Hotel tra i migliori che abbia mai visitato; si trova in un parco immenso con diverse piscine, giochi acquatici e laghetti anche per la pesca. La struttura è molto curata, l servizio è efficiente, il personale è gentilissimo. La camera che ci è stata data, era abbastanza grande e confortevole; purtroppo, come in altre occasioni quando prenotato con Hotel.com, la posizione era pessima, nonostante avessimo scelto una di categoria superiore: la più lontana dalla lobby e con vista sul parkeggio! Tutto sommato è un hotel che consiglierei anche se con una camera migliore della nostra.

The room was excellent, with a lot of space and very confortable bed. Good complimentary breakfast. I would stay here again and would recommend it, too.

Bellissimo albergo e paesaggio circostante peccato per il divano letto, davvero scomodo.

"Pima Inn & Suites - Scottsdale"
The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the accommodations were nice. Many restaurants and shops within 1/2 mile. The free shuttle within 5 miles was very convenient, and I did not need to rent a car. I would recommend and come again. Thanks for a great stay.

"The inn at Pima"
I had a short stay there but it was wonderful. The workers were pleasant and the room was perfect.
"courtyard style, convenient location"
We stay here often and are always pleased. We love the old type, courtyard-style hotels. Grounds and rooms are pretty, spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and efficient. "Old fashioned comfort, modern style..."
We loved spending our family Thanksgiving in the Inn at Pima... our rooms were so large we could all gather in one for dinner or just visiting, the location was very convenient to my niece's apartment as well as necessary "Black Friday" shopping, and the waffles for breakfast were a special touch! Thank you... we'll be back!
"Great room for the money"
We came to the Inn at Pima specifically for this motel! We have stayed there before for a convention and loved it! We love the grounds which are very well kept, as well as the beautiful suite, full kitchen,etc. It is right off the 101 in the Phoenix area, so it is fairly handy to many places in Phoenix.
"Good location for the money"
It is tough to find a hotel in Scottsdale for this price. But, our room smelled bad, and the air conditioning did not work properly. It is laid out really odd too! Used to be a country club, and there are condos there that people live in full-time.

i was very pleased with hotel, nice pool and jacuzzi, great breakfast belgium waffles w/ strawberries and whipped cream.. yum...
"Convenient and comfortable overall"
We had two minor issues with the hotel, but, nothing that impacted the overall quality of our stay. We did enjoy the fact the room had a refrigerator and microwave. Finding a toothbrush in the refrigerator, was a bit disturbing. The only other problem was the room did not have the remote for the TV. We called the desk at 11:00 pm when we noticed this, […] and, we were told they would look for a remote and get back to us. We never heard back. They told us they would have to have us change rooms. When the day crew was on, they just sent maintenance in with another remote, problem solved. The availability of the pool was nice. Loved the 24 hour availability of the gym equipment. The breakfast was a nice selection. I haven't seen another hotel where waffle batter is made and in cups for guests to make their won waffles. That was actually fun! The room rate was wonderful, however, I do not imagine there is a high demand for hotel rooms in AZ during the summer. We do travel to AZ for the holidays and I will inquire about room rates and availability then. Continua a leggere
"Good price, good service"
Overall, I had a good experience here. Only negative thing was the shower in the bathroom. I needed to call maintence about not having any hot water, and I had lousy pressure from the shower head. It was kind of hard to shower, but I dealt with it. Overall, I have no major complaints.
