"Excellent Value and convenience"
Service was excellent. Room was very clean. Staff worked with me when i needed to have a late check out and then cancel my last night. Highly recommend!

"Great Visit"
My family stayed four nights at the hotel and had a great stay. We arrived early in the morning and, as the room was available, were allowed to check in much before the 3pm check-in time without additional charge. Needless to say, this courtesy was astoundingly appreciated. The breakfast included a hot egg dish each morning and varied each day to compliment […] the daily fresh waffles, cold cereal, yogurt, fruit, bagels and bread. Beds were comfortable and room temperature controls worked well. Tea and coffee was plentiful and always present, often with cookies and fresh fruit available. Yes, the hotel was comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast advertised was more than expected. Hats off to the staff! The price was right and getting a full breakfast sealed the deal.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was a nice size. Nice selection for breakfast buffet. Right off the interstate, a bit removed from the college but overall a very nice place to stay.

Close to the expressway, clean. Yet worn. Wallpaper was peeling. Staff was very friendly, continental breakfast was adequate. Store bought cookies though. Have been to some Country Inns where they bake them fresh.

A nice winter night at the Country Inn at Grinnell with warm coffee and a hot tub that looked out over the snow. The breakfast was also good. Excellent experience at this hotel.

"Hotel in Grinnell"
It was a great stay. The remote in our room did not work and the girl at the front desk personally brought me down a new one and stayed until it was in working order. I thought she went above and beyond herself and was very quick to come to our room.

Only problems were a very loud air conditioner and very mediocre breakfast.

"Great room for the money"
Room is clean. Very friendly staff. Surrounding area is quiet, feel safe. No elevator but hotel has only 2 levels so one flight of stairs isn't bad.
