L'albergo si trova in un paese molto bello. Lo staff è cordiale, le stanze spaziose, pulite e comode. C'è la piscina , ed altre attività per passare un po di tempo in relax. Si mangia anche una buona abbondantissima cena a buffet per solo ... euro, 10 se bambini. ci tornerei

ci siamo fermati due giorni a strasburgo di rientro dal belgio. l'hotel è carino, pulito e il sevizio ottimo. ottiima la colazione. è un pò distante dal centro (circa 2 km e 20 minuti a piedi), però lì vicino si ferma la metro.

""Holiday Hotel""
We stayed in Feb 2012a week at the Radisson Blu HotelBadischer Hof in Baden Baden. It was a really nice holiday with their wonderful swimming pool, excellent breakfast, afternoon tea and admosphere. The location was super and we could walk in a few minutes into town.

"My room was not very clean, nice spa area tough"
I was expecting a better accomodation from a Radisson hotel. Location is good and also the structure, although quite old, is ok. What put me off was the fact that the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly and this was not done although reported to housekeeping and reception. Spa area is nice tough.

"Varied experience - good pool, poor service, noisy"
Positive: The hotel lobby was nice and the old part of the hotel was grand. Good breakfast buffet. Lovely outdoor thermal sitting pool, and nice inside pool area. Decent sauna. Beautiful old bar. Hotel did switch rooms when asked. We were able to be served both in English and German. The location was closer to downtown that it looked on the maps and […] thus it was very convenient and quick walk into town. Good eating/shopping very close by. Negative: Bar service was dismissal and slow even though there was hardly anyone in the bar area on arrival night. Requested a quiet room and selected one away from street even though it cost more (not sure if it really was an upgrade). Asked about constructions across the hall and was told nothing was happening there during our stay. Woke up to drilling at 8 a.m. It was surprising that some of the front desk personnel were in a service profession. Others were very nice. Construction noise across the hotel. Sauna area had an odd layout forcing people walking to them gym go past people showering and coming out of the sauna. Hotel requires to bring own towels from the room (which at 2 towels per person doesn't give much extra) or plans to charge 5 Euros for towels. No separate shampoo/soap/conditioner. Only choice was a wall unit of combined body/hair shampoo. This is acceptable for a 2 star hotel, but not a 4 star hotel. Overall: An ok 3-star hotel close enough to town. "Smoking/non-smoking"
The big downside was the room being previously used for smokers and upon arrival the windows stood open and it was freezingly cold. We increased the grade of heating on radiators but the smoke smell was in everything. We were put in a section of the hotel that is at least 120 years old and next to the main street through town instead of the newer section. Since there is not any air conditioning in the room, we had to sleep with the window open with all of the traffic noise that finally quit around 1 AM. The hotel was not as clean as I would have expected for this […] kind of hotel and the hotel needed maintenance in a number of areas such as a gapping hole in the wall of the older lobby where a pipe had been repaired. "Nie wieder Radisson Blu in Baden-Baden!"
Ein Hotel mit katastrophalen Parkmöglichkeiten. Parkgarage total überfüllt, eng....kaum Alternativen in der Nähe (Service des Hotel = 0, warum bietet man nicht kostenloses Parken in öffentl. Garage an, z.B. in der Galerie?) Personal wirkt lustlos und wenig kundenorientiert. Wurden in die überfüllte Hotelgarage gelassen und kamen dann nicht mehr raus […] (Tor funktionierte nicht). Als "Ausgleich" bekamen meine Frau und ich einen Gutschein für einen Sekt an der Bar. Unseren Sohn (11 Jahre) hatte man wohl übersehen!? Oder gab es kein Budget mehr für eine Fanta oder Cola? Am Abreisetag haben wir den Gutschein wortlos zurückgegeben! Die Dame an der Rezeption machte sich noch nicht mal die Mühe nachzufragen, ob alles OK war bzw. warum wir den Gutschein nicht eingelöst haben? Am Sa war leider nicht die Möglichkeit, dem Hoteldirektor Herrn Krug/Klug die Meinung zu sagen. Das Zustellbett für unseren Sohn war ebenfalls eine Katastrophe. Das Kissen war ein "Brett" und verdiente nicht die Bezeichnung Kissen. Fazit: nie wieder Radisson Blu in Baden-Baden! Continua a leggere

L'antipathie des réceptionnistes féminines est choquante!! Le hammam était hors d'usage et il n'y avait aucun signe d'intention de le remettre en route! Excellent petit déjeuner et personnel très souriant. Les chambres de l'ancien bâtiment sont un peu viellotes; nous avons déjà séjourné dans la partie récente=c'est autre chose!!

