The hotel was located conveniently next to a freeway. The front desk staff was courteous. Hotel does not provide shuttle service but instead provides vouchers for taxi service. Clean and pleasant with comfortable beds, good location to airport and Mall of America, courteous staff. But no bedspreads on beds, not a single chair in the room, tv precariously perched on top of armoire. This hotel was a great price and the perfect location. We went down for a twins game and to do some shopping. We drove to the mall of america (2 min drive) and parked the car there and hopped on the lightrail from there. Super easy and the only way to get to target field. The hotel was clean and tidy. Staff was good. Breakfast was good as well with them serving different types of bagels, muffins, oatmeal and other cereals. It was worth the price. We got it for $60/ night during the memorial day weekend. All in all, I will recommend a stay at this place while in town.

I have been to other Microtel's and found them much more appealing than this one. When we registered, the clerk didn't appear very friendly. It seemed like we were intruding. The complementary breakfast was nothing to get excited about, either. I probably will not return to this Microtel.

My husband and I were really happy at how close the hotel was to the Mall of America and that we also had a Walmart across the street. The staff was very friendly.

The hotel was decent. The room could have been cleaner. There was some dust on surfaces in the room. The room did not come with any toiletries. The decor was outdated. However, it was very affordable.

I stayed 3 nights in two queen bedroom. One thing surprised me is that they don't have fridge in two queen bedroom. However, I recommend this hotel. It is cheap and the service is standard.

This is my "go to " motel for any Twin Cities events .... it's clean , easy to find , and the beds are wonderfully comfortable ! The check in and check out process is quick and friendly . The location is only minutes away from the Mall of America , Ikea , the airport , etc. The only "negative" is that the morning continental bkfst. was all "carbs" and […] coffee .....( there was a machine with juice as well )..... Nice staff but there was no shampoo and the bed sheets were torn and had holes in them. Overall pretty nice, however. Close to mall of America, and very affordable.

Knowing that my son and I weren't going to be in the hotel or the room for long periods of time, I when with something affordable and close to our destination. The room was small, but clean. There was no shampoo or wash cloths. Pillows weren't great. But the breakfast in the morning was good. Again-you get what you pay for.

You really can't much more than this for the price. Helpful people at the front desk, convenient location, free taxi service to/from the hotel. Continental breakfast is very simple, but it worked well for me. Very satisfied with what I got for the cost.

I was heading out on business trip and the night before it started snowing like all get out. My flight was very early so I thought it best to leave the night before and stay near the airport. All I needed was a cheap clean bed and a shower, that was exactly what I go...no more, no less. I made the mistake of assuming there would be an iron in the room....nope. […] I made the mistake of thinking I would get a decent cup of coffee in the morning....nope. I made the mistake of assuming if all else fails and my flight was canceled, I would have wireless to work off of.....I kind of had wireless. The signal was so weak I actually got better results connecting to the free Denny’s Wi-Fi next store. That said all in all, for what I need, it was fine. Would I bring my wife and kids there, no. Overall, our stay was fine. We were shopping at the Mall of America and didn't actually spend a lot of time at the hotel. When we checked in, the staff member was very polite and helpful. The room was adequate (the mirrors behind the beds were a little weird). The word adequate describes this hotel. At $60/night you should not expect any more and if you get your room any cheaper then you should be smiling. There is nothing to dislike or like about this place. If what you are looking for is a bed to sleep in and have a car to get around to where you want to go, it is fine. The carpet looks and feels dated, otherwise it is a great hotel to stay. You get a good deal for the price you pay for. I would recommend staying in queen suite instead of queen bed because I felt queen suite was a bit too small.

Not for scuba divers. There is no coffee maker in rooms. No shampoo in bathrooms. If you scuba in tank at mall take shower there.

I stayed here attempting to save a few dollars before traveling from MSP. This hotel was disgusting. I actually bought a blanket to sleep on top of. The rooms smelled like a smoking break room.
