Ho avuto modo di soggiornare con il mio ragazzo presso questo hotel .. Iniziamo dalla posizione : ottima direi . Davanti l' hotel trovate una metropolitana che vi permetterà di raggiungere il centro di Londra in 10 minuti . Per quanto riguarda la pulizia delle camere direi ottima .. Ogni giorno cambiavano le lenzuola cosa che non fanno in tutti gli […] hotel .. Il personale e ' stato molto gentile e disponibile . L' unica pecca che abbiamo riscontrato e ' stata la stanza : molto piccola .. Potevamo muoverci a stento in due . Per raggiungere la stanza dovevamo percorrere un corridoio stretto e pieno di scale .. L ' ascensore non era funzionante , ma il personale e ' stato molto gentile ad aiutarci per trasportare le valigie .. Nel complesso posso dire che lo consiglio se si ha spirito di adattamento .. Io ero consapevole di trovare questi svantaggi , ma ho comunque scelto questo hotel dato il prezzo vantaggioso e data la posizione .. Continua a leggere

Seconda volta in questo hotel e ci tornerei una terza sicuramente, ci sono due fermate della metro a disposizione, zona tranquilla e vicinissima al centro e con Hyde Park a due passi e tanti negozi aperti fino a tardi per qualsiasi bisogno.

Albergo vicinissimo a 2 stazioni metro, molto comodo per qualsiasi spostamento a Londra. Il personale è disponibile e gentile, e l'albergo è ben tenuto. L'unica nota negativa la pulizia in stanza non era il massimo, ma per un soggiorno da turista non ci si fa tanto caso.

L'hotel, in un edificio georgiano molto chic, accoglie gli ospiti con una hall ed un bar al piano terra splendidi. Le stanze sono piccole, ma pulite e silenziose.Gentile il personale ed ottima la location: a due passi da due stazioni della metro, sulle linee rossa, gialla e verde. Ve lo consiglio!

La camera era molto piccola, poco pulita e nel seminterrato e c'era odore di muffa. A fatica si passa con la valigia per i corridoi. Ascensore davvero molto piccolo. Se si ha grande spirito di adattamento va bene solo per dormire.

L'hotel è abbastanza bello. Bella la reception; camera pulita, non grandissima ma ,rispetto agli standard di londra più che dignotosa. l'hotel dista pochi metri dalla fermata metro Bayswater quindi, comodissimo. L'unico problema riscontrato è relativo alle finestre (quella della camera e quella del bagno). Entrambe non si chiudevano bene con conseguenti […] spifferi. Ho prenotato due stanze...illusa dalle foto. Sono piccole e tenute male..ma questo è nella norma a londra, dove il concetto di pulizia e manutenzione è diverso da quello italiano. Non vi aspettate un 3 stelle come in Italia...sono peggio delle nostre locande. La cosa peggiore è stata la camera congelata; il riscaldamento non era abbastanza forte e il […] bagno era peggio del polo nord. Rooms are very small. Hallways are like mazes. Room had holes in the wall. Tv was 12 inches and volume did not work all the time., location was good, housekeeping was good. Front desk sold us tickets to big bus tour saying they were good for two days when they were only good for one.

Reception is nice, the lift is quaint, rooms are tiny, they stink, and are in need of a make over. Bed was rock-hard and the pillows were 1inch thick.

Where do i start? I found the hotel staff were very nice to some degree however i found not many of the staff spoke very good english. I found this pretty strange. One would think they would have english speaking people behind the counter? The only good concierge was the Irish las who was very helpful & friendly. I found the restaurant staff to be quite […] rude & not very friendly especially around breakfast (also some don't speak very good english either). One night i wanted to try the restaurant out for dinner, as you enter there is a sign stating "Please wait to be seated" well i waited & waited, mind you the restaurant was COMPLETELY EMPTY I waited for over 10 mins for someone to greet me, it never happened so took my money else where. Another gripe was you had to pay for Internet usage at 15 pounds for 24hrs. They should really have wifi installed & make it free considering everything isn't that crash hot. Good service and a clean, comfortable room with good facilities were completely spolied by the noise inside and outside the hotel. As the building is not double-glazed, we did not sleep at all. The quality of the breakfast is average at best.

Perfect location, tiny rooms & the lift is hilarious (holds 2 people max, or 1 + luggage!). If you want a central location right near Hyde Park & the tube, then this is the ideal location. We didn't spend much time in our room as we were out & about in London itself, so for us, this hotel was absolutely perfect.

The hotel was clean and convenient to the tube. The staff were friendly, helpful and accomodating. The rooms were well maintained and of a reasonable size. I would recommend this hotel as a convenient and well priced base to explore London.

