Al ns. arrivo in camera abbiamo trovato le lenzuola sporche/non cambiate. Fatta presente la questione alla reception, dopo un attimo abbiamo ricevuto una nuova stanza. Per scusarsi ci hanno offerto la colazione gratis. L'hotel è molto pulito, al di là dell'incidente iniziale. Posizione proprio a downtown, vicino allo stadio di baseball e a tutte le altre attrattive. Ottimo anche il business center aperto 24h, con computer e stampanti. Al ristorante si mangia bene e più economicamente che negli altri ristoranti del centro: tutti piuttosto cari.

"Close location to the Ford Learning Center."
The hot water was out from 8:00am to 8:00pm on one of the days. Also room was hot and even though thermostat was set low. It woul barely drop the temperature in the room.

"Best Western Allen Park"
Great hotel to stay at, perfect location, very easy commute to Detroit and surrounding area. Close to many restaurants as well which was very convenient. Only complaint I could possibly have is that the hotel is pretty old, but it was very clean and I would absolutely stay there again.
"Set up of room"
The queen beds were comfortable. The set up of the room needs attention. Putting the tv cabinet in the corner isn't the best place for it. It's really not comfortable to lay and watch tv. Did not like the that the sink was not on the outside of the bathroom. The pool and spa were very nice. The lady that checked us in was very helpful. Well worth the stay. At first I thought I had picked a very outdated hotel that needed lots of work. After entering I was pleased with my selection. I will stay here again when in the area.

"Best Western Greenfield Inn"
The hotel very nice. It was full on Saturday with kids from a cheerleeding competiton & they over took the pool area & broke the hot tub. Employees had no idea how many kids were in the pool. VERY BAD We had warm weather & there was NO air conditioning in the room. They gave us a box fan to help but it DIDN'T!
"Nice Stay"
We stayed at this hotel before we went to The Henry Ford Museum. Very clean classy rooms convenient location with a nostaligic turn of the century feel. We would highly recommend this hotel to lesiure travellers.

"Clean room; friendly staff"
My husband and I stayed at this hotel while we were in town for a Red Wings game, so we didn't need a lot of amenities - we stayed in a standard room with a King Bed. I was a little unsure when we first saw the outside of the "Pink Palace", but the inside is not as dated as the outside. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was, especially […] the bathroom. The staff was quite friendly, as were the guests that were staying there at the time. We ordered room service the first night (from O'Henry's - the in-hotel restaraunt) and I'd give it a 4. I had spaghetti and meat sauce - way too much sauce and not much flavor. My husband ordered cheese ravioli and said it was really good. The breakfast, however; was very good and quick. "Nice and Affordable"
We booked this local hotel to take the kids swimming for the weekend. It is a good deal and it kept the kids busy for the whole weekend. I really like the pool area here. It's very clean and it has low ceilings so it's not really loud. The jacuzzi is nice. my wife and i have stayed at this motel many times in the past and have had some bad experiences however this time the experience was a positive one........one area i would like them to address in the future is the pool area.on weekdays it is fine however on weekends it seems to attract some less than favorable people and because there is no supervision […] they seem to run wild.to the point regular people do not want to be around it........it would not have to be full time but a security officer checking the area on a regular basis would go along way to correct this situation Continua a leggere

N all a good place to stay...Needs renovating No Microwave...Really OLD TV..zenith (do they make this brand anymore) soooo we chk out early we would've stayed longer if the tv wasn't so small n out of date n cold food...couldn't reheat anything...no Microwave n room..

"the hotel best western greenfield inn"
the stay would have been great had it not been for the hockey teams running all over the hotel after midnight...finally at 3 am couldn't take it any longer and called the front desk. Not much sleep gotten.....
The Hotel was excellent however, my daughter called the front desk for some menus and the GSR was very rude and hung up on her. Totally unprofessional.

It's very old, can't consider it a Three star hotel. Old T.V with a VCR and the remote wouldn't work. No parking space. I had to park my car far away. I will not go there again...

