Our room was not cleaned for the 3 days we stayed there. A special service charge was added to our bill. Not a good value

This Days Inn is very old and could use a major overhaul. We had booked 2 nights and the first room was uncomfortable and dirty. Plus bugs. In the morning we requested another room and were immediately upgraded to a larger, cleaner, more comfortable room. Front desk was eager to help and maintenance staff also helped to fix a missing chair leg in the […] new room. I wish my room had a microwave, and a better T.V.

The hotel itself is average/acceptable. The location is awesome. You are a half mile away from Universal. Wet N Wild is walking distance. The outlet mall is about two miles away. This hotel is all about location, location, location. It is also pet friends which is very cool

My stay was very pleasant. The hotel staff is very courteous. They actually helped me connect to the Wi-Fi at 3 AM!! Rooms are clean and one can stay there comfortably for a long time. No issues at all!!

As stated previously on other reviews, you get what you pay for with this hotel, so the hotel lived up to expectations as a result, although having to pay a resort fee for facilities we mostly didn't use was slightly annoying. The cleaning staff did a good job with the rooms, and any information we needed from reception was given to us, although the […] staff behind the desk didn't come across as particularly polite. As we thought the shower was broken (it wasn't, you just needed to be a strongman to turn the handle), we called from our room asking for someone to be sent up - it took three phone calls for someone to arrive. We also called about some guests keeping us awake at 2am in the morning, and got no response, so the service was questionable. But on a positive note, the location was excellent and we had no problems finding the hotel at all, within a long walk from Universal and close to Wet N Wild, also opposite a mini golf place too. Everything that was stated in the description was there, although the Wi-Fi wasn't always accessible in the room, particularly at night. So overall, despite a few hiccups with the service, the experience at Days Inn was a good one, and for the price, it is definitely worth a visit. Continua a leggere

The hotel was very reasonably priced for its location. We were able to take the free shuttle to Universal and walk back to the hotel at the end of the day.

This was one of the biggest mistake I made during my trip to Orlando. Poorly Maintained room, nasty smell near to lift and in room... we still have the marks of bed bugs ..... on top of everything they charge extra 4 to 5$.....

cleanliness was terriable, quality very ow and confor is not that great, i do not recommend this hotel to anyone, believe it or not we found some cucarachas in the room.

the hotel is basic , but the location makes up for that.

We stayed at this hotel because it was less than 1 mile from Universal Studios. Upon check in we were battered repeatedly by a man asking us if we wanted to buy Disney tickets from him. Then after we got to our room we got a phone call asking us again if we wanted to buy tickets. The room itself was not in the best condition. Found two bugs alive and […] crawling (one on myself at night) and there were additional bugs that someone had killed on the bathroom wall. Great location and price. You do get what you pay for however don't expect the Ritz. Needed place to stay for 1 night cheap. Would not stay here for a weeks vacation, but great value for a night or 2. Extremely close to Universal Orlando. Room was clean no bugs as other reviews had stated.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Orlando Days Inn International! It is a great place to stay for a small price. I am a single mom, so every dime counts. We are only in a room long enough to sleep and prefer to spend less in a room & have more to spend doing stuff. It is not a five star hotel or anything, but it was clean and the people were very nice! […] The first night we had a problem connecting to the internet so I called the front desk but the lady couldn't hear me. I love staying at this location. my check in experience and check out every time i stay here.is prompt . I stayed here again this year for 7 nights. the only thing i hate is paying the 4.95 fee per night even after you pay for the room on hotels.com my room was downstairs pool side view perfect view about 10 steps away from their pool. they keep the […] pool very clean!!!! the staff is always friendly and very professional!!!! it is walking distance to the indoor flea market subway kfc burger king wet n wild sweet tomatoes restaurant, Red lobster is next door. 7 eleven is 2 doors down. wet n wild is a block away and also a walgreens is a block away and walgreens is opened 24 hours 7 days a week.!!!! it is not the ritz but it is very nice and clean and comfortable beds and pillows. days inn always at this location exceeds my expectations whenever i stay here I was very happy with my room location and i was very satisfied with my beds and pillows. staff is very helpful very courteous and very professional. After a long day at the local attractions a good night's sleep was needed, but the uncomfortable beds made getting a restful sleep difficult.

Well, the service was good but we had no iron in the room and also a water bug was in the bathroom. So they need to get inspection done badly.

the hotel is old and the rooms are in terrible condicion. also the were so many cocoroats all over. they changed my room but the problem still. internet wifi does not work. I have stayed over 20 days in this cell. if can avoid the hotel.