I travel to London for the weekend fairly often, and always go for the budget end of the scale. This was a two night stay over the Notting Hill carnival weekend, and so the location was ideal. We arrived ahead of check in time but the receptionist let us leave our bags so we could come back later. Very impressed with the exterior and reception - large, […] marble floored area, chandeliers... We were lead through very narrow corridors to room 33. It was tiny, but at this point still seemed ok for the money. windows would not close fully (nor open). The bathroom was the worst part of the room. It was tiny. Literally no space either side of the loo (between wall and sink) and the shower was just a shower tray with a curtain, so as soon as you turned on the water it began to soak the floor. No hot water despite leaving it to run for a while. My partner went to reception to inform them of the issues. They advised that they were fully booked and so couldn't move us, although they could the next night. When we got back that evening we were in a room on the 4th floor. Tbh, apart from a bath with shower, this wasn't much better. Probably worth the price we paid, but certainly nowhere near their rack rate. The actual room I got (number 53) was extremely small, and ugly. YOu have to access to the room going one floor up and then down again. Pictures are fake or correspond to a very different room. Will not come back ever.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Although the location is very good and the staff polite, the policies regarding the possibility of alternating your booking in an unfortunate situation is ridiculous.

The rooms here are tiny- absolutely tiny. If you need enough room to swing a cat, forget it. I stayed here with some friends recently (they had a twin room and a triple, while I had a single to myself). The triple was a bit shabby, in need of a makeover; the twin was comfortable enough; my single, one of the dreaded basement rooms was actually the best […] of the three. The chambermaids do their job very well, the televisions are (unusually for a hotel) properly tuned; there is a comfortable bar in the hotel and there are dozens of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel is less than a minute from Bayswater tube station and very close to Queensway. If you're going to be out and about all day, the location is enough to make the Eden Park a reasonable choice. My doughter and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. We think that we got good value for the money. We had a room at the top with a view over the roof tops. The room was clean and so the bathroom. Breakfast was good and abundant and you could by a full English breakfast with an additional payment. The proximity of the underground was really nice and […] safe. Basically one needs to go to first floor then take the lift to second floor! The Hotel was close to the Underground tube and nearby restaurants, shops, etc. Our room was small but was okay as we were only staying one night. Let's start with the positive things: the area is great, a lot of stores and restaurants around the hotel and very close to the subway station. it was a very clean area! the hotel looks nice from outside and has a nice tea lounge. negative: it started when they gave us our room in the basement! not only was the room extremly small, you looked literally […] to a grey wall in front of your window! although we booked a double room, the bed size was tiny! after complaining, we got a new room on the 5th floor. the size of the room was also tiny, the bathroom even smaller! in the evening (after shopping) the elevator wasn't working and it took a day to have this problem fixed! as the blanket was not really big we asked for a second blanket. after the second phone call we finally received one - that was dirty and full of hair! after an hour and 3 more phone calls we finally received a new, clean blanket! our window didn't open, the air conditioner didn't work (turned off after 10 min and wouldn't turn back on) we were slightly disappointed. to top everything, we wanted to leave our luggage at the hotel and they asked us to pay for each piece of luggage! I stayed there for 14 days, and I enjoyed it. My main complaint is that there is not a free wifi at the hotel. You can buy access, but it is very expensive, so for me, the local Starbucks coffee was the solution. The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly. The room was very small, but nice. This "hotel" (I would say hostel) is way too over priced. First room we got was under the main level, under ground, very cold room. We were freezing all night and ther was plus something outside. Bathroom (or I could say -closet) was about 1m2 small. In the bathcloset was a noicy fan, which you couldn't power off. We were there so late, we didn't have […] energy to make a complaint. The next room we got wasn't cold or noicy. It was just a ruin from the 60's. The bed was shoddy. I wouldn't recommmend this "hotel" to anyone, EXCEPT if they cut their prices 50%. Service was good. This hotel was like faulty towers, I would definitely not stay again nor recommend anyone else to stay. If you have a few extra quid, go to the Hilton! We got what can only be described as a matchbox room. This room was dirty and no where near what the pictures show - don't be fooled by them When we got moved, the room in fairness was ok. But...the […] bathroom door was too big and wouldn't close, the safe didn't work, the shower was stuck on extreme hot. When we rang to ask for someone to come down to fix no one came. Eventually I fixed it myself. I complained on the way out and was told the maintenance man doesn't work weekends!! Next I asked for a blanket similar to the one in our first room. THREE separate times I asked for it....it never came. There was wallpaper falling off the walls and the place smelt like mould. Could do with a lick of paint as it was very shabby. I have no idea how they got 3 stars for this place. The one good thing about this hotel was the very nice girl on the front desk who was friendly and the only professional working in the hotel I refused to buy anything in their bar as I did not want to give them another penny. The location of the hotel is great, but there are other hotels in the area. Do not go by the imagery they have. The rooms are not like this at all I would recommend strongly never to stay here.
