Ho soggiornato per una notte appena scesa dall'aereo e prima di recarmi nel centro di londra. Pulito, comodo e con una buona colazione. A soli 10 minuti di taxi dall'aeroporto.

Bella struttura e personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Buoni servizi anche se alcuni un po' cari, come colazione e connessione WiFi. La nostra camera era confortevole e ben pulita. Il bagno nella norma. Una pecca? Un po' di calcare sui rubinetti. La metro più vicina è raggiungibile col servizio navetta gratuito, mentre diverse fermate dei pullman sono a pochi passi. Vicino anche il centro commerciale e alcuni negozi. Un difetto fastidioso è l'accesso a piedi alla struttura non adeguato e che avviene solo attraverso l'entrata del parcheggio auto. Tutto sommato il nostro soggiorno è stato soddisfacente. Consigliato!

Lo consiglio vivamente a chi arriva o parte dall'aeroporto di Stansted all'alba o a tarda ora. Shuttle comodo (3 pounds each), anche se taxi ha un costo simile se non siete soli (8 pounds). Pulito, colazione buona, non eccelsa.

Everything was above our expectations!
I cannot fault the hotel itself but the attitude of the receptionist was appalling verging on the rude. She alone would put me off staying here. Only glad I wasn't paying the full room rate.
"Budget hotel, needs refresh, nice staff"
Hotel is budget hotel, nice reception areas, but room very tired. Very clean and reasonable comfortable and convenient location, next to the motorway, but had nice outlook over fields. Hotel reception staff were good.

Hotel on entry promises a lot, nice reception and friendly welcoming staff. The other public areas are good. The room itself was clean and functional, but a little dated. I am on the Three network and there was no reception unless you go outside the hotel. "Novotel Smells"
Checked in for a night on the way to Heathrow. Check in receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful. Bar staff were also great. breakfast was included in price and had everything you could want and was excellent quality. "spacious"
I got great rate for this room and felt it was good value. Lots of space in the room with a sofa to sit and watch the movies on instead of the bed. Only thing missing for me was WiFi, but the wired connection worked fine. Breakfast was included in the price, and was great

"Not convenient for getting around"
The hotel was nice and the food was good but you have to drive to get there. There is no way to walk around because the traffic surrounding the hotel is busy. I had to taxi everywhere.
"Overnight business stay"
This was the only hotel I could get in to at the time and the price seemed good. The Indian Buffet was excellent but should be for £18. I didint take breakfast at £14, which is not short of criminal.

The Novotel,Stevenage was a well designed, comfortable, modern hotel with all essential amenities. It was quiet - a must for us, friendly and the food taken with a group party very good quality. We did not take breakfast, as the cost was excessive. All in all, a very comfortable stay.
"Good and Bad"
Reception and breakfast staff were superb, however there was only one chap on in the bar and this led to queues. I ordered a goats cheese salad for lunch stating that I was in a hurry; it took 30 minutes and consequently I did not have time to eat it. The head waiter at dinner made sure that we had adequate seating etc for our large party and warned […] us that we needed to pre-order our main courses. However we were not offered desert or coffee - they seemed to be intent on getting the tables set for breakfast. The beds are comfortable but the sheets do not fit and it is not nice to find yourself sleeping on a bare mattress. Overall - the hotel is on the right place if you are visiting Knebworth House - but not to be recommended for any other reason. It shoudl be noted that the hotel sent me an on-line questionnaire and I voiced my concerns as stated above. I received an immediate response from the manager. Continua a leggere

"Novotel Stevenage : parfait pour du business"
Pas de surprise. Identique à tout Novotel. Accueil chaleureux et disponible. Restauration correcte et petit dej copieux (buffet). Dommage internet en sus. Facile à trouver en sortie d'autoroute. Accès facile à la région.
"Fantastisk plass"
Novotel var en fryd å bo på. Staff var mer en hjelpsom og hyggelige. Har ingenting å klage på! Kunne ikke funnet noe om jeg lette.
