The hotel is convieniantly located just minutes from the airport, they have a small restaurant and bar. The restaaurant menu is limited, but the food and the service are excellent. It would have been nice to sleep in that morning but right at 8:00 am on a Sunday morning, the cleaning staff were out in the hallway talking so loud that it woke us up. Well they do not even offer coffee in the foyee. We found a similar motel for $32 less and they gave us a great breakfast included and soup and buns at 5 PM. Our pillows were too large, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. I ended up sleeping without a pillow. The room we had had bathroom walls that were filthy. We had stayed at the Greenwood Inn in Winnipeg several times before for professional conferences and each time the pool was under renovations, but the rooms were clean and quiet. This time we wanted to stay for pleasure and when we looked online, the pool renovations were completed several weeks before. On arrival there was a notice saying the pool […] was still not available. I would not have booked in to stay here if we had known that ahead of time. When we complained to the front desk, all she said was that the staff should have told us on check in that we had the use of the pool at another hotel down the street. When it is snowy and cold, who wants to go to another hotel's hot tub and then return to your own hotel with wet hair and clothing....I think NOT! "Great hotel. You should try it."
Everything was fabulous. Apart from not having a pen in the room, the only other thing was the height of the TV. It was too low and watching it while lying don on the bed was not possible. One more thing, make sure you hang out the “Not Disturb” sign outside the door otherwise the housekeepers wake you up around 9:00 AM.Recensioni obiettive degli ospiti Expedia
