It seems not too many people know about Hotel Adler in Madrid, even taxi drivers have to double check the address as they have not heard of the hotel. But this plays to your advantage as this is a wonderfully quiet and peaceful hotel with excellent service, friendly staff and all the trimmings for a luxurious stay. The air conditioning system was not heating. The standard room was relatively small. The responsiveness of most of the staff was good. The location of the hotel is great.

The staff were very friendly and approachable and spoke English well. Our room was at the back, facing on to the access ramp to the car park, and backing on to the lift shaft, but was not particularly noisy, and we did not necessarily want a view (although one would have been nice!). The room was carefully looked after, the bathroom was scrupulously […] clean, and the added touches - turn down service (with chocolates!), free slippers, towelling robes, hairdrying and magnifying mirror in bathroom, free fruitbowl - all added to the feeling of luxury. The main parts of the hotel were also beautifully decorated, and there was a very pleasant bar serving coffee as well as drinks. In terms of convenience, the Adler is ideally situated in Salamanca, just up the road from the Retiro Park (and Metro, direct through to Sol), and very close also to Velazquez Metro. Really nice hotel. Great service, perfect location.. could not be happier with it. My only caveat is that the facilities are somewhat lacking, which makes sense since the hotel is so small.

Lovely hotel in a great part of Madrid, the staff were welcoming and helpful. We booked a standard room which was spacious and well appointed, although as it was at the back of the hotel had a view of a large wall. This did mean it was very peacefull though. I lived in Madrid and have been there many times since. This is the "the best kept secret" in Madrid. My daughter stayed at The Ritz before it became a Marriott and says this is superior now. Some of the staff are from the Ritz so the level of service is like of old. We stayed at the Hotel Adler for four nights. From beginning to end, the experience was excellent. In particular, the staff was very helpful and attentive which shows management's attention to detail. The room was good sized, always cleaned promptly and there was a turn down service. Hotel staff were very gracious and helpful. The hotel had an old worldly feel and was very quiet. Rooms were very comfortable. I had not realised how far the hotel was from the Prado and other museums, so had to use cabs. Overall, very nice.

Exceptionally comfortable stay. Welcoming and friendly staff made good suggestions for local restaurants and tapas bars. Loved the bathroom. My son and I stayed at the Adler for 2 nights and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the hotel and especially the staff...they bent over backwards to help us with everything...superb service, exceptionally helpful and friendly staff...I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone!

Have stayed at Hotel Adler multiple times. My wife loves the neighborhood, with great tapas and shopping. The hotel staff has been there for years, and are a wonderful resource. A huge shout out for grand service to Cesar, and Miguel. Unfortunately, the hotel is showing a bit of age since our earlier visits. Stayed from 1st to 5th June. Cannot fault the hotel or their staff however the bar and restaurant were very uninviting and we never ventured into either. We never saw anyone in the bar and actually only saw one other guest. Maybe it is because the hotel is in the business district and over the weekend it is empty. The location of the hotel was great - away from the very tourist areas, but still easily accessible to those areas by subway. We used the subway all the time and it was super convenient. We stayed for 5 nights at this small and comfortable hotel in an elegant part of Madrid. The room was quite a good size with a large bed and was well equipped. Our son had a smaller standard room with a smaller bed but it was equally well furnished. No silly cards advertising restaurants or asking you to save (water??) by hanging up towels. The location […] is most convenient. Excellent staff. One of the reasons we chose it was the 'free' wifi. (Why don't all hotels include it in their rates?). However for a significant part of our stay the wifi was not available in our rooms although allegedly it was in the reception area. For the price charged and the clientele they attract, this lapse was important. and should have been remedied immediately. We didn't eat in the restaurant as a result of the high prices, but we did enjoy an excellent continental breakfast in the bar each morning. Continua a leggere

We had an overnight layover before returning home, so didn't spend much time. We arrived at almost midnight but they kept the kitchen open for us to order room service. Food was good. Breakfast the next morning was disappointing - very expensive for stuff I could get at the local grocery store for cheap! But other than that, it was a great stay.

We had a really great stay. The staff were friendly, really helpful, knowledgeable and good fun. The hotel was really lovely and in a great position to access the sights either on foot or by public transport. It's worth eating in the hotel restaurant as the food is excellent although I would go to a local cafe for breakfast as that is really expensive […] for what you're getting. The staff couldnt be more polite and charming- willing to bend over backwards to please.The room service was so fast that I thought they must be lingering outside my room with the tea tray in hand, just waiting for my morning call. That said, the hotel is impossibly noisy from passing traffic-no gym and a really awful persistant odour in the lobby.

All the extra touches, from fresh fruit and flowers in the room upon arrival to a very comfortable bed. They definitely deserve the five star rating. The only down side (if you consider it a negative), is that the location is a bit further from the tourist sites than the other hotel we used earlier; however, the Adler's location is in a very nice neighborhood, […] which is pretty quiet. My situation was rushed due to the fact that I needed to pay the taxi for the airport transfer...and I feel I was taken advantage of...I wondered if the receiptionist simply exchanged currency (at an awfully unfair rate) from her own wallet! Wifi無料。バス付き。アメニティ歯ブラシもあり。 バス付きの部屋を限定で探しており、このホテルを選択。小さいホテルですが、何もかもいきとどいており、ラグジュアリーなホテルでした。フロントはやや英語になんのある方もいますが、皆親切でした。 地下鉄もきれいで安全で駅にも近く、移動にもとても便利でした。 ただ、地下鉄は階段なので、重い荷物のある空港への移動はタクシーにしました。片道25ユーロ前後です。 日本人カップル、女性向きと思われます。

イタリア．フランスそしてスペインと3週間の個人旅行でした。 Hotel Adlerはこの旅行の 最後のホテルでしたが、主人も私も１００％満足でした。 ロケーションは買い物も食事も 徒歩で5分もかかりません。ホテルのサービスが素晴らしく、それも洗練されたサービス でした。 部屋も素敵で、ベッドのマットレスのかたさとかシーツにもこだわりをもっていらしゃるようで、快適に休むことができました。フロントデスク、べルボーイの方もとても親切で、対応が早いです。 小さく華美ではありませんが上品で行き届いたホテルとして少人数(最高4人程度）の旅行にお勧めします。 100点以上あげられるホテルです。
