I would give everything a "5" if this incident did not happen. We got there past midnight & I have already called the hotel a couple hours prior to make sure we still have the room and they said yes. When we checked in and entered the room, it was not cleaned. There was only one other room left and that was not cleaned either. We had 5 people in the […] group & I initially booked the 2 queen beds with a sofa bed so the front desk person did his best to clean both rooms. He initially called other hotels & no occupancy everywhere else due to holiday weekend. I felt bad for him as I know it wasn't his job and he was the only person working. My family and I went to Keystone to see Mount Rushmore for the first time. We stood at the holiday inn express and found it very pleasant. The night desk woman was very nice and helpful with questions about things to do around the Area. The hotel common areas as well as our rooms were very clean. "Road Trip."
There was a hick up where the didn't hold our room since we were a little late but they were able to quickly fix it and provide us with the type of room we had originally booked. Other than that the room was decent and the location perfect. The breakfast was nice too.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com
