Excellent place, close to some good restaurants. Good price for the parking. Also, all the appliances to cook and wash clothes in the room.

Hotel stay was very pleasant and fitted our plans perfectly. Disappointment with spa not working and 1 staff member a little off hand-but didn't affect our stay. Would recommend

we wanted a queen/king size, but was attached with 2 single beds which made it unconfortable.. prior notice would have been prefered OR given what was promised. thank you

this hotel is not as it is seen on web site. they queen pillow top matress that is ment to be a grate sleep is 2single beds pushed together it had a dirty empty bottle of wine in ther it was so old and would not recommend at all!!!!!! when i told staff they didnt care they said oh ???!!!!! not happy at all!!!!!!

This hotel has a great location right in the centre of town very close to Darling harbour and St George street. Good service and condition of the rooms .. highly recommended.

Both our keys wouldn't work when we tried to get back into the building at the front door. Others were having trouble too and getting caught unawares by walking into the glass doors. Reception staff had to press a button to let us in.

The Seasons Harbour Plaza is a great place to stay. We were very impressed with the customer service, we were able to check in early and were even given a free room upgrade. The location is very easy to find and its a great base to stay as you can walk everywhere from the hotel. We were given a room with a balcony as requested. The only downside of […] the hotel is the very small balcony size, you cant even fit a chair on it. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend it to others. This was my third trip to Sydney and chose this hotel as it had a little more space given a seperate lounge and sleep area. The staff were helpful and the hotel in a good location but the hotel is in need of a renovation and our room was quite unclean-dirt in the fridge, food in the carpet, very dusty, hairs in the sheets. the customer service was appauling

Our stay at the Seasons Darling Harbour was delightful. The room was large and clean and the location of the hotel was central.

I booked with Somerset Darling Harbour, but it was taken over by Seasons. We were booked in a too small room so we were upgraded the next night at no charge. I was asked twice for payment, but my paperwork from Hotels.com stated it was paid when I booked. Well placed for the attractions around Darling harbour area. clean and tidy hotel with helpful and pleasant staff at hand on the front desk to advise etc.

Great position, friendly staff were the highlights. Low points: Kettle did not work; towels not supplied. After request, housekeeping brought a pile of 8 bath mats and no bath towels. Not good enough

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and well serviced. Having the kitchenette was a bonus. Brilliant location only a few minutes walk to Darling Harbour and close to the city shops. Would definitely stay there again.

Good location but nothing special. No bath in deluxe room and the remote control had no batteries. Kitchen very basic and room was small.

My "Premier Room" had old run-down furniture and a very dirty wall-to-wall carpet, to such an extent that I never deared taking off my shoes (no slippers are provided). The oevrall condition, ammenities and service of this hotel does not correspond to its rating and I am surprised to see other guests having given such favourable reviews. Good location with 5-minute walk to the Darling Harbour and all the nearby tourist attractions, including the Fish Market which is just 20 minutes away. Staff are helpful, and kind enough to offer us the bathroom of the gym upon check-in because our room was not ready yet (we arrived early in the morning by an overnight train from Melbourne). This is an older hotel so rooms could use a little refurbish but has a lot of space (we stayed in the 1 bedroom unit) and has a fantastic location. Friendly and helpful staff who recommended restaurants that were great and great directions on using all the public transportation and where to go. The suite was spacious; it would be very comfortable for anyone staying several days. The hotel clerks were very helpful; one told us how to get to the free shuttle which made our stay much simpler. We were close enough to visit many attractions. We were able to take the Harbour Cruise, the Opera House Walking Tour and an Opera in the evening. It is […] a safe area to walk in during the day. Very good staff, excellent location. Hotel very clean and modern. The tumble drier, safe and phone didnt work, however staff helped with issues. Would defo stay again!

The hotel is located close to George Street and Darling Harbour. Both are a few minutes walk away. Hotel was clean but TV could have been updated even though we didn't get a chance to watch much of it. Cafe is next door for breakfast and food was good.

This is an apartment type hotel which is an advantage to those staying more than a day or two. It is not "high end", but it is very convenient for the traveler interested in a central location (near the Harbor and downtown shopping). One minor issue is checkout: They insist on an ontime checkout (11:00am) - this results in a hoard of people waiting […] at the the front desk. Near to Darling Harbour and transportation network... walking distance to CBD, Chinatown, Convention Centre etc.

Small uphill walk to George Street / Town Hall but very close to Darling Harbour; so a good location. Room not available until late in the day due to heavy turnover of clientel. kitchen bench & dishwasher not cleaned but overall acceptable. We had a double bedroom which was two individual rooms with their own kitchen & bathroom facilities. One door […] from the passageway opened into two rooms each with their own door. We arranged at time of booking for internet. Internet was provided via a telephone cable in your room. Our small notebook did not have this connection / facility so we did not use the internet. We suspect the connection would have been slow. You can buy broadband internet . Would recommend this hotel to all. Continua a leggere

The hotel room offers all convenience as needed including washing and drying facility and kitchen. The hotel is in the city center and close to thje must-sees as Aquarium, zoo, Sydney tower and Darling harbor. The only disadvatage was taht little things were broken in the room, like shower hose or toilet ring.

This hotel is in a great location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat, but was rather shabby. The lighting was dim and the furniture was very dated. For a few dollars more I would recommend staying at the Sheraton Four Points right across the street.

Location is walking distance to city centre with its shops and sight seeing spots as well to Darling harbor with its Aquarium, wild life zoo, wharfs and restaurants. Comfortable hotel with kitchenette and laundry facility in room and free broadband. Some things like shower tubes and toilette seat etc were broken so hotel room can be better maintain […] ed. Excellent proximity to Darling Harbour attractions: convention center (if you are there for a conference), Aquarium, Wildlife World, Sydney Tower, Queen Victoria Building, Town Hall train station, etc.. The Loft is a good night bar to visit in the evening for cocktails and light food - also within walking distance. The in-room laundry facilities were […] very helpful. For a stay in Sydney this appartment hotel is idealy situated. Located within 2 minutes walk from Darling Harbour, QVB & the shops you have the best of both worlds, although there is quite an incline to QVB. Very close to QVB is the Town Hall Station so access to all other parts is so handy, even the Blue mountains. There are plenty of small convenience […] stores on the doorstep & less than five minutes is China Town, so you will never go hungry. The Apartment itself was a little dated but had everything you need for either short or long stay. Hotel très bien situé dans le coeur de sydney à proximité de George street, de chinatown et de Darling Harbour. La chambre était bien équipée mais les placards étaient un peu branlant et la poele un peu trop ancienne (elle a déclanché l'alarme incendies car elle fumait trop et malgré la ventilation !). およそすべての必見スポットに歩いていけます。 市内のお店は早くに閉まる所が多い中、遅くまで開いているダーリングハーバーに近かったので食事や買い物にも便利でした。 ただ立地の便が良いと言うことは週末とかは人出も多く外の音がうるさく、気になることもありました。 ホテル自体古い建物のせいかシャワーの出が悪かったのが残念でした。 全体として料金に見合うと思いましたので、良かったのではと納得しています。