Cheap for location, didn't get the room I asked for I asked for a pool side king, I could have one or the other. Good location right in the heart of everything but surrounded by nicer hotels. This hotel was exactly what we expected for the money we paid for. It was located by the Interstate and Turnpike so its position was great for travelling to Disney and the Outlet malls but also walking distance to Universal Studios and Wet n Wild. There was also a bus stop outside which was also very helpful. Nice accommodations on a tight budget; safe even with children. Lots to do within walking distance. If you stay by pool area, expect loud music @9am-9pm every day. Good place to stay, just keep in mind, "ya get what you pay for."

It was in a convenient location but I just was not happy with the room that I was in when I went online I reserved a pool side view but did not get that view.

Furniture could be updated, towels are worn out, wifi could be better. Other items are fine & we'll recommend stay to friends.

This was a horrible place to stay. The staff was rude and unhelpful. They didnt even clean our room on the first day (claimed we had do not disturb on the door, this wasn't the case). We then asked for towels and soap. They only brought towels, and we had to call them twice. They were also extremely unaccommodating about helping us get a non-smoking […] room (understandable on the first day, not after 4 days). Then there was horrible internet connection. We told them around 10pm (not that late) and they said they would reset the router. They didn't until we called again. Then they told us to come down ourselves to get the 'bridge' which was 'foolproof'. This was not the case and the internet was down until the following afternoon. We spent a wk there and generally it was a reasonably comfortable room. Unfortunately the very loud music comes on at 9am in the morning until dusk so you are up whether you want to lie in or not. Also the wifi is virtually impossible to receive. I was advised it was ok in lobby and nr pool area but I found this impossible too. Never had so many trips […] to Starbucks and McDonalds for free internet. Hotel was well situated. Rooms somewhat tired but have fridge/microwave, aircon etc. so good value but would have loved wifi. Its great.... this is my third stay and I will recomended. Is close to everything. Room are nice and if there is something wrong the front desk help you immediatelly

even though the staff could not provide us with a microwave which was a huge issue since we brought microwave meals as to save a few bucks. The reception area had one so we used it. Could also never find any ice machine. Over all was a decent nights stay an will stay again.

Not bad for the price the maintenance sucked head board fell of bed frame and box spring on one bed were broke and the tv didn't work.. If your looking to just sleep an leave it's definately good just don't expect to enjoy the room

If I could give a negative rating this place would be a -2. I will never stay in this hotel again. The room had a horrbile smell, the lights flickered, the shower curtain rod was falling off the wall and when we needed to use the laundry facility, there were only 2 of the 3 dryers working and they were always in use. Room service also only made one […] of the beds once during the 3 night stay. This hotel was the sour note of our whole vacation in Orlando. This was exactly what you paid for. Room was nice, this was relatively close to everything and it was safe. However, wireless internet, don't count on that working. Could NEVER connect from the room.

I paid for four days but left a day early because the bed was so uncomfortable. Everything else was ok, and the location was great!! We walked to Universal since it was only a 20 min walk. It was clean.

This hotel and others of its kind, claim to have high-speed wireless internet. I have stayed in 3 Days Inn Hotels so far. However, the internet is slower than dial-up internet. It was very frustrating to even try to get the internet to connect. Please do not depend on using internet at any Days Inn Hotel. The internet sucks big time. You would be better […] off with WIFI at any Mc Donald's in the area. To the management: Please be honest and remove all mentions of "internet" from all your ads on the web as well as the large sign in front of the hotel stating "free wifi". My room had roaches I was very disappointed and it was disgusting .

WOULD DIFFENTLY STAY HERE AGAIN A FEW DAY BEFORE WE STAYED HERE WE STAYED AT A HOTEL IN DAYTONA BEACH AND IT WAS A DUMP WE WERE SO HAPPY WHEN WE GOT TO THIS DAYS INN IT WAS SO CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. THANKS FOR A GREAT PLACE TO STAY. AND A GREAT PRICE ALSO.

This hotel must have previously been a motel. The bathroom had a bad odor and all managment did was spray a liquid. The tv remotes didnt work. Just a very low class hotel. The only positive was that it had alot of restaurants around it. Cheap price equals cheap hotel

Not the fanciest place in town, but the cleanliness was at an acceptable level, it was quiet, and we were near everything we needed to get to.

Our room was in a cover where there was no light outside so we cant see at night ( had to use the phones to see). Once you enter the room if you see the walls the paint was coming off and falling on the bed.. The light inside the room would turn off and on. Asked to bring things to the room and never showed up...
