L'hotel si trova in una posizione magnifica. Ovviamente le camere che danno sul golfo sono le più ambite e le deliziose. Il personale è estremamente disponibile e cordiale e il ristorante italiano al suo interno è delizioso e curatissimo. Forse un po' troppo per una famiglia con bambini. Neo: sulle terrazze ci sono le zanzariere che riducono un po' la vista, ma sono necessarie. Purtroppo passano lo stesso i piccoli no-see-ums, insettini quasi invisibile che mordono che è un piacere. Lo spray alla recepito è d'obbligo o bisogna vivere con le finestre chiuse. La colazione è ottima ma l'infrastruttura che la ospita non è accogliente. La colazione inclusa nel prezzo viene servita fra una saletta d'entrata e il pub semi-buio . Tavolini normali ce ne sono due o tre, gli altri sono bassi davanti al divanetto o sono il bancone del pub e i tavolini alti da pub, appunto. Fuori non c'è neanche un tavolino con due sedie.

Ci siamo fermati al Best Western Fort Myers Waterfront come tappa di un fly & drive, per riposarci dopo una giornata sulla costa tra Naples a Sanibel, e in vista della partenza per Orlando. "Best Western Ft Myers Waterfront"
Yes the Hotel is older and dated, but I made the reservation at the last minute and finances were an issue. BWFMW is right on the water- views of the Harbor and Bridge are spectacular. I had bicycles on the car roof and the front desk person said he would personally look after them plus they have 2 security personnel on patrol.

"North Fort Myers Best Western Waterfront"
The beds were great, the view of the water and wild life every morning was awesome.The only downfalls we had were the bathroom sink leaking down the wall and leaves blowing under our front door every day. All and all we liked it and were pleased...

The staff at the Fort Myers Best Western were exceptional. Even though the receptionist was going off duty when we arrived, when she realized we were new to the area she took the time to get us maps and suggest areas to visit before leaving for the day.

"Nice Fort Myers Waterfront Hotel"
We enjoyed our stay here very much. Sitting out on the balcony overlooking the waterfront was relaxing and on our last morning we finally saw the dolphins. The only thing we didnt' like was the onsite restaurant. We waited 10-15 mins to be seated (which wasn't bad) but then after the waitress took our order it was close to an hour before we got our […] food (while others around us had already gotten theirs). The waiter kept saying the food would be right up and then it was another 15 mins and no food...over and over. My order was wrong when I got it. I order chicken tenders and scallops and got some sort of fish and scallops. We were not charged for my meal, only my husband's and it still cost us $26. The IHOP served better food and had better service by far. But overal, the hotel itself was nice with a great view. Continua a leggere
"Great view of dolphins!"
Everything was great except for electrical outlets. Nothing would stay plugged in but maintenance was great about fixing it in a timely manner. The view was great and we had the added bonus of seeing dolphins put on a show for us. Would stay there again.

"close to down town"
very nice hotel. we looked out to the water from sliding doors. staff was very friendly and helpful.the beds were confortable.they also have a nice seafood resturant. the only thing was our breakfast tickets to ihop. we could only order from a different menu. we thought that wasn't good service. but the hotel was very nice and clean.

"Good hotel for a short stay"
We stayed at the Best Western Fort Meyers Waterfront in Feb 2012. The room was very nice and clean...the bathroom definitely needed some updating but was clean. Very convenient location to Rt 41. Front desk staff was helpful and courteous. There is an IHOP right in front for a meal or just a cup of coffee.

I have to say it was pretty good. My room was clean, great view, bed was very comfortable, and the cleaning staff were friendly. Good enough restaurants and things within walking distance. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the only four vending machines they have were not working my whole stay, four days. And there were never any towels […] at the pool, not supposed to bring towels from your room. I did let front desk know about the vending machine and towels each day, but it was a different person each time and none of them smiled. But over all a good stay! Continua a leggere
"Comfortable and Clean"
This hotel had spacious and clean rooms. I didn't feel cramped in the bathroom either. The outside of the hotel could use a little facelift, but inside the lobby and rooms was updated nicely. You can feel good knowing you will be comfortable there.

My complaint with this hotel was that it was in the 30's when we were there, our room was very cold and they were out of blankets, the heat was broken and no one came to check it when we complained

No Complaints. Very comfortable, Very clean room. As everyone should know by know fantastic view. Dolphins in the Morning. Very nice staff. The IHOP breakfast in the morning was a bonus. Highly recommend.
"Best Western near Fort Myers, Florida"
A very nice hotel in a fairly attaractive location overlooking the bay. The room was decent but needs better care. All the rooms have a balcony overlooking the ocean. The parking lot is busy but there are three restaurants that share this space with the hotel. Food, comfort and rest with an ocean view. For the price this is quite good.
The breakfast was at the ihop on the property and was just so so. Be sure to get your voucher from the front desk.
"A few adjustments needed"
The girl at the desk at check-in was cold and very business-like. The door on the belcony window was broken (second floor) but the security bar was enough to hold it closed. Besides these minor things, the view was great, cleaning staff friendly and the breakfast vouchers at IHop were a great value. We had a great time. Thank you!

we liked the hotel but the arrangements we made through hotels.com were not known to the hotel. We were there for a family funeral and had arranged to have a block of 5 rooms together in the same tower on the same floor to ease coordination of movement and improve ease of communication. We were scattered over several floors and in both towers.

"Showing its age"
The place is a little shabby and walls are thin. Can hear road noise despite being 100yds off the road. Room was nice size and clean, but TV was small. Reception folks were pleasant and restaurant not bad if you like fried food (mostly seafood). Pool had some algae stains indicating that the water is not maintained optimally. "Great view. Big Rooms. A bit older."
This is an OK hotel largely because of the location, which is convenient to Ft. Myers downtown, and because of the water view. Our room opened to a grassy area close to the water, which was great, as long as you kept the curtins closed. The room was very large, though pretty old. Had a fridge and microwave, but no breakfast. Great seafood restaurant […] $$ in the hotel--be ready to smell cooking 24/7. Plenty of other chain food places close by. Pretty much a big box. high speed highway kind of neighborhood, so no reason to plan time there. Very convenient to the Red Sox ball park for spring training. Not convenient to beaches at all. "hotel still the same, but Pincer's is gone"
We have stayed at the BW Ft. Myers many times, for the location and especially for the rooms and the view. In the past, the restaurant in the hotel was first class. Unfortunately it [Pincer's] is gone, and the replacement restaurant, three fishermen, is distinctly below average. Not the fault of the hotel, but a factor nonetheless.

"Noise"
THe hotel was extremely noisey. There's a major road close by that is extremely loud all night long. Tough to sleep.

Only stayed for one night, but was pleased to see that the room was just as pictured on your website - spacious and clean with beautiful view of river. Nice restaurant on the water - didn't get a chance to eat there though. Plenty of fast-food chains, etc. nearby. I would stay there again.

We had problems getting the room we booked and were never acomidated at check in, rather we were told on a Monday the hotel was booked. Regardless the pool was great and a good way to deescalate after being jerked around. The hotel is in a great location, rooms are average and the view is good. Mot sure what I was expecting from a chain, but I got what […] frequently comes from chain hotel service and rooms.
