Ottimo è da anni che vado in quell'hotel

Mi sono fidato delle recensioni prima di scegliere questo hotel e devo dire che non sono rimasto deluso. La posizione è veramente ottima, vicino ad un grande centro commerciale all'aperto con vari negozi e ristoranti. L'atmosfera non è quella tipica dei grandi alberghi, ma più vicina a quella di un residence. Elevata la pulizia. Il servizio manutenzione, che abbiamo dovuto chiamare per un piccolo problema con il condizionatore, è rapido ed efficiente. Molto gradito il parcheggio gratis. Un po' scarsi i prodotti trovati nel bagno: abbiamo dovuto far richiesta dello shampoo.

Che bello! bed e breakfast veramente accogliente. Ambiente caldo e molto rilassante. Padroni di casa molto discreti ma disponibili e gentili. Park gratuito a un minuto. Colazione abbondante, snack e frutta a disposzione durante il giorno. Ottima biancheria da letto e da bagno. La camera Laguna beach è un pò piccola con letto queen,ma noi siamo stati benissimo. E' un bel quartiere ma decentrato meglio l'auto.

Gentilie disponibili. Garage gratuito. Camera pulita con 2 queen è meglio. La colazione è compresa, ma un pochino povera, è self service e poi ci porta in camera, ma solo succo, frutta, qualche dolcetto o barretta energetica. Niente tè.

bellissimo hotel, confortevole, silenzioso, stanze ampie e pulite. Buona la cucina del ristorante, per la posizione è più adatto a chi si reca a LA per lavoro...

I was pleased with the price and the value. A great stay for a modest priced place, convenient, clean, and gracious. Breakfast was a bit below average - the only thing that could be improved. Flat strange eggs!

"Good stay over for long beach airport"
The hotel was basic, and clean. Hated the Eco friendly lighting....fluorescent lights made everything look dingy and depressing. With good lighting it would have been a good airport stop off. Change those bulbs! I think there is Eco lighting that doesn't have that harshness to it.
"Only One Complaint"
My only complaint is that the walls are very thin and the noise from adjoining rooms flows through them easily.

"Best Western Los Alamitos - near Long Beach"
Stayed at the Best Western near Long Beach for 2 nights prior to boarding a cruise ship. The breakfast was very good and the service was great. I had read several reviews about the parking but found it to be sufficient. We were driving a chevy tahoe and had no problems. Would stay here again.
Very clean and convenient to Long Beach airport and would stay there again.

We were very happy and actually surprised at how nice our room was. The room seemed new (newly reburbished maybe). More over, the hotel was located close to everything. "Nice comfy room."
Friendly staff, hot food at the continental breakfast and room smelled great! All good qualities in a nice hotel. In our opinion, Best Western meet all these requirements. We would definately stay here again if needed. :}

"Here for Races at Los Alamitos Race Track"
We stayed here primarily because of the hotels proximity to Los Alamitos Race Track. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The bathroom was a little small for 4 of us. The parking spaces were hard to get into and out of. We normally drive a pickup and it would have been impossible to park our truck in these parking […] spaces. Thank goodness we had a rental car with good maneuverability. "Very pleasent"
I just want to stay the night and ended up enjoying the swimming pool and some movies at night, the room was very comfortable, and in the morning the continental breakfast was very complete and delicious.

Good hotel to stay at, conveniently located off the 605. Breakfast was good, staff constantly restocks the food. Only complaint is the parking, if you have a smaller vehicle its great but trucks and SUV's may have a hard time.

