The staff was helpful, particularly considering that they arranged for a connecting room for my son's family so that we could all check in early and could easily move back and forth with the children (we were attending the funeral events of a very close family member so the early check-in was particularly important and they really did go out of their […] way to accommodate our needs). Asked for an early checkin and they were able to accomedate my request even though they were booked up for the weekend. Made the stay that little bit more enjoyable
"Brant Park hotel in Brantford"
I would stay at this hotel again, however, I would request a room in the new part Wayne Gretzky wing. The old part is tired and needs upgrading.
"Close to Hwy"
I really don't know where to start, the bottom line is it's a hotel and you are only there to sleep after a long day of meetings. This is where my problems started, extremely cold room probably because of the patio door on the main floor is where I was placed. Turned the Heat up to 80, all night the heater was so load it woke me up...hence no sleep. […] Then there is the Train that the hotel does not tell you about that runs every hour and a half, again you are woken up. Mentioned my problems to the staff in the morning only for them to give me the attitude that they were shrugging it off. Nice place to stay, great breakfast plan, visited other places in area, don't waste your time.
I booked a 1 night stay ...paid the extra for 2 extra people in the room and ended up in a room with double beds. They were definitely too small. I had asked for a better rate and they couldn't accomodate. I had been at the hotel previously and had a great room for only 2 people. . . with queen beds. I would have changed rooms, but we arrived fairly […] late. I just thought they could have worked at getting a better room for 4 people! Continua a leggere

"Pleasent Experience"
We stayed for a Hockey Weekend and the hotel was local to all the rinks and restaurants. Nice pool for the kids to enjoy and best part was the hotel offered a welcome room for the boys to play their mini sticks! Very good to keep the halls empty and please all guests. "Great stay"
Best Western in Brantford was great! We were offered a free upgrade and the room was large, clean and well-appointed! The pool area is a VERY long walk from the new wing, though, and a bit older but still nice. Service was good and stay was excellent!
