    The Premiere Hotel is convenieny located 1/2 block off the strip. You can see the beach from your room. Mario and his son are very accommodating. If you... need chairs, towels or umbrellas they will lend them to you for free. The room has a kitchenette and daily maid service. A large screen TV and free DVDs and player are provided.       ottimo rapporto qualita/prezzo.Situato proprio vicino a Ocean Drive e'in posizione strategica e nel cuore della vita notturna di MIAMI BEACH .La camera penso sia stata da poco ristrutturata in quanto si presentava nuovissima in ogni componente e questo me lo fa pensare in quanto all'esterno c'era del materiale tipico per le ristrutturazioni interne ed esterne comunque un ottima soluzione considerato che con internet il prezzo era di 66,00 euro mentre una settimana dopo passato di persona in hotel e chiesto il prezzo,questi era di ben 199,00 dollari USA.Ottima soluzione.

      Buona Posizione,molto vicino al mare, Personale gentile, serve un po' piu' di manutenzione, colazione un po' piu' varia e una migliore pulizia della moquette, ma in rapporto al prezzo della zona la camera tripla e' senz'altro adeguata e piacevole.

      camera ampia con letto comodo, doccia calda prodotti.bagno e personale gentile. colazione povera ( caffè, latte, fette di pan carrè burro, connessione WIFI in camera Buona. distante dal centro vicino all aeroporto.

    Where to start? Location is 1/2 block from beach and that is a nice plus. The staff is very friendly. The surrounding area has quite a few abandon hotels, I felt safe walking in the area though. The hotel itself is older and run-down. The room itself was clean and quite large with two double beds (not king or queen). The matresses were older and soft. […] It had a full kitchen with stove and oven, microwave and full refrigerator. The floor is tile. We did have a family with a child living in the unit next to us and it was a bit noisy. There is free underground parking, also a plus for being so close to the beach. This was okay for a one night stay-over but any longer may have been pushing it for us. This place wound probably be great for a bunch of college students during spring break. Continua a leggere

    Ett mysigt familjeägt hotell med bästa läge precis vid stranden. Rummen är enkelt möblerade men duger bra. Mkt bra med micro och kylskåp på rummet. Ett plus vore och hårfön funnits. Man märker att badrummet börjar bli lite slitet, dock hålls det rent och snyggt av städerskorna. Återkommer gärna!

    Yhdistetty keittiö/nukkumatila tilava,keitiössä hyvä varustelu.Jäähdytysjärjestelmää juuri uusittiin,huoneistokohtaiset sisäyksikköjen säädöt.     Toen we het hotel van de buitenkant zagen dachten we waar zijn we nu terecht gekomen. De kamer zelf viel gelukkig mee. Niet luxe, maar netjes. Zeker als je kijkt naar de prijs. Ideale ligging tegenover het strand.

    Trevligt, rent och fint hotell med bara 100 meter till havet och en fantastisk sandstrand. Vi hyrde en lägenhet det var stort och fint, dock var badrummet lite slitet, men dom höll på och renovera hotellet medans vi var där. Tyvär fanns det inga restauranger i närheten, man fick gå ganska långt för att hitta dem.Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. […] Det finns ingen matsal så frukost får man ordna själv, i lägenheterna fanns ingen diskborste, diskmedel eller disktrasa så det måste man ta med sig själv. Ett stort plus är att dom har gratis parkering under hotellet. Överlag ett bra hotell med mysig pool. Ett bra utgångsläge för utflyckter i alla riktningart. Continua a leggere

    Trevlig personal. Saknade handukar på rummet dag 2 men det ordnade sig omg. Kom inte i tid när de skulle öppna receptionen på morgonen då vi skulle checka ut. Vi fick se att de tagit lite för mycket betalt mot vad det stod på hotels.com. Kollar upp det senare. Enkelt men ok hotel pga läget nära beachen. // Fagersta Sweden

    Owners were amazingly friendly! Room was small, but clean. Hotel was right on the beach and there was garage for your car. So: PERFECT!!! Tulimme hotellille vasta iltakymmemnen tienoilla. Respassa omistajapoika tarjosi meille ensimmäisenä oluet. Kun kysyin mahdollisesti auki olevaa kauppaa ostaaksemme pullon punkkua ja pientä syötävää, hän kertoi, […] ettei lähikauppa ole enää auki, mutta pojan isä tarjosi meille punkkupullon omasta viinikellaristaan! Hän halusi tarjota sen, eikä siis ottanut meiltä vastaan maksua! Huoneemme oli pieni, mutta puhdas ja viihtyisä kaikkine väreineen. Ilmastointi oli tosi äänekäs eikä siitä juuri ollut hyötyä, mutta me viihdyttiin hyvin. Pihalla oli kiva allasalue ja rantaan oli matkaa puoli korttelia! Lisäksi hotellin kellarissa oli parkkipakka vuokra-autollemme. Kadulle parkkeeraaminen olisikin ollut silkka mahdottomuus. Iltakävelyllä kävimme katselemassa Fort Lauderdalen ökypaatteja, taloja jne.     Lille hyggeligt hotel, som har en rigtigt god placering kun 100 m fra stranden. Kvaliteten af hotellet er fint i forhold til den billige pris. Personalet er rigtig flinke og hjælpsomme.
