la notte trascorsa è stata positiva ma dopo aver chiesto di passarne altre 2 successive,mi è stato chiesto un prezzo 5 volte superiore .poca serietà aziendale.peccato perchè il prezzo pagato in offerta era ottimo ,ma quello proposto fuori mercato

Ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo. A 3 minuti a piedi da bus e metro, si raggiunge il centro in 15minuti di passeggiata. Da un lato l' hotel confina con un parco. Ottima colazione a buffet. SPA ben tunuta e pulita, piscina abbastanza grande x nuotare.

L'albergo è interessante, la posizione buona. Unico difetto il costo della colazione presso il ristorante annesso: la qualità è raffinata, ma il prezzo troppo elevato

Il centro di Amburgo, situato nel cuore del Lago Alster si trova ad un chilometro dal porto e dalla zona industriale, attualmente in ristrutturazione. "Quality Hotel Ambassador Hamburg"
Found the staff a bit "off" towards me, I wasn't made to feel welcome there ;-( eg intenet wasn't working told to use my laptop when didn't bring one. Told engineer would come and fix internet, he never did. Advised to take 2 train stops to use internet. Then they decided to let me use the one in their office. Spent 10 nights there. Hotel is near disco […] club, so expect loud music on nights fris and sat. Went in July but given winter duvet, which was too hot told them they changed but then another day gave me a 10 tog duvet again. Should be a 3.5 star Vist hamburg yearly wont be staying there again. It is a very good hotel, but keep in mind that is not to close the the center of Hamburg. You can take de U3 Line or S1 to go to the center, is just 10 minutes away by U or S Bahn. And the station is only 3 block from the hotel.

Nice, clean hotel, right across (the street) from a convention center, but somewhat out of the way from the main downtown and party areas. Works for families and others needing to have some peace and privacy at times. Check-in was quick; even the staff wanted to watch the live heavyweight boxing match being held in Hamburg that night in the bar/lounge […] on the opposite side of the lobby. Room was clean, long lengthwise, but not very wide at all; just had room to walk around single bed, but the bed was comfortable and clean (linens are provided at no extra cost). (Room was for one adult; double occupancy or family rooms are much larger and pretty nice.) Great walk-in shower with detachable head, although the rest of the (separate) bathroom was somewhat small (following the shape of the room). There was room for a work desk and chair, with a flat-screen mounted on the desk in the corner, all facing a nice view of a downtown street. Place had multiple outlets in reachable areas, and both see-through and light-cancelling curtains. The complimentary breakfast was great, with a moderate selection, depending on one's tastes/needs, and the dining room also serves a good dinner (must pay for this, though!). Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially for a newcomer to the city. Hotel is close to the local train station(s), but on the other side of a main local roadway from the main station. It's about a 12-15 minute walk from the main station. If travelling by cab, call the hotel first to have them send one, else risk getting ripped off by the the vultures waiting at the station! You will not regret this, especially when travelling on a budget! Overall, a pretty nice hotel for a few nights or a week, comparable to 2 -1/2 or 3 stars in other places. I would definitely stay there again, and would recommend it to anyone else staying in Hamburg. Continua a leggere

Super hotel til pengene med mulighed for parkering i gården mod betaling. En smule støj fra vejen, men det må man forvente når det samtidig skal være centralt.

Vores familie på 2 voksne / 2 børn har netop haft en dejlig tur til Hamburg kombineret med tur til HansaPark, ca. 1 times kørsel fra HansaPark. Hotellet ligger udenfor selve centrum men ca. 10 min. gang til Berliner Torr station - derefter 1 stop til Hamburg hovedbane - selve kvarteret er ikke spændende, men værrelset var fint & rent, dejlige senge, […] lille thekøkken, flinkt og hjælpsomt personale. Trådløst internet på værelset, dog langsomt. Morgenmad umiddelbart lidt dyrt (ekstra), men betalte ikke for børnene så samlet meget rimeligt. Hvis man ikke har brug for et hotel lige midt i "down-town" Hamburg, kan hotellet anbefales. Billetautomat på togstation tager kun tyske EC bankkort, så husk kontanter, max. 20 EUR sedler. Mange opgange fra Berliner Torr stationen - da vi kom tilbage om aftenen gik vi op fra stationen via "forkert" udgang, tog lidt tid at finde ud af hvor vi var - blot et lille tip... Dejligt hotel. Fin pool til børnene. God restaurant. Vi spiste både aftensmad og morgenmad der. Vi boede på 4. sal ud mod gaden, men syntes ikke at trafikken var generende. For langt væk fra centrum hvis man vil gå og har børn med, men nemt at tage u-bahnen. Rigtig godt hotel til pengene.
"Mittelmässig, ok für eine Nacht"
Hat im 2006 einen Preis gewonnen und offenbar seither nicht mehr viel gemacht. Für ein 4 Stern am unteren Rand. Für eine Nacht war es ok. Zimmer sehr ringhörig. Frühstück sollte für diesen Preis inbegriffen sein.

