la sala delle colazioni sul roof garden, assolutamente troppo fredda !!!!

ottima la scelta come location, vicinissimi a castel santangelo e san pietro. fermata metro a poche centinaia di metri. molto buone le camere, ampie e pulite. eccellente a mio modo di vedere la terrazza dove poter fare colazione e cenare. veduta di sanpietro notevole. consiglio l'hotel per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

We stayed 3 nites at the ISA hotel in late sept. 2011 and this hotel far , far exceeded our expectations, absolutely specticular.....stay there, you will not be disappointed

The first night we checked they had given away our room with a double bed and we had to sleep in a room with 2 single beds. The second night though they moved us into an amazing "matrimonial room" it was huge! The guys at the front desk were very helpful, breakfast was good. Very Very happy, wish we could have stayed longer !

Good spot, close to all but on the opposite side of the river. Service was a little bit rude for my taste though.

Rooftop restaurant and staff in same were excellent, most helpful. One of the Reception staff on our departure informed us of shuttle bus to Airport, very good to learn of that, but gave us wrong times and w.rong location for departure of the shuttle bus. Hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Great Hotel with large rooms and all the facilities you need. The fridge we had in our room didn't seem to work well but after mentioning it to the front desk, we returned to find a new one was in before the end of the day. Absolutely amazing breakfast with a fresh made espresso, more variety of food than anyone could eat washed down with some lovely […] prosecco. All the staff were fabulous and friendly. The only issue we encountered was that the Wi-Fi in our room often dropped out causing a little bit of frustration. We liked this hotel very much. Close to the Vatican and other areas as well. Room is quiet, the bed was comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Vatican and other attractions in Rome. It is normally within 10 mins taxi ride from most areas like the Fontana di Trevi etc. The standard room is small but the deluxe room is fantastic. Staff are very helpful so we can highly recommend it.

From the thousands of hotels in Rome I'm so glad I pickd this one. Great location - just far enough off the beaten track to be peaceful but only 10 minutes from both Piazza Navona and the Vatican. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful at all times, deluxe room was spacious and well appointed. Roof terrace bar and restaurant great for both breakfast […] and enjoying an aperitivo. Try the buffet dinner - migh seem expensive but great value for money when compared with some of the mediocre restaurants around the Piazzas. Althoug not maybe the cheapest option when staying in Rome, would recommend to anyone looking for comfort in a convenient location with bars, restaurants and shops nearby as well as walking distance to the sights. good location. great breakfast--rooftop terrace is so nice--you can see the Vatican. Omlettes and fresh-squeezed orange juice were a nice touch. Free computer in the lobby was nice to use. As others have said, some of the rooms are in the "classic" decor (which is a nice way of saying, "not updated") and sure enough, that's what we got. But the shower […] was very nice, which was iffy in other hotels in Italy for us. And the front desk was able to get us a last minute booking for the Villa Borghese art gallery, which was totally booked when I tried prior to the trip, so I appreciated that. A friend who had experienced Hotel ISA recommended we stay there, he was 'right on'. The staff are very friendly, helpful in all aspects in terms of directions and accommodating requests. After a full day of exploring Rome great to relax over a glass of wine looking over the roof tops to St. Peter's; magical! We arrived in Italy (FCO) at 0845am. We have made arrangements with Fabio to pick us up at the airport and the driver was already standing there waiting for us right after we picked up our bags. He was very nice and courteous. When we arrived at the hotel, Fabio was at the desk and told us that our room was ready. It was really nice that we could check-in […] early since hotel check-in is usually not until 2-3pm. The room was a bit small but adequate, well-maintained and the friendly housekeeping staff were always on their feet. The highlight for me was the excellent breakfast buffet each morning on the rooftop terrace with a view of the Basilica--- blood orange, meats, fruits, croissants, champagne etc.. and an omelette bar... delicious! The breakfast crew was excellent! Everyone at the desk was helpful with our questions. The hotel had a beautiful lounge area, very modern and tastefully decorated. And the location? Perfect! This is a nice hotel in a very convenient area to the Vatican and the river and in a safe area. It is a little hard to find if you are driving in, as we were. The rooms are not large but clean and comfortable and we had a small balcony and area to ourselves. The Hotel Isa is a 10 minute walk from St. Peters. It was just what we wanted. The people at the hotel were very helpful. We were thrilled with the hotel roof top restaurant and bar, you could see St. Peters from it. We would stay at Hotel Isa again.

