Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 29 giu 2012Purtroppo sono arrivato in Hotel nel tardo pomeriggio e dovendo ripartire il giorno dopo ho avuto poco tempo da trascorrere dentro la struttura. Lo staff e' molto disponibile e gentile, la camera e' dotata dei principali ed essenziali confort, accogliente, pulita. La posizione dell'hotel mi e' parsa un po' defilata e quindi e' necessario possedere un'auto per potersi muovere verso le attrazioni della citta'.

Ovviamente da un Hotel a 2 stelle non ci si deve aspettare chissà cosa, ma aveva tutto il necessario per stare bene. La colazione era buona, e la sala colazione molto pulita. La signora alla reception molto gentile

Staff cordiale, stanza spaziosa e pulita,colazione discreta. Economico rispetto ad altri alberghi con gli stessi servizi e pertanto davvero consigliato. La zona circostante offre ristoranti ,supermercati ed altri servizi; insomma è una scelta azzeccata.

Good thing that we were only there to sleep midway thru our trip. We rented 2rooms for our trip to gulf shores. My brother and sister in laws room was in the "new" addition and smelled very bad of smoke, was not clean and had bare wires to all of the receptacles. The smoke detector was even hanging by wires. It was not even close to Nashville nor did […] it have a lounge as the internet says. I rented 2 rooms at the same time and they were quite a ways from each other. "I got what I paid for"
For the price I paid, this hotel was very serviceable. The breakfast was great, the room was clean, and everything worked. Somebody thought it was a good idea to engage their horn throughout the night every so often to lock their car, and with the cars being parked right outside the rooms that was a minor inconvenience. We were very pleased with the property- the newly remodelled lobby and breakfast area was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Rooms were comfortable. Was a bit disappointed that the safe in the room was not working. Would stay here again. My husband & I were in the Nashville area for one of our children's high school sporting event. We found this hotel on hotels.com. The staff @ the front desk were very friendly & accommodating. They were helpful in our check-in/check-out process. Our room was clean. We enjoyed the cable tv, the micro-fridge, and room size. Room was clean, but the coffee-maker had been removed and the hotel personnel couldn't understand that I wasn't missing a caraffe but the whole machine. The HVAC unit sounded like a "Mac Truck" whenever it started up. The ice machine in my building was broken and I had to walk in the rain over to the next building. "Business Trip"
It wasn't bad but the mattress needed replacing. The room was very clean. The first night I had to be late because I was at a meeting and there was a vechile parked in front of my room. I really didn't appreciate that because I am older and a female. The next night I was on time and the spot was available but it was muddy and the other spots down the […] way were dry. I wondered if it had anything to do with being near the washer. But the room charge was very reasonable so altogether it was OK. I would recommend it to someone who needs a reasonable fee. I am independent in what I do so I have to watch my expenditures. The ice machine was close and worked. The breakfast was furnished including eggs and meat so that was a plus. "woukd not stay there. its a truck stop"
The non-smoking room was actually a smoking room. No parking was available due to all the construction workers and truckers parking big Riggs. The girl at the front desk was sweet and tried to help butility we eventually left because of condition of rooms and no parking.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com
