Can't miss place. Indoor pool, hot breakfast, big comfy rooms. Reasonable rates. My team even thought some of the girls who worked there were cute. Only drawback is not walking distanc to anything bu do offer 24 hour shuttle

It was enjoyable and comfortable; the price was great. The room was clean though the carpets had a couple of stains. The bathroom was very clean and well stocked with towels and supplies. The only thing I found difficult was setting the thermostat; it read 71F but it felt like 68; I tried to turn the fan off but it was automatic so if I increased the […] temperature, of course the fan came on but the air felt cold even though the room got warmer slowly when we set it at 75F. It was confusing but we were able to raise the temperature to a comfortable level for sleeping. We enjoyed our overnight stay. The hotel was very close to the airport an freeway so it was very easy to get to places. The staff was very nice. There breakfast buffet was very decent. They also serve cookies in the afternoon so that was nice. They also got coffee an tea 24 hours. The rooms was very clean an spacious. The staff at the hotel were very nice. I did not like the state of my first room (I travel a lot and have very high standards, but for most the room would have been totally fine) and they quickly got me another room and made sure it was very clean. The breakfast was better than standard hotel offerings, and the staff was very hygienic and friendly. […] The hotel was much better than other similar priced options in the area, so I will stay here again the next time I have to visit my inlaws. The staff could not have been any more accommodating! My wife and I travel often and were truly surprised and delighted at the service provided by this hotel. Our room was clean and all of the furniture was in great condition, the bathroom clean with plenty of towels, the bed comfortable. They even offered to take us to a local restaurant of our choice for dinner and then pick us up instead of having to take a cab!! The driver (Dave) had a great sense of humor and was very personable. The hotel was very clean and smelt clean as well! Very convient location. Great Hotel, breakfast was great as well. Only thing would have been nice to have a washer and dryer to public use, great idea for athletes.

Much better than any other HI Exp that I have stayed in. Very clean and close to a number of decent resturants. Rooms were nice size. Only a couple minutes from the airport and not in the flight pattern.

This hotel looks much better on the outside than the inside. When I checked-in, my room's heater needed to be activated by maintenance, then I had no control over the temperature. I awoke at 3am because it had risen to 81 degrees F. They were kind enough to move me to a "suite" which had a second TV, couch, refrigerator and microwave in a very unappealing […] and dark space. The lack of temperature control persisted in this room as well, though not quite as bad. The bathroom appeared dingy with very little counter space around the sink and dirty-appearing tiles. Water pressure in the shower is among the worst I've ever experienced (literally). I've stayed at several other hotels in the area, at least 3 of which are typically less expensive and much, much more comfortable. For three days, no coffee was left in the room for the coffeemaker. One day, the bathroom was not cleaned (although the bed was made). I was unable to print anything in the business center. On the plus side, the breakfast was good and I was happy to have a daily newspaper available.

The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I booked last minute and cost me a little more then average, but still wasn't too bad. The hotel staff were very polite and pleasant.

My only problem with my stay is that I paid extra for a water front room and didn't get one. We have stayed here before and had a room with a balcony looking out at the harbor. This time those rooms were nder construction and we had a room overlooking the park, not the water with no balcony. So it seems that I paid the extra money for nothing!

Booked on Hotel.com on same day of stay. Room available then 1 hour later unavailable..booked to another hotel.. hour later room opened up so back to Holiday Inn. Gave us an upgrade next to the elevator. Room clean except for gum embedded in rug in room walkway. Overall very good. Very clean, very comfortable. A good value. Two areas that need improvement. First, although clean, some of the surfaces look like they've reached their age limit: the bathroom surfaces were worn, almost as if from overcleaning than from overuse. We had a room with a sofa bed and were travelling with a family. The sofa bed was literally broken on one end and the mattress on the sofa bed felt like a bunch of springs. After a long day of driving, it was disappointing to sleep on this bed of spring ! The front reception could not care less about our situation :( They were pretty rude !

Stayed one night when we took our son back to school. The Hotel is conveniently located near the airport and only a few miles from Providence. It is new and well kept.The staff is friendly, the breakfast wasexcellent. It was a very good experience overall.

Holiday Inn Express - Warwick was overall an enjoyable stay. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were friendly. The only negatives I would report is that our first room seemed to have a bug problem; after reporting this to the front desk we were promptly given another room. The breakfast needs to be more varied as well, I understand most continental […] breakfast's at standard hotels are pretty basic, muffins, fruit, cereal/oatmeal, pancakes, toast & bagels, and eggs & sausage. Unfortunately, there was no variety of the dishes from one day to the next. We were there for 4 nights and every morning it was always the same menu; sausage & eggs, biscuits & gravy, and the rest of the standard items. I would have been nice to change the menu each day even if simple changes. By the the 3rd day we starting eating out b/c we were bored with the food. Lastly, the location of the hotel, while very conveniently located near the airport and in a relatively quiet neighborhood, there is nothing really in walking distance. We had a car so it wasn't a problem but it was a decent 15-20 minute drive to get to the main part of town where the shopping malls, movie theater, and restaurants are. But considering the hotel overall, it was a clean, comfortable stay and we had no real problems with our stay. Continua a leggere

We did have a dirty pillowcase and towel. The sofa bed was broken. Alight in the pool was broke and floating in the pool. The air in our room did not work.

The pictures lied! The hotel was beat up and looking run down. The couch was ripped, the tiles in the bathroom were crumbling and wall paper in the halls were peeling. Hotel is outdated. Old furniture and tv set has poor reception. Breakfast is very low quality ,not the usual HI Express breakfast. The bigest surprise was when we open the door to our room.
