We just needed a night away but not far away. We hot a suite. Room was nice we never asked for anything though I'm sure if we did they would have helped us. "Flawless stay"
Totally clean hotel and room with no apparant wear and tear anywhere. Very friendly staff. The bed was very very comfortable, and the warm shower had great water pressure which was quite important to me after a hard day's work. Hotel was located by many shops and food places. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I got a room with a whirlpool and it was a total waste of money. It was really dirty. Overall the hotel was nice - it is almost done being remodeled. The breakfast was wonderful, the décor was modern and the location was convenient. The hotel had a new feeling to it which was very nice. It was also very clean. There were just a few things we found odd. Not horrible, just not what you expect There were no clocks in the room. The Blackout […] curtains - actually all the curtains - do not close all the way. The way they added the pulley to close the curtains left about a 5 inch gap. I like the room dark when I sleep so this was annoying. Also, you had to make sure you got dressed in the bathroom and not in front of the “open” curtains. There were two phones in the room – one did not work. There was an ironing board in the room, but no iron. There was not a fridge in the room – we had a baby with us, so we had to get ice several times to keep the bottles cold. There was not a working ice machine on our floor. We asked for a late checkout (2:00) and we were hold we had to sign up as a preferred customer in order to get this. Not a big deal, just a little hassle. Our stay was good except for lots of noise in the hallways when we were trying to get to sleep. Someone was allowing their 4 children to run up and down the hall playing, yelling, and bumping the doors while he slept on the couch in the lobby.
