Pyramid Lake Resort Jasper

A lovely location away from the town. Sadly some of the service was also. The venue had lots of weddings and staying guests came second place to them both in terms of dining and service.

This is an an excellent resort, the log style chalets offered quality accommodation, including a gas log fire which added to the feel good factor. Its a great location for walking, we took the 5.2km woodland walk from the resort into Jasper had lunch and took a leisurely walked back. This was the best place I've ever stayed. Staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was home. We enjoyed out stay, Thanks for everything.

this place was awesome for the price it was exactly as advertised. we got there a little late going through jasper and they gave us complimentary breakfast the next morning which was delicious and the rersturaunt is very beautiful. they even left the hot tub open late because we asked and we got in late after a long drive, we had a good sleep and would […] definetly stay again Continua a leggere

Being in Canada, you are already in paradise when you look out at the magnificent mountains that surround you. Coast Pyramid Lake Resort has it all---mountains & a beautiful lake, and even an island, yes, it is a great place to stay. Our room had very comfortable bed, and was quite roomy with no detail left out down to the HD TV and Wi-Fi. The scenery […] was just beautiful from our balcony with fragrant blooming flower boxes everywhere. It was such a delight to sit and look out at the surrounding mountains & lake and relax after a day of sightseeing. The Coast Pyramid Lake Resort was the nicest hotel we stayed at on our entire trip to Canada. The room was beautiful! We had a fridge, safe, gas fireplace, large beautiful room, marvelous view, and the bathroom was amazing! We had dinner at the resort overlooking the lake, and it was a perfect meal!

The beautiful setting on the shore of Pyramid lake partially makes up for the outdated rooms. My cabin would have been worthy of 3 stars in the early 90's but now it warrants only 2. Leider blieb dieses Hotel in den 70ziger Jahren stehen. Die Zimmer sind dunkel und die helleren oberen Etagen für Individualreisende " not available"

Wir waren zwei Nächte hier. Die Lage ist wirklich wunderschön mit Blick auf den See und die Berge. Es gibt viele Trails direkt vom Hotel aus und man kann Boote mieten. Das Hotel besteht aus einer Reihe von Chalets mit je 8 Zimmern auf 2 Stockwerken. Wir waren im Erdgeschoss. Leider sind die Decken sehr hellhörig, sodass man alles vom Frühaufsteher-Nachbarn […] obendrüber hörte: Schritte, Dusche, Toilettenspülung... Deshalb sollte man am besten auf einem Zimmer im "2nd floor" bestehen. Unsere eigene Dusche war ziemlich schwach. Das Frühstück und das Essen sind sehr gut. Der Koch ist sehr kreativ, aber das zeigt sich auch im Preis. Continua a leggere

Das Pyramid Lake Ressort liegt herrlich, direkt am gleichnamigen See (d.h. allerdings auch: 5 lange Kilometer von Jasper entfernt). Wir waren Ende Juni dort, bei sonnig-blauem Himmel. Es wurde Abends schnell kalt und auch tagsüber bleibts frisch. Mücken gab´s keine, jedenfalls ist uns keine begegnet. Das Ressort ist ideal für Wanderer, Mounainbiker […] etc. Wir haben es als Zwischenstation auf der Fahr von Edmonton nach Banff genutzt. Das Restaurant bietet abends und zum Frühstück gute kanadische Küche. Nichts besonderes, aber solide. Preis und Leistung stimmen. Die Zimmer in den ca. 20 verschiedenen Häusern sind einfach eingerichtet und haben durchweg See- und Bergblick (bei schönem Wetter: einsame Spitze!). Das Bad war klein aber sauber. Wg. der Blockhausbauweise nimmt man am Leben lautstarker Nachbarn teil. Tipp: Zimmer am Rand eines Hauses geben lassen, das reduziert die Trefferquote glatt um 50%. Continua a leggere
