the Koln HBF trainstation, which is on the other side of the Rhine river. Bathroom had broken shower enclosure leading to flooded floors. Concierge was not very helpful not telling me how to access the garage until I returned a very frustrated 15 minutes later after checking out

I was so pleased with my stay here, I'm looking forward to coming back. The Beds and pillows were so comfortable and the details were excellent. The room was clean (with one exception that can be overlooked for the moment), the location was convenient to the convention center and tram (right across the street). Ett hotell perfekt placerat för besök eller arbete på Köln Messe. Mycket trevlig personal och rum med hög standard och bland de bäst ljudisolerade fönster jag upplevt på ett hotell. Superbra över lag även om frukostpriset var i saftigaste laget.

Det eneste minus var at man ikke kunne få et lille let morgenmåltid, det manglede vi. Ellers var tilfredsheden meget stor og vi kommer gerne igen og anbefaler gerne til andre. Mvh Hanne HM

Prima hotel. Tijdens ontbijt hadden wij het idee dat het vor het personeel niet meer te overzien was. Veel was op zoals glazen theepotten broodjes onafgehaalde tafels.

Ideaal om als deelnemer aan de Messe te verblijven. Gelegen tegenover ingang oost dus geen auto of taxi nodig. Alleen jammer dat internet niet gratis is.

Bedden zijn goed en kamerfaciliteiten. Alleen een beetje jammer dat ontbijt niet inclusief was. Dit kost 25 euro! per persoon. Ook de drankjes in de bar zijn duur. Een colaatje is 3,60 euro! De spa/wellness faciliteiten zijn SUPER heerlijk zwembad en bubbelbad, grote stoomsauna en finse sauna. Der Service war in allen Bereichen zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und prompt. Das Zimmer war guter Standard bezüglich Sauberkeit und Größe. Badezimmer etwas klein, gute Betten. Sehr schlecht Frühstück sollte zusätzlich berechnet werden, obwohl eindeutig incl. Frühstücksbuffett vereinbart war, auf jeden Fall ausgedruckte Bestätigung mitnehmen, da das lt. Bewertung anderer schon häufiger vorgekommen ist. Das ganze Hotel riecht nach Zigarettenrauch, da das Rauchen in der offenen Bar erlaubt ist. Obwohl meine Buchung extrem deutlich ausdrückte das ich inklusive Steuern und Abgaben alles bezahlt hatte, versuchte das Hotel mir noch eine zusätzliche Kölner Kurtaxe zu verrechnen. Ich fand das extrem ärgerlich und habe mich geweigert zu zahlen.

Das Hotel ist praktisch für die Kölner Messe gelegen, gegünber von eingang Ost. Der Spa ist angenehm. Das Frühstück von der Qualität nicht besonders und um 20 Euro überbezahlt. Die Frühstückstische waren voller Brösel und wurden auch nicht gesäubert als neu gedeckt wurde. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Umgebung des Hotels absolut uninteressant. […] Strssenbah 3+4 fahren direkt zum Neumarkt ins Zentrum. Für Jogger eher mühsam, da man, um an den Rhein zu kommen durch das für Fussgänger total verbaute Messezentrum laufen muss. Continua a leggere

Die Zimmer waren zur Check-In-Zeit nicht verfügbar und relativ spartanisch ausgestattet. Das Silikon der Duschwand war teilweise sehr dunkel. Der Teppich wies mehrere undefinierbare Flecken auf. Auf dem Bettbezug war ein alter, durch das Waschen nicht enfernter Blutfleck zu sehen. Das Frühstück war traumhaft - hatte allerdings auch seinen Preis. Our room was very nice and hotel is in very good condition and the service was good. It's located near to Messe Köln and Köln Arena and it's around 20 minutes walking distance to Köln Dom and central railway station. Surrounding is not the most beautiful part of Cologne, but just with 10 minutes walk you reach the beautiful park and river view.

Messehotel in unmittelbarer Nähe der Lanxess Arena (zu Fuß 15 Min.) U-Bahn direkt vor dem Hotel. Geräumige und sehr ruhige Zimmer. Wellness-Bereich im UG mit Sauna, Dampfbad, Wirl-Pool und mittelgroßem Schwimmbecken. Frühstück ist super! Service erstklassig. Alles hat jedoch seinen Preis.