This hotel was recommended to me by a work associate who had stayed there before and recommended to others who also stayed there. Didn't spend much time in the hotel. Everything was acceptable with a couple of small inconveniences. For example, the TV wouldn't stay turned off so I had to unplug it and no hand wash cloths provided. Considered these to […] be very minor and would stay there again. Walking distance to Vatican City but farther away from some of the other Rome tourist destinations. If walking to the Vatican, take the time to walk through the different streets between the hotel and the Vatican. Several nice places to eat with seating on the street if the weather permits. Front desk personnel extremely rude. Toilet ran all night and shower did not work at all. Had to wash up in sink. Tried to complain to front desk and was told "there is nothing wrong". Lobby is cool and hip. Room was a shoebox with a tight bathroom. Decor was dated and worn, not at all like lobby. Balcony had small chair and table, but too small to […] actually use! perfect location for sites & touring. Clean & accomodating. Breakfast & view from rooftop terrace great start to each day.

The neighborhood was beautiful and was convenient to many of the sites we wished to see. We had a great view of the Vatican which was very picturesque at sunset.

The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke very good English. The room was very clean and nice. The location worked out perfect for us. It's near enough to walk to most sites (Vatican, Castel San Angelo, Pantheon), and also very near shopping, the Metro station, and buses. Food at the breakfast buffet was very good, including champagne […] on the Friday and Saturday we were there. Hotel was nice - but our room was very old, and not what we expected. It seems that half the hotel rooms are renovated and half are not. We got an old one and it was a terrible room. Service was lacking. Breakfast was so-so, Location was terrific.

Really nice hotel with kind staff. I can certainly recommend this place without any hesitation. The terrace on the roof top was amassing and a perfect way to start the day. The breakfast was really good too, compared to many other Italian places (where you only get some cookies or a croissant) there were a lot of things you could choose among. Was a great stay overall. The breakfast is fantastic!!!! Great location, close to everything. Staff very friendly. Our only problem was the internet. Very limited in the main area if it was even working at all. It was pretty important as we book out hotels on the fly when traveling.

One of the best things about this hotel was the incredible breakfast - which was included- from the rooftop which had a view of St. Peters basilica. The breakfast buffet was incredible - great food, omelet bar, and Champagne. The service was perfect and the appointments, art, etc around the hotel made it first class. The only negative was the small […] room, but it was beautiful. We opted for twin beds rather than a full bed and they were very comfortable. The bathroom had everything you needed; and the closet space was great. We liked the location- we walked to the Vatican in one direction and Piazza Navona in the other. Friendly staff, great cappucino with wonderful breakfast, just a few blocks from the Vatican, and about a 15 minute walk to the ruins. Room was small but elegant.

My husband and I were very happy we stayed at the Hotel Isa. It was in a good location, within walking distance to the Vatican and close to the Metro. It was in a quieter "neighborhood" than other parts of Rome, but with plenty of good eateries in the area. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional with lots of variety and had the best ambiance of […] any "European breakfast area" that we have stayed at, as it was on the rooftop in a garden like setting with plenty of different areas to choose to eat both inside and out - very very nice. It was also a very special and significant birthday celebration for my husband during our stay and when we got back to the room the day of his birthday, there was a nice surprise in the room - a bucket comtaining a bottle of chilled champagne awaiting us! (and I had not even told anyone it was his birthday - they apparently made note of it after collecting his passport upon checking in). We both recommend the Hotel Isa very highly. Continua a leggere

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. It was comfortable, well decorated, and one of the best front desks I have ever had in visiting 43 countries. They were incredible. god beliggenhet, hyggeleg og god service frå tilsette, rommet var lite (trangt å bevege seg for to personar), god frukost med fantastisk utsikt.

良い点：朝食が充実しているところ。周辺の環境がいい。悪い点：フロントのスタッフの態度があまりよくない。予約していた部屋よりランクダウンの部屋に案内されたので文句を言うと仕方なくという感じで変更してくれた。　案内書はすべての文言に英語と日本語を併記するべきだと思いました。

ローマは３度目ですが、冬ということもあり、かなりお得なお値段でした。お部屋は可愛らしくて、機能的でしたが、廊下を通る人の声がうるさい!! 朝食も種類が豊富でしたが、超寒い!! たぶん、夏ならきっと素敵なんだと思います。