UPON CHECKING IN I REQUESTED ANOTHER NIGHT. THEY GAVE ME A MUCH HIGHER RATE , WHEN I TALKED TO THE MANAGER SHE WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL !!!!!. PARKING SPACES ARE VERY MUCH TOO SMALL ON MY LAST NIGHT I HAD TO PARK OFF PROPERTY, AS THERE WAS NOT ONEPARKING SPACE LEFT . "Better Than Anticipated - A Fine Overnight"
5 person family vacation in a room w/ two queens and a rollaway. The staff was super helpful and responsive....getting us the requested rollaway within in minutes and with no extra charges associated with the bed. Housekeeping got us extra towels/linens promptly. The room was well appointed - decent size refrigerator and microwave. While a little dated […] (e.g., TV was not flat screen), all was clean and well maintained. Only areas we'd suggest change: the bathroom with sink, toilet and shower in one room was inconvenient for 5 person family. Other places put sink outside the toilet/shower room. The lighting in the bathroom was great, however! The breakfast - complementary - was pretty sparse. We heard that the wafflemaker was on the blink....that would've helped. Our room was not cleaned so we were given an up graded room without extra charges. The room was very clean and the bed was cosy. We were happy with the room and the service. We will stay again.

Parking was very tight, but nothing they could do about that...our room was a little noisy as it was actually in the parking area...that's what you get when you book with Expedia and get a deal on your rate! Oh well. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Hotel was close to the 605 freeway and to all of the places we needed/wanted to be. Very clean and comfortable and the housekeeping staff was awesome! We stayed 3 nights and they were quick, and efficient with cleaning our room each day. I would stay there again and would recommend staying here to others.
"Don't believe all the other reviews"
Stayed here for two days. 1st night needed to change to 2 queen beds instead of 1 king since description og rooms were NOT accurate. Description said that all rooms would include a sofa bed or roll away bed and flat screen TVs. NOT TRUE, only in suites. Disappointed. The 2 queen room's bath tube was cracked so seemed like you were sinking in the tub […] and felt itchy when I was sleeping.On the surface everything looked ok but their efforts to revamp has gone un-noticed and very shaby job. The King room was better. The pool is all the way in the corner at the end of parking lot. Very small and probably won't enjoy even if it was warmer. I will say if you wanna be in the Long Beach area its more convinient but if you wanna be in the local LA area keep looking. This place is definately not as described and was a flop for saving money. The hotel Internet was out for the 3 days that I stayed there, making it very difficult to work - no response from the management other than it should be working in the next few hrs (same response every day). "Los Alamitos Inn five star"
The room we received was the most spacious I have seen in a while. The four of us had plenty of room to relax, the storage for suitcases etc. was exceptional. The microwave and refrigerator was greatly appreciated and best of all.....there is 4g available in the area. Surrounding area was nice, numerous fast food restaurants if needed. This hotel is a smaller facility. The breakfast area was real small;however, the breakfast was fine. We just took our food to the room to eat.

"Rooms extremely small and Cramped!"
The room was incredibly small and cramped. We asked if we could upgrade and were told no. I was extremely dissatidfied with this hotel and will never stay there again. I will also be telling anyone visiting this area to avoid this hotel!!!

The staff was very friendly, the room was nice, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was better than expected! The coffee machine in the lobby that served mochas, hot chocolate, etc., 24/7 was a special treat. "BW Los Alamitos Inn@ Los Alamitos"
Was exactly what I asked for and what they told me it would be. I also reserved a room for my brother-in-law and his wife. They were very pleased. We walked to a nearby restaurant which was very convenient. Continental breakfast area was very clean, food great, good assortment. We would stay again when needed.

Hotel, needs to be refurbished. The colors are drab. Hotel was clean. Breakfast is included, well not exactly. When I got to the breakfast area, the food pans where they had some sort of eggs and sausage was empty. Was clean, service okay. Would not stay there again

"Decent Hotel / Good Location"
I have stayed here before. Hotel is in a great location to freeways. Lots of place to eat within a mile or so of the hotel. The only thing that was not a plus this time was the housekeeping service. The two days I stayed there, they didn't clean my room until at least 3 or 4PM! otherwise its a good place for the value.

I found the staff to be helpful. We asked for an early check in and they accommodated us. The rooms were clean enough and comfortable. The breakfast was just fine for me.
