Il rapporto qualià/prezzo è veramente favorevole, Il personale è non solo cordiale e gentile, ma disponibile a dare tutte le informazioni sulla città e per sistemare piccoli inconvenienti . La pulizia del locale e di tutto il complesso è veramente buona. Mi sono fermato tre giorni con mia moglie in questo residence. Quando ritornerò a Tel Aviv ritornerò senz'altro in questo residence. overall we had an amazing stay in this hotel. the rooms hotel is very very clean polite employees very very helpful. Breakfast was out of this world, healthy and tasty. "Horrible Service - DO NOT STAY HERE"
This hotel has horrible customer service. Beware the staff here will lie to you and add charges to your bill without your concent. We were charged for things that we never agreed on. The front end staff yell and are very rude. This is not the kind of service you want when you are travelling from another country. Manager on site was too busy to talk […] to us to try and rectify the problem. She was too busy int he back watching TV. There is no food available after 6pm Friday until after shabat. No restaurants near by either so be prepared to drive to get something to eat. We stayed in a suite and they closed off the kitchen as they wanted more money to open it up. This is not a 5 star hotel, maybe a 4. Our AC did not work well and they did not do too much about it. If you stay in the hotel side it is a 3 star not a 4 as they claim. Problem is when you get greeted by a grumpy old man with no manners and then shown to a room infested with ants. the bathtub didn't drain while showering and the sink over-poured as well. Het hotel was voor ons perfect. Niet ver van de luchthaven van Tel Aviv en voor een langer verblijf veel mogelijkheden om je te vermaken - ook al ligt het niet zo dichtbij het centrum. De lobby is een hele goede plaats om heerlijk met wat mensen te zitten. Een lekker zwembad en ... personeel vriendelijk. Een paar kleine dingen mistte ik op de kamer […] wat je wel verwacht bij een 5 sterren hotel: bv. een aparte spiegel die bevestigd is aan de muur voor de make-up (dichterbij+vergroting) De hele nacht was er een soort gezoem hoorbaar in de kamer. Geen idee waar dat vandaan kwam - was wel storend. Moet erbij zeggen dat we - doordat we ook maar 1 korte nacht in het hotel waren - we dit niet gemeld hebben. Meine Frau und ich fanden dieses Hotel hervorragend. Wir sind im neuen Teil des Hotel untergekommen und hatten ein Zimmer wie eine Suite, obwohl wir ein DZ gebucht hatten . Eine separate Toilette, 1 Bad incl 2 Duschen+WC, 1Schlafraum, 1 Aufenthaltsraum, 1 kleine Terasse 2 Flachbildfernseher ( Schlafzimmer und Aufenthaltsraum.) Auch das Frühstück war […] hervorragend.