der grösste Reinfall und die grösste Enttäuschung! Die Arbeit des Personals hat wenig mit Service und Kundenorientierung zu tun. Der Zustand des Gebäudes schreit nach "Hilfe". Preisleistungsverhältnis inakzeptabel. Schade, es hätte so schön sein können... Zustand: - Zimmertüre hätte man mit festem Druck "aufbrechen" können! (Türrahmen kaputt - Einbruchspuren) […] Haben anderes Zimmer verlangt.) - es "muffelt" im Hotel (Schimmel?) - Kühlschrank mussten wir selber an Strom anschliessen... - von Badezimmer nur Toilette benutzt, weil einfach nicht angenehm. - Kaffeelöffel im Zimmer waren verklebt und gebraucht - eklig! - Aussenbereich von Bad war leer und abgesperrt. - Dampfsauna war gesperrt - Fitnessraum besteht aus ca. vier alten Geräten - Wasserspender leer! Essen: - das Frühstück (für uns jeweil Highlights von Hotelbesuchen!) war die Katastrophe. grottenschlechte Qualität und Auswahl - Geschirr teilweise noch mit Spühlwasser (mit Seifenrücktände) drauf/drin aufgestapelt. - Fussboden klebte an manchen Stellen. - Frühstück vom Folgetag liessen wir aus um unseren Tag nicht schon am Morgen zu verderben. Gästeservice: - nach einem Anruf an der Reception wurden wir warten gelassen. - an der Reception konnten wir dann wieder warten... - zusätzlichen Bademantel (es war nur einer vorhanden) wollte man uns erst am nächsten Morgen geben! - eine Entschuldigung für die Unannehmlichkeit (kaputte Türe, warten lassen, etc.)? Fehlanzeige - lächelndes und interessiertes Personal? Fehlanzeige! - Beim Betreten der Lobby, war oft kein Personal an der Reception zu sehen. - wird man beim Check-out gefragt, ob einem der Aufenthalt gefallen hat? Nein. (wohl mit gutem Grund!) 4 stjärning hotell-vill som förtjänar högt 3 stjärnor!. Betalt för ett superior-rum, samt för garageplats (handikaps) Vid ankomsten fick vi ett ytterst ytterst dåligt standard rum. Med rumstemperatur mellan 26-28 C! Ledig garageplats fanns inte under dag 2! Vi hänvisades till en annan byggnad (hotell?)!! Ytterst nonchalant personal vid receptionen. Efter […] påstöttning o klagåmål till ledningen fick vi byta till ett businessklas-rum utan extra kostnad,(där ena sängen var trasig! Lagades efter 2 påstöttningar sent på e.m. dagen efter! Städningen på rummet var mycket bristfällig. Polen med termalbad: 2 dagar över 40C -andra dagar ganska ljummet! Dessa var de negativa omdömmen Positiva fanns också Fräsch frukostrum, vänlig snabb personal, riklig o. bra frukost. Rena handdukar dagligen. Frotérock/pers./veckan. Quelle déception ! En arrivant sur le palier, l'un ou l'autre emballages plastiques au sol que je pensais être un simple détail. Mais en entrant dans la chambre, un aspect vieillot sans cachet, puis surtout une terrasse infestée de mégots de cigarettes au sol, une balustrade démontée et cassée. Une douche où l'eau froide ne marchait pas ! Il fallait […] faire couler l'eau chaude thermale du bain et celle du lavabo pour faire baisser la température de l'eau chaude de la douche ! etc etc. Il y a eu une telle accumulation qui prouvait que ce n'était pas une malchance mais le reflet d'un mauvais état d'entretien général. SI bien que je ne me suis pas donné la peine de me plaindre à l'accueil (changer de chambre n'aurait probablement rien changé au problème). Je me contente de ne plus retourner dans une telle enseigne et vous la déconseille fortement, malgré sa très bonne situation au centre ville. Continua a leggere

