Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 14 feb 2013Ci siamo stati alla fine di gennaio, eravamo un po' in ansia perchè prenotato all'ultimo minuto e con un buonissimo rapporto di prezzo. L'hotel è molto carino, vicinissimo all'Universal studio (per il quale forniscono un pullman molto comodo). Pulito, camere molto spaziose, caffè e tè 24 su 24. La colazione è insuperabile (caffè,the,latte,succhi,hamburger, uova, bacon, pane e dolci,waffles,e frutta a volontà).Personale disponibile. Palestra piccola ma attrezzata. Wi-fi in tutte le camere e spazi comuni, lavanderia e un ampio parcheggio. Spero di tornarci presto!!! Paola e Andrea Roma

Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 7 gen 2013Un bel resort a prezzi abbordabili all'interno del Walt Disney World. Servizio di navetta con partenza ogni 30 minuti per tuttii parchi disney anche se in realtà ce ne sono di più. Sarebbe bene indicare gli orari di partenza esatti in quanto sono abb approssimativi. Le stanze sono belle e pulite. Belle piscine, sul lago spiaggia con amache e sdraie. Abbiamo avuto problemi con la consegna dei bagagli arrivati con oltre un'ora di ritardo in camera dopo ripetuti solleciti.

I can here with my two children 4 & 9. The size of the room was nice. When I pulled the top comforter down(I don't use those ever) on the kids bunk beds, there was old food crumbs around the mattress. There was even a wrapper that had something slimy on it between the sheets. It was disgusting. You definitely could feel all the springs in the kids bunk […] beds. I could hear everything that was going on in the next room and they were loud and up very late at night making it hard for my children to sleep. The pool towels were stained and so small that it just wrapped around my 4yr old, who is an average size 4yr old boy. The food was just ok. The water park part was ok, my 9yr old girl was bored of it after a few slides(there was only 3 slides). They were kind of slow. In one of the cabanas by the small children's water part, a woman was sun bathing with her top off. Not only that but there small toddler did not have a swim diaper on under his swim suite and had a bowel movement in it. The parents cleaned the child up and then took his swim suite to the pool water and raised it out there. It was disgusting to see someone do that in a child's play area. "Not What Expected"
Everything on website was misleading. No kids activities as stated there was. No breakfast buffet as stated there was. Cable did not work, light in room did not work, hair dryer did not work. Could not get any of these fixed. Hours of waterpark changed daily. Staff unknowledgeable but friendly. Parking lot and grounds of hotel were filthy. The staff and service was good, but hotel looks run down and it's out dated. Nowhere near worth the money we paid for one night. Didnt even use the water park, water was so dirty. "A little Rough outside but more then expected"
Pleasantly surprised with hotel. A little rough around the edges on the initial apperance driving up, although the inside was great. Service Fantastic. Rooms super clean and comfortable. "Never Again"
Where do I start?! Well to start off we had to take Tolls to cut our time in half. It showed 15mins away from the parks, well i dont know what stop watch was being used but it needs to be thrown away. It took forever to get anywhere. Once we did arrive we passed it TWICE! The name has changed and it failed to mention that on the website. Its back in […] the cut and oh yeah, is being remodeled also.. (something else that was failed to be mentioned). Our room was...ughhh. We couldn't even walk barefoot, and it has carpet. I understand that it is a water park so people may come in wet but there were stains everywhere on the carpet. we had kids that wanted to play but we didnt let them. The wireless internet would not work and when we called they sent someone to the room that asked us where the modem was. HUH?! We're guest not employees! Overall the stay was disappointing. The hotel was okay the only things were you have to pay extra to use the waterpark. The hotel is far away from international drive and all the theme parks. Upon arriving staff was helpfull and friendly. "Affordable and Friendly"
After reading scary reviews i wanted to cancel my reservations but miss the deadline but upon arrival hotel look old but once inside it was nice front desk service was pleasant,room was nice also only had one problem with my room but the hotel manager took care of it immediately so that was great my kids love the water park they stay all day it only […] cost $4 a person all day pass which was awesome no long lines to stand in to get on a water slide i was able to watch my kids from the balcony of my room down to the water park and the resturant prices was reasonable so all in all if you want a decent hotel rate with great ammenties this is great for the family to relax its not a 5 star but its budget friendly. "Staff friendly - Hotel needs TLC"
Front desk staff very friendly. I would of liked to use the heat in our room Friday and Saturday. Hotel room had a problem with the ceiling. The room itself hadn't been dusted in a long time. There was a piece of candy wrapper behind the small table near the armoir. Called the front desk to see if someone could fix the heat. Heat was not fixed so asked […] for extra blankets. Hotel was busy for the weekend so when our room was cleaned, our dirty towels were picked up and we got some of the items back except wash clothes and bath mat. Took a shower Monday morning after the hotel cleared out and by the end of my shower I had warm water. I didn't have a problem the previous two days due to the other guests using the water and warm water being in the area. I believe my room was too far to get to from the boiler to get a nice warm shower in a timely manner. Front desk was aware of all the situations that took place during my stay prior to my check out and the respone was that the manager would be informed. "Convenient location but not the greatest."
We rsserved one night initially. Then days before our stay we called the hotel to extend another night. All was confirmed by phone but not when we arrived. Also we were disappointed that the water park costs extra. Didn't see that when booking! The water park had lots of fun activites for the kids! But they were out of towels. Good thing we had our […] own. The rooms were tiled...the beds made noise.... And the floors didn't sems that clean. Convenient location near Osceola Heritage Park. Not sure I'd stay again. "Ownership Change"
We have stayed here several times when either taking a flight out or picking someone up. The location is very conveinant to the airport. Someone originally had this hotel at one point that obviously loved children. The rooms were nicely updated at one point and this was a great place to take young children.