"Dusch i hallen"
Hotellet är fyrstjärnigt när det gäller service, frukost och det övriga runt om. Det som inte var i kvalitet var mitt enkelrum. Det första jag såg när jag kom in genom dörren till rummet var att duschkabinen var placerad i hallen. Som ni förstår blev det fuktig luft i lägenheten efter en dusch. Dessutom fanns inte plats för att kunna ha min väska öppen […] och samtidigt kunna gå i rummet. Frukosten är mycket bra (t ex mer än 10 lösthésorter) men tänk på att den kostar ganska mycket. "Fint hotel"
Fint hotel, gode senge, god morganmad og hyggelig bar og restaurant. Det eneste der trækker ned er beliggenheden lige op ad en 8 sporet vej, som kan støje, hvis værelset vender den vej. Taxa til midtbyen < 10 euro.

Das Hotel ist rundum empfehlenswert: Freundliche Zimmer - EZ etwas klein, in meinem befand sich die Dusche quasi außerhalb des Badezimmers im Flur. Aber: super Licht!! Vor allem zum Lesen; genügend Platz zum Arbeiten - sehr ambitionierte Bar; leider an diesem Abend nur mit Aushilfen bestückt und ziemlich dröge .... vi blev pænt modtaget af venligt og hjælpsomt personale.Vore værelser var ud mod gaden, men vi hørte slet ikke støj derfra. Baren blev besøgt om aftenen, venlig og hyggelig betjening med et stort udvalg. Resturanten er dejlig med hyggelige kroge. Bra och prisvärt hotell. Rummet var i enlighet med mina förväntningar vid hänsyn till rumspriset. Utnyttjade ej möjligheten att äta frukostbuffé. Nära till U/S Bahn Berliner Tor. Närliggande kvarteren var tråkiga och ödsliga, särskilt under kvällstid.

Prima Hotel voor een stedentrip vooral ook door de ligging bij het belangrijke OV knooppunt Berliner Tor. De S en U bahn brengt je in notime in het centrum en het aantal treinen is zeer groot, dus altijd kort wachten. De kamers zijn niet groot maar ruim voldoende omdat je meestal toch de hele dag wegbent. Prima bedden en vooral de kamers aan de achterzijde […] hebben geen last van straatgeluiden. Enige min-punt is dat er alleen TV wordt geleverd tegen meerprijs per dag. Vreemd omdat dit ook de publieke kanalen betreft. Personeel is services gericht en vriendelijk. A modern very nice Hotel. The staff speaks good english and are extreamly service minded. The hotel is situate in an almost industrial area but it is only about 200 yards (2 minutes walk) to the S-Bahn station (For tourists I recommend an one day ticket on the public transportations, 5Eu). Generelt et super godt ophold. Meget fint family værelse, med god plads til 4 pers. Benyttede dog ikke morgenmadsbuffeten som ikke var inkluderet i prisen, da prisen synes usandsynlig dyr set i forhold til niveauet for Hamburg generelt......

Buchung Einzelzimmer war eine Zumutung, es war nicht möglich, den Koffer problemlos zu öffnen, weil das Zimmer dermassen klein war, dass man sich selber kaum umdrehen konnte. Eingetreten ins Zimmer, steht man schon quasi in der Dusche. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, aber vom Niveau unterhalb eines Studentenwohnheims, außerdem sehr hellhörig.
