Very clean and spacious hotel with a helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Would definitely stay again anytime. Just a liitle out of the way of things.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.
"Pleasantly surprized"
The room was very large, and it was quiet for having a central atrium area. The thermostat actually worked too. The area was off the main street far enough that there was no traffic noise,but close enough to restaurants and the main interstate.
"Pros and cons"
My family and I stayed one night, and it was pretty rough. Our boys are getting bigger, but not quite at the age for a second room. The doubles were simply very small, so we asked for a roll-away, which we've done at other hotels without hassle. They did not have any, so we went to Target and bought a blow-up mattress. Throughout the night, we could […] hardly sleep with the noise, screams, and banging doors. Once we awoke, the bathroom lights didn't work...so we showered and used the toilet in pitch darkness. The breakfast buffet was nice, but many choices were empty and not immediately refilled. I spoke with the assistant manager, and she explained that the hotel had a breaker that needed to be repaired and she didn't want to awaken any guests to let them know of the situation. Although, a simple note under the door, and perhaps a flashlight or lantern would have been nice. She did offer us a free Presidential upgrade when we pass through again; since we paid with a third party she could not "comp" anything. On the positive side, the mattresses were by far the most comfortable we've enjoyed during our vacation, the rooms were clean, and the decorating was nice. The pool is not heated and there isn't a hot tub, but the pool area did have some extra touches. We MIGHT try the hotel again, if passing through Little Rock. We just felt it wasn't worth the price we paid. Continua a leggere

"great experience"
stayed at the hotel for a quick one night stay as I was driving across the country and was very impressed. Great free breakfast with help from hotel employee Brenda. The room itself was spacious and very clean. I am always skeptical staying in random hotels but this one really was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended!

Fantastic! Only complaint is the bathroom was small and the water pressure weak (may have just been our room)... otherwise it was SO relaxing. Wish we could have stayed longer!
5 star the best BEST WESTERN WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT!!
"Hotel in Little Rock"
The hotel is very nice. I would not recommend a room on the first floor off the lobby. Breakfast is served in that area and can be very loud especially if there are small children. My room was on the 3rd floor at the end and although much quiter i could still hear the noise from downstairs. the staff was extremely curtious and helpful. "Comfortable, clean, and classy"
*Room was spotless, all linens (including comforter) are washed in between guests, towels had that freshly washed in bleach smell, bathroom was spic n span. *Beds were ridiculously comfortable and the pillows didn't try to suffocate us like most down hotel pillows do. Sheets were super clean. *Staff were so friendly that we looked forward to returning […] each evening to see them. My daughter actually hugged one worker in the breakfast area on our last day. *Breakfast was ample and tasty. Biscuits and gravy every day (Ok with me!) and plenty of fruit and yogurt. *Overall this was one of the best hotels my travelling family has ever stayed at. I am a germaphobe to the max and I was able to relax completely and enjoy my stay without making my kids wear flip flops in the shower. Stayed here on business for one night. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean, had free wifi and a refrig. Free breakfast in the morning was ample. The only way it could have been better was if they used a hi-def TV signal with the nice flat screen in the room. Unfortunately, it was just standard def signal. Very nice hotel. Great staff. Quiet and clean. Enjoyed our anniversary getaway here. The restaurant located was a wonderful surprise. Three star service and taste-rustic Italian at its best. Look forward to staying here again.

The hotel is in a very good location. The loby, guest room, and business center were all very clean, convenient and a great value. The hotel was quiet but not boaring. All of the employees I came in contact with were very effective, efficient and customer focused. The complimental breakfast in the hotel was hot, fresh and attractively displayed.

I will definitely stay here again. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very nice. I was given the wrong room type when I checked in, but the staff immediately fix the problem and was very accommodating . I am kinda glad it happened because it shows what great staff members this hotel offers. As for the room, the bed and pillows are comfortable. "Seems to get better every time I stay"
I have stayed at this hotel on 5 or 6 trips to Little Rock over the past few years. Each time, there are further improvements/updates to the property. Front desk was very friendly. My room was VERY clean on this trip. The bed is OUTSTANDING, rivaling many 5-star hotels I have stayed in. This hotel is nestled in a very safe neighborhood rather than […] a business area. Security is important to me since I am almost always staying here (I am female) with my teen daughter. I feel it is the safest place for us to stay when visiting LR. Excellent hotel. The service was excellent. There is a very nice Italian Resturant in the hotel. The breakfast buffet was superb. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Little Rock area. It's location is very convienent to downtown and other areas being that it is less than a mile off the major interstates. This hotel was extremely clean. The outside will fool you because it looks dated, but once you step inside. It has a courtyard type setting either French or Italian. It has an Italian restaurant inside. The rooms are pretty, but as I said most importantly clean, no dirt in corners in the bathroom. I couldn't have been more pleased. My husband and I spent this past weekend at the BW Governors Suites for a weekend anniversary getaway and we were amazed at everything; from the friendliness of the staff to the overall appearance. This hotel is setup similar to a higher end suite style hotel that I have stayed in before and honestly, we were just in shock that we were at a Best Western! […] Sarah, at the front desk, was so kind and friendly. Even housekeeping was sociable and you could just really tell there was a joint effort to make you feel welcome. We will definitely be back!