Hotellet er generelt veldig slitt. Lite typisk Raddison Blu. Jeg følte sterkt at resepsjjonspersonalet målte og veie sine gjester basert på påkledning. Pass på å få vindu ut mot parken og ikke rett ut på hovedvei. Her er det svært mye trafikk. Frokosten starter klokka 0630. Jeg skulle opp til Kiel og var der ved åpningstid. Hôtel sympathique proche de la zone piétone et du Festspielhaus. Personnel serviable et compétent. Bains très appréciés. Notre chambre est dans la partie ancienne de l'hôtel. Trous dans la housse du lit, pas de papier toilettes aux wc, foehn ne fonctionne pas, tout comme la télécommande TV. Il y régne une chaleur lourde et nous ne pouvons ouvrir la […] fenêtre car elle donne sur la rue principale, très bruyante. Notre chambre est commuiquante avec la prochaine et une seule petite porte avec des ouvertures seyantes en bas et en haut les sépare. Nous avions l'impression que nos voisins de chambre dormainent dans notre chambre. Manque de chance, ces derniers ont parlé durant presque toute la nuite en laissant la TV allumée, donc impossible de dormir. La proprété est douteuse. Nous retrouvons des cheveux dans la salle de bains. La douche coule en continu et la baignoire ne s'écoule pas.Au matin tôt, de bonne odeurs de cuisine viennent vous réveiller (pour ceux qui dorment). Service seitens des Personals war in Ordnung, allerdings finde ich es peinlich für ein Hotel dieser Gruppe, das Sauberkeit - auch wenn Fremdfirma für Reinigung zuständig - nicht im Vordergrund steht (alte Haare im Zimmer, Löchern in Bettlaken). Uns fehlte die Klimaanlage, da es sehr warm im Zimmer. So konnten wir nur mit geöffneter Terassentür schlafen. Zum Glück gab es keine Mücken. Dabei schauten wir auf einen sehr ungepflegten und verwahrlosten Innenhof!

Wir haben letztes WE mit 4 Paaren in diesem Hotel übernachtet und alle waren der gleiche Meinung,es war "Grottenschlecht". Die Zimmer konnte auch mit einer Klimaanlage nicht unter 30 Grad gebracht werden, die Nacht war eine reine Qual!! Ich habe das Hotel auch noch meinen Freunden empfohlen, wie peinlich! Nie wieder!!!

Отель вполне пристойный. Особый плюс - наличие собственного бассейна (достаточно просторного) и что важнее ТЕРМАЛЬНОГО!!! бассейна. Утренний заплыв в обычном и 10 минут в термальном до завтрака - это кайф))) да и вечером снять усталость ног, порелаксировать - тоже классно. Оставляйте каждый день 2-3- евро - будут убирать в номере хорошо!!! А так все […] мило...на Четверку тянет. В следующем году поеду туда. Была 2 недели в мае. Народу было очень мало, что тоже приятно. В основном немцы, англичане. Русских немного. Что опять же приятно))) Баден-баден роскошен! сумашедшая зелень парков и аллей, пение птиц и цветение роз....Сплошной релакс)))...Каракалы - шумноваты. В Фридрисбад рекомендую брать готовые пакеты программ (я брала 5-ти дневную Спа_Талассо программу. Шикарно. Много клиник с косметологическими услугами. Ходила через день. Вобщем две недели полного расслабления и ухода за собой. Да и Франция моя любимая рядом))) Страсбург, Кольмар, Рекивер...Эльзас суперический!!! Das 4 Sterne Hotel entpuppte sich als 2Sterne + Hotel. Das Zimmer, zur Hauptstraße gelegen war laut. Die Fliesen auf dem Balkon lagen lose herum. In der Badezimmertür war das Holz auf 30cm verfault. Fliesen im Bad gebrochen und die Einrichtung des Zimmers insgesammt zusammen gewürfelt. Das Personal war nett. Das Frühstück war leicht reduziert. Für Baden-Baden […] keine gute Adresse mehr. C'est la 2ème fois que nous allons dans cet hôtel car les bains de l'hôtel sont superbes. Le petit déjeuner est extra, avec un choix digne d'un hôtel de luxe. L'hôtel est situé très près de la zone piétonne avec ses magasins et ses bons restos

"Neuer Name auf alten Gemäuern"
Die Lage des Hotels im Zentrum von Baden-Baden ist ausgezeichnet. Allerdings hätte dieses Haus eine Rundumerneuerung dringend nötig. Der Charme der vergangenen Dekaden bröckelt mehr als ab. Die Zimmer sind zu klein und eng, die Ausstattung gefühlt aus dem vor-vorherigen Jahrhundert.

"Schoener Aufenthalt"
Meine Freundin und ich haben uns in diese, Hotel sehr wohl gefuehlt. Vor alle, haben wir das taegliche Bad im hauseigenen Thermalbad genossen. Die persoenliche Betreuung durch den Empfangschef haben wir genossen.
