Camera molto grande bella e comoda con frigo,forno,lavandino e macchina x caffe',buona pulizia,le camere che dalla parte della strada sono rumorose,la posizione dell'hotel e' decentrata rispetto al mall of america ed aereoporto,l'hotel non dispone di servizio navetta,il taxi per l aereoporto costa sui 25 dollari,personale della reception non molto amichevole […] anzi molto distaccato,la colazione e' misera e non ci sono posti a sedere dove consumarla,buono hotel se si possiede una macchina,ma da evitare se non si hanno mezzi propri,intorno all hotel circa mezzo miglio ci sono alcuni fast food. The hotel was great and we had only two complaints - the lighting in the room was track lights which gave poor over-all lighting, and there was no coffee maker in the room. Otherwise it was very comfortable, clean and noise free.

I've had some complaints in the past, but they have finally been addressed. I stay at this hotel fairly often, so I'm more inclined to just keep staying there if I see that happen. The rooms could be cleaner - for some reason they don't always vacuum well - and there is some wear and tear that could be fixed up. That's usually all cosmetic though. My […] faucet was not working right, and they fixed it before I even told them about it. I think that the individual housekeepers make a difference - some are much better than others. Overall, I will keep staying there. The bathrooms are clean and the beds are clean and comfy, and that's the most important thing for me. Other than forgetting that there was no pool and being surprised that there was not a microwave and fridge in the room, I have no complaints. We come to the Twin Cities to play and experience the cities and all we want is a clean quiet place to lay our heads in the evening. We got that for the best price we could find and we would choose it again.

inside the hotel, all is well. The staff is helpful. The bed is comfortable and all is clean. Outside, there seems to be a kennel across the road. Lots of barking and chaotic dog noises.

Room was dated but clean. I was in St. Paul for a couple of nights to attend a conference. I did not want or need a large room so was satisfied with the small area. The price was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I will stay again the next time I travel to St. Paul.

Room was VERY small... Nice sitting bench by window... Let us check in early... mainly quiet, but we were close to the front area so some of the outside noise came in under door... other than that, pretty good stay

Room was small withTV on top of closet/cabinet, very difficult to view, limited seating. Had to lay on bed to watch to avoid neck problems.

the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful but the room was cramped, the bed linens scratchy, and the temperature was difficult to manage. I wouldn't stay again. I've stayed in Microtels before but this was by far the most run down.

You can't beat the value of this hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room wasn't huge, but big enough for the three of us with all our luggage and shopping bags. The breakfast was adequate to get going in the morning, but no real sitting area to eat. It does save you from driving somewhere else though and free parking compared to paying extra downtown. […] Not a far drive from the Xcel centre or the Mall of America. Sam's Club is right beside it. It was great but the lighting in the room was weak and low wattage. Tough to work for long periods of time. TV not placed conveniently for viewing except from the bed.

I had a very good 2 nights plus a few hours at your hotel. My only problem was that there were no Microwave oven and or Refrigerator,(a must have), in the room. I did have food items that I needed to heat up, a convenience that was not afforded me. Neither was I able to store food items in a convenient fridge. I appreciated the idea of a Continental […] Breakfast being available, which I didn't use this time around. I also made arrangements i.e. paid ( $25.00) for additional hours to occupy my room instead of checking out at the appointed time of 12 O'clock, because my flight left later that day and I needed somewhere to stay until I was ready to leave. The idea of Housekeeping constantly checking, i.e. knocking on my door to see if my room was ready for cleaning was a bit disturbing. I think they should have been informed about the extension of my hours and lateness of my departuring the room, checking only at that time for the availability of the room. Continua a leggere

*the heat was all or nothing. if you request a crib (they are pack n plays) bring your own fitted sheet because they don't have any and the pack n play "mattress" part was gross. other than that, it was ok.

A little more salt or sand on the main driveway/entrance would have been nice. However the staff were very accomodating and the room was fine.

I had a very pleasent experiance at this hotel. It met my expectations and i would defenitely stay there again. If you are looking for an economic place to stay, this is defenitely a great choice. The staff was nice and helpful and the conditions of the hotel and rooms were according to the price!!

Third time there for a Winter Carnival visit. Every aspect of the stay was great. Really like having the workout room. We want to give kudos to the overnight desk who was working Wednesday night January 30th. There was a small incident in the back parking lot involving some suspicious activity. A vehicle parked next to ours had 5 people in it who kept […] getting in and out of their vehicle and we were concerned about our car. The desk clerk went to the back door to check things out and apparently decided it was better to have the Eagan police come by and check them out. The stay was great. Very Peaceful. Staff was great. Housekeepers were very helpful and went above duties to assist us. The FREE breakfast was PLENTIFUL and FRESH! Enjoyed my stay. Only complaint was the heat. A bit dry. We improvised and had a wonderful stay. Price was great and they let us check in early too!

This hotel is the worst i have ever stayed in. We got there around 11.30pm and checked in went to the room and the smell although pleasent was so strong that we could bearly breathe. Then not even ten minutes after getting into the room we get a call from a very rude hotel staff member saying we where to load even though we were talking at a normal […] tone also the cable service was so hard to get working it was basically unusable. they have two remotes to control tv and the cable box but the cable box wont work because the tv and box are sitting up so high that it cant see the signal. overall this hotel was dirty the staff was very rude and just getting into the place was a nightmare. When I arrived to Microtel Eagan the Desk Clerk was very friendly. The Lobby ,hallways and my room were immaculate. The price was right! The breakfast was ample for my needs. I have stayed here before and will continue to do so when I visit the Twin-cities area.

This is a comfortable place to sleep. The rooms are very small but I did not need more than what I had. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Very reasonably priced. Breakfast included. I will stay again.
