Ottimo hotel come da tradizione Hilton, staff cordiale e professionale, ottima colazione con ampia scelta di cibi caldi freddi cereali frutta formaggio etc. Per trovare facilmente l'hotel seguire le indicazioni stradali "Long Stay Parking". Hotel appena fuori dall'aeroporto. Ambiente sicuramente elegante, personale disponibile, colazione interessante. La camera non era enorme per 3 adulti ma comunque confortevole e pulita.

Un buon hotel pur avendo soggiornato una sola notte prima del volo, anche se le 4 stelle inglesi equivalgono alle 3 italiane. Comunque è da consigliare specie se è in offerta come è successo a noi

Good value for rate I got, but not as good as previous stays. Got allocated a disabaled room and staff unwilling to move me. Hotel also cold which is most unusual for a hotel. Not up to Hilton standards, more of a premier lodge/motel feel. Good gym & warm pool though. Changing rooms and lockers/showers etc etc all in need of a major make over. we stayed here because it was close to the airport Stanstedt. Positive: beds are very comfortable, room is clean, there is a cofffe and tea pot. It is just 10 minutes from the Stansted airport and the hotell has own shuttel buss which costs only 2 pounds. YOu pay that to the driver. I didn´t wanted to wait on the way to the hotel so we took taxi. Shuttle […] I used on the way to the airport and it was going very well. Negative: breakfast is not included. No other restaurants around. I haven´t use their pool and haven´t had any breakfast cause of our early departure so I can not comment it. If you're staying at a hotel at Stansted, you probably aren't looking for anything much but a bed, internet, and food. The hotel provides comfortable beds, and actually pretty good food at prices that aren't outrageous. The internet front is not as good - they charge per day, and reasonably substantially. I really had high expectations, but afraid Hotel did not meet them. Not very good meal in Restaurant, and the prices were exorbitant!! Singuarly unimpressed.

There is no wireless that's free! You only get a half hour in the LOBBY and that doesn't even work properly. Breakfast isn't that great Hotel is a bit small Jacuzzi was nice

The staff were excellent, as was the English Breakfast. Parking charge was a bit high if you are resident, should be free. WiFi also expensive.

The hotel is not that near the airport. You have to take the hilton shuttle, which they charge you both ways. The wifi only works in the lobby, and they charge for it as well. On top of this, the service level is long from satisfying (although I had low expectations). I come to stansted often but I will never chose this hotel again.

Great hotel if flying in/out of Stanstead for quick stay. However, was not aware that bus to/from hotel costs £2 - not much I know, but I didn't have £2 as all money in Euros so bit of a pain! very comfortable room.

This was a very poor quality Hilton Hotel. The pool was very dated, as were the terrible changing rooms we had to endure. The rooms themselves were actually very clean and tidy and relatively well equipped, however for a 4 Star hotel and at this price, I expected a little more. There was no Mini-Bar and the pillows were just terrible. The breakfast […] was however very nice and the breakfast area/ bar were also very nice, however the bar prices were unbelievable - This along with the overpriced stay itself means that I will not be returning. Comfortable beds, room clean and nice, staff really helpful, breakfast quite good (black pudding omg).

PERFECT FOR LONDON SHORT VISIT...

Perfect stay for early flight Friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean and really nice. Breakfast was great. No complaints

Close to airport, very convenient! Clean room, great breakfast, and service very friendly.

My friend and I stayed at the Hilton Airport Hotel in Stansted for only one night, so my impressions may differ from other experiences. But the room we slept in was really small and not a hundred percent comfortable. The lock on the bathroom door was damaged and there was no wardrobe. The beds however were perfectly fine and the breakfast was a blast! […] Impressed me a lot. I also want to mention the shuttle service which is a nice offer. Since it's an airport hotel one probably won't stay there for more days - in this case the hotel is okay. This hotel was perfect for my overnight stay. The reception staff were very friendly, the room was nice and had all that one requires, the bed was extremely comfortable. However, the highlight without doubt was, in my case, the included breakfast, absolutely superb! In hindsight, instead of hiring the rental car at the airport and driving to the hotel […] I should have taken the hotel shuttle from the airport and picked the car up the next morning. Very nice hotel with midern amenities. Rooms are a decent size and bed was very comfortable. The a la carte menu in the restaurant was a bit limited as there was a themed menu on for the evening, however, the food was fresh and tasty albeit a bit pricey.

