"Don't bother"
I've stayed in all of the other hotels in Emperor's Palace and they were quite nice, so I'm not sure what happened with this one. - no assistance with my bags checking in or out - no room service available - noisy (stayed with a street view room and they were painting the room next door) - atmosphere in room is sterile and almost felt like a hospital - […] poor lighting - not super clean (floors left my feet dirty and found black hairs in the shower that weren't mine. Beautful large room, with comfortable king bed. So few hotels have bathtubs now, so this makes it extra special. You can walk through hallways to get to the restaurant/casino complex.
