Hotel pulito ed accogliente in ottima posizione rispetto alle bellezze architettoniche di Ottawa (parlamento , musei , ecc ...) , personale cortesissimo e poliglotta (anche Italiano , Spagnolo ecc...) , stanze ben dimensionate fornite anche di microonde in linea con la categoria dell'hotel , buona colazione e piacevole caffè/tè nel pomeriggio. Consigliatissimo.

"Hotel Best Western Vittoria Park Suites"
Camera molto bella , pulita con arredo confortevole, personale molto disponibile , prima colazione accettabile.
"Servizio con qualche pecca"
Non centralissimo. La prima camera era senza aria condizionata. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere il cambio di camera e nessuno ci ha aitato a portare i bagagli che abbiamo dovuto rifare (dal 1 all'ultimo piano). Colazione spartana. Buono il prezzo ma il parcheggio è piuttosto caro.

"Excellent hotel! Breakfast is very basic though"
This is a very nice nice hotel. The staff are very pleasant and efficient. I just wish they would include some protein and warm food for breakfast though. It's just bread, butter, jam, coffee, tea and bananas. Scrambled eggs and some cold cuts would make everything perfect!
"Hotel in Ottawa downtown"
We certainly liked the hotel. Facilities offfed in the hotel including the microwave, refriegerator were wonderful. Hotel is wonderfully maintained and the staff is courteous. Breakfast is definitely very good and I will always stay in the hotel whenever I visit Ottawa
"Great Stay"
Very nice hotel, front desk staff were welcoming, check in was quick. Room is not large but very well set up and lots of extras. Glass wine glasses, real dishes, Micro, fridge lots of towels. "Great place, hospitable"
Spacious room with kitchenette. Inside of room and hotel altogether clean and classy. Comfortable bed. Very courteous, professional staff, not in-your-face friendly. Cont breakfast with the common components. Somewhat secluded, but safe. Window view not great. Highly recommend.
The hotel was not as close to the sights we wanted to see, but the weather was great and we walked whereever we wanted to go!! The staff was great and will stay there again if I was going to Ottawa!!!! Five stars!!

"BW 'plus'? Some staff issues"
Checked in for two nights. Key cards didn't work first try (returned to desk to have re-coded). Passcode provided for internet from front desk didn't work. Called down for new one, didn't believe me that it didn't work. Returned to desk a third time to show code provided didn't work. Provided with a new code that did work -- but not provided with an […] apology for now having had to take the elevator back to the desk 3 times since check in. 2nd night - power went off in hotel for ~25 min. No staff came up to our floor to make any sort of announcement. Couldn't leave room for fear of not being able to re-enter (electronic locks), so no knowledge made available to me regarding potential duration of outage. On the 'plus' side -- Hotel is close to Museum of Nature and walking distance to restaurants. Continental breakfast had yogurt - but for individuals with celiac disease that was the only gluten free option (mostly toast, baked goods and cereal). Continua a leggere

Wonderful staff, very clean room, and great breakfast!
Stayed on Friday night. Location was pretty convenient to downtown (20 min walk). Continential breakfast was good. Construction on 1st floor was not a issue at all for us. Overall, very good experience.
"Best Western Victoria Plus Suits - Ottawa"
They upgraded our room to a suit which we enjoyed the roominess and layout. We enjoy being able to walk to some of the sites we wanted to explore.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable...this is my 3rd stay at the same hotel and it feels like home away from home.
"An Excellent Hotel - Wonderful Staff"
We had a great time at this hotel. The front desk staff were more than helpful and we were very impressed with our room. A nice bed with a "menu" of pillows and an upgraded pillow-top mattress. It was nice to have a little kitchenette too. Continental breakfast would be better if skipped - not a bonus.

"Amazing weekend getaway"
We had a pleasant and relaxing weekend getaway at this hotel, everything was just great! I highly recommend this hotel.
Good value and friendly helpful service. Only one complaint, housekeeping staff gathered early in mornings outside my room and chatter which is not helpful for those trying to sleep off jetlag!

"A really great place to stay"

From the moment I walked into the Lobby, right to my room the cleanliness was impeccable. Although not located right downtown, it was definitely close enough to walk. I have never stayed at such a quiet hotel. The best hotel experience I've ever had!!!

The beds were so comfortable. Even the pillows. Very good quality. we loved that there were no bedspreads. The duvets and sheets were fresh and new.

"No frills, but good service"
This was a perfectly fine hotel, which was actually in a decent location if you had business both in and out of Ottawa. It was a little far from downtown and the river if that is mainly what you want to see, and off-street parking was limited. But, overall, a fine, friendly experience.

J'ai apprécié mon séjour en général sauf le fait que les chambres sont très échos, c'est-â-dire que nous entendons facilement le bruit dans le corridor et la chambre à côté. Trés bon accueil. Prix de la chambre incluant le petit déjeuner . Ce qui est toujours agréable. Un plus : acces parking depuis l'hotel.

"Best Western V.Park niet erg centraal"
Wij verbleven een nacht in dit hotel. Het is een wat verouderd hotel. De bedden waren prima maar de rest van de kamer was standaard. Ook geen ontbijt inbegrepen. Wij kenden Ottawa niet dus dachten dat dit hotel centraal zou liggen. Dat is zeker niet het geval. Het hotel ligt toch zeker wel een half uur lopen vanaf het centrum. Ottawa zelf is trouwens […] niet echt heel erg de moeite waard om een nacht te verblijven. Wij hadden dit hotel geboekt op doorreis naar Algonquin. Prima hotel en alle bezienswaardigheden in Ottawa zijn op loop afstand en genoeg restaurants in de buurt. Alleen jammer dat er voor het parkeren in het hotel betaald moet worden.
de kwaliteit van de service was alleen minder omdat we pizza besteld hadden en ons vertelden dat ze het op de kamer af zouden leveren. ze zeiden dat we tel niet bereiken waren en de pizza man haast had. de pizza bleef zodoende bij de receptie staan en wij Aten uiteindelijk koude pizza. oorzaak te weinig mensen aan de balie 's avonds

Hotel con habitaciones grandes desayuno algo flojo respecto a la calidad en conjunto del hotel, situación buena a unos 10-15 minutos andando al centro, el paseo hacia el centro no esta mal porque al lado del hotel hasta el centro es una calle llena de restaurantes y sitios para comer en general y está bastante animada.

Hotel bien situé, non loin du centre historique (10mn à pied) et des accès autoroute. Chambre du 6eme spacieuse mais avec avec un bruit de fond (clim en terrasse) désagréable la nuit. Bon hôtel. Propre et tranquille malgré les rénovations. On a même eu droit au service en français. Rapport-qualité-prix honnête et juste. Par contre, le déjeuner continental laissait à désirer; sec et froid. Et ça manquait d'originalité et de fruits. Mais dans l'ensemble, je recommande cet hôtel.