Found this hotel online, the price was affordable with a very nice restaurant and bar. The perfect spot for our New Years stay. Within about a 7-10 mile drive we had access to the MGM, Greek town, or the Motor City casinos. Will definitely stay again when traveling to the Detroit area.

"Best Western Greenfield Inn -- Entirely adequate."
From Michigan, we now live in Maryland -- in Detroit to see the Lions' game. The Inn was convenient for everything we wanted to see: The Downtown, Woodward Corridor, Eastern Market, Mayor Bing's mid-town revitalization project, DIA, Boston-Edison area, and, of course, Ford Field. The Inn was very comfortable and the service was excellent. As elders, […] we were impressed by how nice and helpful everyone was. If you are looking for a modern , up-to-date hotel, this might not be the hotel for you. However if you are just in the city for a short time and need an inexpensive and safe stay, the rooms were very clean, supplied with the necessary comforts needed for your stay and the staff was friendly and helpful. "Best Western Greenfield - I bet it's haunted!"
What a lovely hotel, with a wonderful restaurant/lounge/bar! This hotel is such a throwback to the gilded age of the auto industry, it really has that classic Edwardian look. I don't believe in the supernatural, but if ghosts do happen to exist, they would most certainly haunt this darling hotel. It's a very Titanic-looking place.

""The Pink Castle""
Stayed here one night and got he Executive King Bedroom Suite. It was very nice and spacious. The restaurant and bar downstairs was very convenient. Nice touch on being able to read books from their personal book selection. The room itself was clean and even had a phone and a TV inside of the bathroom. Access to free Wi-Fi and had free HBO and Showtime, […] but was very impressed with the movies that they were showing. The only real problem I had with place is that I was assured that I was on the quite end of the hotel, but in fact, I had someone next to me and across the hall from me, which proved to the person next to me, that we weren't very quite at 4am in the shower. "OUR NIGHT OUT"
FIRST THE ELEVATOR WAS BROKEN, AND THEY WOULDN'T PUT US ON THE FIRST FLOOR I HAVE A REAL BAD BACK SO EVERY WHERE WE WENT WE HAD TO GO UP AND DOWN STAIRS. SECOND THE FRONT DESK STAFF WERE VERY RUDE, ITS HARD TO ENJOY YOURSELF WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE A INCONVIENCE. ALSO THE RESTAURANT STAFF WAITRESS WAS VERY RUDE TO THE POINT I COULDN'T EVEN ENJOY MY FOOD. […] I DO HAVE TO SAY THO THE BAR STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND HOSPITABLE. I ALSO REALLY LIKE THE POOL AND JACUZZI BUT THE SAUNA HAD A TIMER YOU HAD TO TURN ON TO GET IT TO WORK AND WHEN I TURNED IT ON ABOUT 15 MINUTES LATER IT WAS STILL COLD. We are definitely planning on staying here again. The hotel is nice as was our room. The price was very reasonable and the staff was super helpful when we decided to stay for another night. Great location. Target, Home Depot and other stores are literally across the street if we forgot anything. Also close to the Ford Museum which we plan on checking […] out next year. Also the hotel is right off of I-94 so w could be anywhere in 15 minutes. Besides the location, the price was a big draw. I decided against a hotel downtown because it was significantly more. I was very pleased with the staff and the accomidations
We stayed at the hotel to go to the Lions game. The rooms were clean and we liked all the victorian details. Some things like the gazebos and exterior needed some work but I would defiently stay at this hotel again.

this hotel is a little old, but unique. the room was clean, spacious and comfortable, but clearly had previous guests smoking in it - we could smell it and there were burns on the floor. smallish tv, but comfortable bed. o'henry's restaurant (attached to hotel) had really really good food... bar food, but very good and good price.

"Near Greenfield Village, Henry Ford Museum"
Very nice hotel, with large, comfortable rooms conveniently located. The grounds are very nice, and everything is close. Friendly staff, and very clean. The room service food was variable quality, but all in all a good experience. Would recommend.

This is an older property but clean enough and close to the airport. Nothing special.
