just pricey...but overall great night out
The front staff was rude, they never cleaned our room, at the buffet we had to wait 5-10 min then ask the front desk to seat us and it was like we were bothering her. I was pretty disappointed. It wasn't like that the last two times we stayed there. The hotel staff went downhill fast. Don't think I will stay there again.

"Pillow"
Hi I was quite satisfied with my stay. My only problem is I brought my own pillow and forgot it there. I called and was put through to house keeping. No one answered the phone I left a message for someone to call me. I received no call back whether or not my pillow was found.
"Business Meetings"
Very good location and great access to all main routes for business calls in Winnipeg and surrounding area. Very accommodating to have luncheon and dinner meetings with clients. Shopping such as Costco and shopping centres very close. Casino and evening live entertainment in the lower level was a nice surprise.
Stayed at hotel about 4 times, close to family. Will stay again. i did recommend hotel and web site to other family members.

"noise and sheets on bed"
I was in room 106. The noise from the pop machine could be heard. People running in the halls. The sheets were not changed every day

"Regent Hotel in Winnipeg"
It was the best sleep we had during our whole trip. Nice comfy queen size bed, although the duvet got a little heavy and hot by morning. It was nice to do the air conditioned walk to the Casino without having to go outside. Great stay.

"Canad Inns Club Regent Casino"
I thought the hotel was claen and very well staffed. The front desk answered all of my questions and helped me find my way to other areas of the city. I haven't lived in Winnipeg for a very long time but have stayed at this hotel a couple of times because of the location.The restaurant was great and there were a variety of amenities close by.

Stay was very nice. We were only in overnight on medical appointment. Shopping nearby and restaurants. Rooms clean and casino helped pass the evening.

there are not too many hotels in this part of town, 2 to be exact. next time i am going to go to the other one as it is closer to where i need to be and i don't gamble. they do have signs stating no noise after 11pm, doesn't help, kids running up and down the halls after midnight. Coffee had dripped out of the pot on the table, after the cleaners were […] in, stains were still there. they don't vacuum next to furniture, quite a build up of dust. for the prices they charge, I expect more. Don't expect exemplary customer service or expectations and you won't be disappointed
"Club Regent hotel"
The hotel is fine, the rooms are quiet and comfortable. We were looking forward to the pool and unfortunately when we checked in saw a sign saying it was closed for maintenance. When we asked when it would reopen the guy at the front desk said in 2 days, so we stuck with the hotel and waited it out. After 6 days it was still not open. Other than this […] the hotel is ok.
