Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 14 feb 2013Ci siamo stati alla fine di gennaio, eravamo un po' in ansia perchè prenotato all'ultimo minuto e con un buonissimo rapporto di prezzo. L'hotel è molto carino, vicinissimo all'Universal studio (per il quale forniscono un pullman molto comodo). Pulito, camere molto spaziose, caffè e tè 24 su 24. La colazione è insuperabile (caffè,the,latte,succhi,hamburger, uova, bacon, pane e dolci,waffles,e frutta a volontà).Personale disponibile. Palestra piccola ma attrezzata. Wi-fi in tutte le camere e spazi comuni, lavanderia e un ampio parcheggio. Spero di tornarci presto!!! Paola e Andrea Roma

Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 7 gen 2013Un bel resort a prezzi abbordabili all'interno del Walt Disney World. Servizio di navetta con partenza ogni 30 minuti per tuttii parchi disney anche se in realtà ce ne sono di più. Sarebbe bene indicare gli orari di partenza esatti in quanto sono abb approssimativi. Le stanze sono belle e pulite. Belle piscine, sul lago spiaggia con amache e sdraie. Abbiamo avuto problemi con la consegna dei bagagli arrivati con oltre un'ora di ritardo in camera dopo ripetuti solleciti.

"Seclusion yet close to everything!"
Beautiful grounds,l of nature: rabbits, ducks, osprey, alligators, herons. You feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, but all of the sites are just a very short drive away. Everyone was extremely nice, we felt very pampered. The hotel is gorgeous, beautiful art. Our room was nice and clean we loved the twice daily maid service. We chose to use […] valet parking which was very convenient but for about 10 dollars less you can self part and of course then don't need to tip. We were a little disappointed to find no wireless internet service in our room. There was only ethernet or wireless in the lobby. The pool was wonderful, large and seemed to be heated. Pool service was great as well. There is a starbucks in the adjoining Marriott property. I found a shortcut by walking through the Ritz convention/ballroom hall straight through to the Marriott. It is a decent walk, but inside the whole way. Alternatively you can walk along the path behind the hotel and enter the Marriott pool area, go upstairs and to the lobby area to reach the Starbucks. There was a really tasty bakery/store next to the starbucks in the Marriott as well. The paver path behind the hotels is also great for jogging and offers gorgeous views of lush landscaping, lake, golf course, and nature. I loved the location and again, felt I was away from all the hussle and bussle but could be at the Orange County Convention center, shopping, restaurants, etc in just a few minutes. My boyfriend and I left NYC in the madness of Hurricane Sandy and decided to take a weekend trip to Orlando to relax and have some electricity and water for the week. The Ritz was the perfect escape from it all. "Very nice but ............"
I thought the service in the hotel was great overall. This was a trip for my wife and I and some friends visiting us. While I found most aspects of the hotel to be very pleasant there were a few shocks. I knew there was a fee to park but $18 per day plus tax is a bit steep. $40 for a piece of steak and then a further $11 for mashed potatoes and the […] same for a salad was shocking. $7 for Jello and $4 for a snickers bar, c'mon now that's just rediculous. I never checked out the prices for the mini-bar in the in room refrigerator but I know it would have been shocking. At checkout we received a bill for room service (which we never used) for a pot of coffee delivered to the room, $16.97, call it $17.00 for coffee, really? We questioned it with the lady at checkout who got us a copy of the receipt and it was evident that the signature was not mine. On further checking it appeared that it had been misfiled as the numbers on the ticket was the same number as our room but in different order. The Ritz Carlton is a magnificent place to stay. The customer Service is outstanding. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel Like every penny you spend is a penny well spent. Whenever I travel without my children My husband and I chose the ritz Carlton. The one and only complaint would be the over priced spa 50 min for $172 is astronomical […] in my eyes. "Great hotel for everyone"
This is a brilliant hotel suitable for everyone. The staff are so friendly and always willing to help. The grounds are also excellent and so are all the amenities. The freshly made lemonade which was put out each afternoon was a nice touch. You definitely need a car when you stay at the hotel. "Good for relaxing romantic short trip"
Had a nice stay for 4 nights. Rooms are very very comfortable. Great place for a long weekiend for a romantic getaway. Service is top notch. I felt the prices in the restaurants and gift shops were way too high. "Very average experience"
Hotel itself was fine. The quality of service was very average as for such a renown brand. The restaurant was not available (very small and always fully booked).