The hotel is well appointed, the room was bright and clean. The staff were very forthcoming and helpful. There were lots of families staying, so a game room or pool would be great additions. My only complaint is that the water pressure in the bathroom sink was so high we were frequently doused!

We were very satisfied, yet again, with the Hilton at Stansted. On other occasions we have stayed in one of the competion hotels. Having paid the same price there is no comparison the Hilton wins hands down. The restaurant at the hilton is far superior the the 'other place' where we were very disappointed. For my one night stopover this hotel was perfect. The staff are very professional, friendly, & helpful. Food available in the restaurant or lounge - prices are what you would expect at this standard of hotel. The food was good & breakfast was excellent.

After a 9 day Europe tour and a late night flight, my overnight stay at your very comfortable room with my wife and daughter was superb. Breakfast was delectable and we enjoy it very much and having recharged ourselves, were set to move on to Cambridge. Just the one night stay to adjust to timezone change and the bed was great.! Room was spacious and clean. Only had a 15 minute break to satrt breakfast and catch the airport shuttle and the kitchen staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Flew from Perth Western Australia with Air Asia. As flight arrived at 10pm decided to stay at Stansted. Used hotel's shuttle bus which was £2 and worked well. Check-in was easy and bed very comfy! Look for packages that include breakfast as I seemed to be the only one in the restaurant paying for it! It cost £10 for a very good buffet. We have stayed at the Hilton Stansted now on several trips to Germany.Flying from Stansted. We have always been treated very well. Staff are pleasant and always helpful. very comfortable rooms, and hassle free parking. Will return again.

Would any of the Hilton family stay in a basic room in this hotel? I think not. Just bordering on acceptable although the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Bed was the most uncomfortable one I've slept on recently and pillows the same.

The location was 2nd to none and the value I have to admit due to the fact we were leaving our car there for 10 nights was ok but come one this is a Hilton hotel, they are supposed to be great aren't they... I had very unhappy experience at reception!!! During the check-in I was told that I cannot get a double guestroom as I booked and only single room was available. The receptionist even said that FOR YOUR SIZE it won't be different if I give you a guestroom with two single beds or a single room! I can't believe what I heard!!! I felt humiliated!!! Located at the far end of the runway means you need to use the shuttle bus for access, runs ever 30 min. Nothing in the neighborhood, so you are stuck with the hotel facilities, that are OK for one night stay.

We stayed at Hilton Stansted airport for one night upon arriving at the airport very late. While I don't regret staying at the property I certainly would not consider it even close to a 4 star hotel nor was it as convenient as some other hotels are (I.e. the Radisson). The ground floor room we stayed in was smelly and unclean. Only the visible surfaces had been cleaned, the taps were filthy and broken and the carpet in the room was dirty. This is a great hotel and wished we could have spent longer in it using the leisure facilities. Having stayed at other hotels in the airport vicinity this is certainly the best. The staff at breakfast were very helpful even though it was really early and friendly which is rare these days. Will stay here again without hesitation.

We stayed the night here because our flight into Stansted got in too late to continue travelling. The hotel is a £10 taxi fare away (we didn't realise until the next day that there's a regular shuttle bus just for the hotel). The staff were all friendly and professional. The Hilton Hotel is very conveniently situated close to Stansted Airport. They provide transport at a small cost to and from the Airport, also breakfast from 5am in the morning. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Reception.

Very pleased - would stay again. Good breakfast.
