Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 14 feb 2013Ci siamo stati alla fine di gennaio, eravamo un po' in ansia perchè prenotato all'ultimo minuto e con un buonissimo rapporto di prezzo. L'hotel è molto carino, vicinissimo all'Universal studio (per il quale forniscono un pullman molto comodo). Pulito, camere molto spaziose, caffè e tè 24 su 24. La colazione è insuperabile (caffè,the,latte,succhi,hamburger, uova, bacon, pane e dolci,waffles,e frutta a volontà).Personale disponibile. Palestra piccola ma attrezzata. Wi-fi in tutte le camere e spazi comuni, lavanderia e un ampio parcheggio. Spero di tornarci presto!!! Paola e Andrea Roma

Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 7 gen 2013Un bel resort a prezzi abbordabili all'interno del Walt Disney World. Servizio di navetta con partenza ogni 30 minuti per tuttii parchi disney anche se in realtà ce ne sono di più. Sarebbe bene indicare gli orari di partenza esatti in quanto sono abb approssimativi. Le stanze sono belle e pulite. Belle piscine, sul lago spiaggia con amache e sdraie. Abbiamo avuto problemi con la consegna dei bagagli arrivati con oltre un'ora di ritardo in camera dopo ripetuti solleciti.

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed for the price. An older hotel that has been upgraded. It has very nice grounds and pool in a great location. Although not right in Disney World area, the trip on the freeway to the park is quite short. Also, this property has an IHOP and a bar attached to it. Terrible service. Did not leave coffee or cups after first day. No garbage can in room for two days even after we asked for one. Water in shower turned cold after one minute. This place was absolutely awful. The only plus to the place is that there is a bar and an IHOP. They didn't even know how to set up the WiFi. It was absolutely terrible. It was horrible! They had my reservation all wrong! I requested 3 rooms with double beds and only got 1 room with a king size bed. The girl up front did try to make it better by comping a fridge and microwave. But the rooms were horrible! Stains on sheets, room smelled like smoke (this was a non-smoking room), bathtub did not drain, and the toilet stopped […] working. Oh and I can't forget the cockaroach I had crawl on the bed!! Clerk was friendly. He had ground floor room I had requested reserved for me, which is not quaranteed as stated on the website. Room clean. Much better than most. Beds a little hard ,but fine. And again, Clean . I-Hop rest. right on site,in lobby ! Very handy . Parking lot was very dark ! Needs lighting to be safe. A/C worked fine,just very noisey. […] An extra , was 3 wild Mallard ducks that landed in the pool to swim ! Eveyone enjoyed that and took pictures. Much better place than the other reviews I have read would lead you to believe. "better than expected"
We travel a lot mostly overnight stays for our kids ball games. We look for cheap hotels as we just need a place to sleep nothing more. We were hesitate after reading reviews but some people expect the ritz for $50, and we booked late so this was the closest room to the fields we could find. Cheap hotels are usually shady and run to the ground. This […] hotel was not its was definitely better than most cheap hotels. No room oder. Bathroom was clean. Beds were surprisingly good (i have severe back problems). The walls are paper thin could hear tv in other room and coffee sucked. The staff was smug but accomidating. There is a bar on site and got a little loud at closing but not trouble. I will definetly stay there again next time we have a tournament in clermont. "Nice looks bad execution."
The hotel looks nice on the outside but our room was a big disappointment. You could feel the springs in the beds. It was clear they needed to be changed or flipped at the very least. "Our Stay"
There were no trash bags in the containers, and we asked for some but they never came. The bar downstairs allows for people wandering around the pathways where the rooms are and some of the time in the early morning hours people would hang outside the window talking. The hotel is not kid friendly at all, or even felt safe to us as a family because of […] this. At one point we even had to ask people to excuse us so we could get to our room. The water in the vanity area was so hot that the steam was coming from it imediately so I did not even let my children use this sink. The bathtub would not hold the water so the children could take a bath, and also the sink faucet would not shut off completely. I asked the front desk for more blankets so the children would be warm and two hours later I had to ask again. At this time the front desk told us where we could find the person and when we did he stated he was only one person and had enough to do. Getting extra towels was the same drama. Sure this hotel is older and it could use a little TLC. The sheets and the bathroom were clean and I didn't see any bugs.The towels are a little rough and so is the staff but the price was great and location convenient. Location was great but the room it self terrible. I had to have the sheets changed when I got there because of suspect spots on the sheets. The water kept changing temps in the am while showering. The smell was horrible even tough it was a smoke free room.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"decent hotel, could be better"
We arrived late Friday night in hotel, around 1 am, and there was a loud music going on in the club adjacent to hotel reception. Some people standing outside looked drunk. Its not a good situation to be in with family. Luckily our room was in the back side, so we didn't hear any club noise there. Apart from that its a decent hotel.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Run Don't Walk!!"
The only thing right was the price. This place is more popular as a rent by hour. Brown water in the shower. Leaking pipes all over. Dark rooms. Needs painting and cleaning. Smells bad. Rock hard bed. Tiny pillows. Not good at all.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"BUDGET INN"
THE ROOM WAS NOT AS BAD AS I EXPECTED IT TO BE AFTER READING PREVIOUS REVIEWS. I WENT TO EPCOT FOR NEW YEARS EVE AND WANTED TO RENT A CHEAP ROOM BEING THAT IT WAS ONLY FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS. THE BUDGET INN WORKED OUT JUST FINE. ALTHOUGH THEY SHOULD INVEST IN NEW TOWELS AND BED SHEETS. MY EXPERIENCE IN THE IHOP DOWN STAIRS HOWEVER WAS HORRIFIC. MY FOOD […] HAD MOLD IN IT. THE MANAGER KEPT TELLING ME THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE FOOD. I DID NOT EAT IT BUT STILL HAD TO PAY FOR IT. WHEN I GOT IN THE CAR I REALIZED THEY HADNT GIVEN ME A RECEIPT SO I WENT BACK TO FIND THREE OTHER FAMILIES COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME THING. "Just say no"
The room had a funny odor; the television "on/off" button was broke, and there were no batteries in the remote. "Cheap Hotel-- could be worth it"
I am in college and on a strict budget so for me it worked. However, this really is not a very good hotel. The bed is uncomfortable, the pool is tiny, and I set a wake up call with a front desk staff and they never called! Also, I arrived late at night and as a female I felt slightly uncomfortable.
