It was a wonderful stay. We loved the newly renovated room. The breakfest was full of choices. Defintely would come back again.

I have stayed here 4 times because they have such great rates, the rooms are HUGE. Big screen tv, L couch, fridge, closet section. Desk section. It is really a suite for sure. Best of all, they have a bar with food and stuff and it is fun and open all night with a decent and very affordable menu with healthy options.

The staff was friendly hotel was clean and convenient to the freeway. Would definitely stay again when visiting Milwaukee on a weekend getaway

Nice updated hotel (used to be another chain) right off the highway. Clean, spacious rooms that was comfy. Wonderful, fast breakfast to start the day! Overall a great place to stay in NW Milwaukee!

The Hyatt Place hotels are my favorite hotel to stay. It is very comfortable with large flat screen TV, very comfortable bed, plus desk and frig.

We love it.

The Hyatt place is a great place to stay. Our stay was so enjoyable. We had a king room and the bed was awesome, so comfortable. The staff was right there when you needed something. Only con, they need to serve a better brand of coffee. A better breakfast would be nice also, all in all, great place to stay.

This was the first time I stayed at Hyatt Place and it was a terrific experience! LOVED the rooms... spacious suites with sofa, refrigerator, coffee pot, desk for working, lovely spacious bathroom.... just perfect for my needs! Will definitely stay at a Hyatt Place again!

The hotel staff was friendly, very helpful, had good suggestions for local restaurants and attractions. We had to book 2 reservations because we arrived earlier than we origially planned and there was no problem staying in the same room for the entire stay. They made it very pain free to check out and check back in for the second reservation. The morning […] breakfast was great, you could go with the standard continental breakfast or you could order breakfast off a menu and have it made fresh for you. All in all we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend it and return to it if we were in the Milwaukee area again. Continua a leggere

We stayed in this hotel in a "Questroom" on a weekend trip to Milwaukee with our three young children. There were 2 queen beds and a sectional sofa that opened into a sleeper sofa, plus a desk area and nice-sized bathroom. There was some thought put into the room lay-out, including a fully swiveling flat-screen TV so that it could easily be viewed from […] any part of the room. Only drawback was that it was situated right off the highway by a bunch of gas stations/commercial properties. So if you are looking for a hotel with good views or walking distance to restaurants/shops then this would *not* be a good location for you. Big, clean rooms, courteous staff and very reasonable price tag for the Questroom arrangement made our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to traveling families and will begin looking for other Hyatt Place hotels in other destinations our family may travel to in the future. Continua a leggere

we were in Milwaukee for the Harvest Fest at the state fair grounds. Hyatt Place Milwaukee West was close and the rooms as usual were comfortable. The staff was friendly and responsive.

I normally don't do reviews but this hotel is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. The rooms are exactly like they are on the website. We would have been just as comfortable if our children had traveled on this business trip with us. Pool and workout room were wonderful! Staff were welcoming and polite. The only downside is there is no hot tub. […] We were more than extremely happy with our stay. We will definately stay at other Hyatt Hotels. Continua a leggere

We stayed here to attend a Brewers playoff game. The hotel worked out perfectly for our needs. The immediately surrounding neighborhood doesn't have much, but so long as you have a car, you can easily access Miller Park, the bars of Wauwatosa, or downtown Milwaukee on the adjacent highway. The staff were super-friendly and helpful, and the room was […] quite comfortable, spacious, and clean -- especially for the price. We enjoyed the extra "living room space" in our suite. We are super picky and chose this hotel last minute for access to the marathon start & finish. The staff was so sweet, answered questions, and gave us great directions to a nice mall with resturants and shops about 6 minutes away. We are a family of 5 with 3 of them being small kids and we all fit great. We would totally stay here again. VERY CLEAN […] !!!! Continua a leggere

This hotel did not live up to Hyatt standards (at least in my book) - especially in terms of housekeeping. I have sent a note to the manager, but have not heard back. Disappointing on many fronts.

I stayed here because it's close to GE Healthcare (was in the area for an interview). It was a great place to stay. The down side is that it's right next to the highway, so noise is probably an issue if you are in a room facing the highway. Nice hotel clean service was nice

We booked a king bed room and was given a kind bed with sofa couch and more. Great room for the money and it's updated, great TV/internet services, movie choices, great breakfast. Would stay again without thinking twice.

The staff were friendly, the food was excellent, the rooms large, comfortable and clean. The only downside is no black out curtains, sun came thru windows on east side of the hotel in the morning. Also had to info them of my romantic getaway package, but when told about it they were more then willing to make the proper accommodations. Room and hotel condition were very good. Hotel next to major highway, but sound was not a problem, and it provided easy access to make our way downtown. Complimentary breakfast was adequate.

My wife and I chose this hotel because it was close to relatives in the area. Our stay was great, the room was great and clean, the staff was friendly and courteous. We didn't really take advantage of the pool or fitness area because of our short stay but the looked nice. Really everything went without a hitch and we are very glad we chose this hotel. […] My only complaint, which is a small one, is that the pillows on the bed need more variety. I dont know about anyone else but some pillows are too fluffy! Both of our necks hurt the next day because our heads were at like a 90° angle all night. I eventually threw my pillow on the floor. Location couldn't be better for a quick overnite stay. Staff was courteous and room was clean.

The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The pool water was warm. We will stay there again.

Very nice and staff was very helpful and friendly.

The room was suprisingly nice, and the desk service was excellent. The only restaurants nearby are fast food. No stores nearby either. I needed a drugstore for sundry items. Fortunately the hotel clerk provided me with enough toiletries to help me out, since American Airlines had lost my luggage.

Our family stayed one night. The rooms were comfy. The pull out couch/bed was very convienient. The tv and its stations were odd and tricky to work. The pool was a nice size and the whole hotel was very quiet. Polite staff and wonderful breakfast in the lobby. We would SO stay there again.

Seriously amazing hotel. The room was incredible with huge flat screen, and full sectional. Really nicely set up and all amenities. Staff was great, maid service fantastic and not obnoxious. Would recommend this to anyone and families. The only comment would be it is in a bit of industrial area, but a short drive to whatever you need.

Stayed for two nights (Saturday and Sunday) and this has been by far the best hotel room I've had in a long time. Extremely clean. Spacious and surprisingly luxurious. No, really. Although not much bigger than a standard room the room seemed to present itself with a great deal of grandeur. Maybe it's the over-sized couch or the sleek tv's or just the […] way in which the room was shaped. In any case, it works. We didn't need any help from the staff during our stay except for checking in and that was a breeze. The only drawback (if you want to call it that) is that this hotel isn't located closer to downtown Milwaukee. It's a solid ten minutes into town (depending on traffic of course). However, that may just be a blessing in disguise. For the money, which wasn't as much as you might think, this hotel can't be beat. Highly recommend it. Continua a leggere

We stayed at this hotel during a family trip to Milwaukee. The hotel was very clean and looked very new. The room had a great layout and a lot of storage space, so our room was not cluttered with luggage and other things. The continental breakfast had a lot of different options, so the adults and kids were all satisfied. There was also a kitchen that […] served more breakfast options for a fee, but the fees were very reasonable. The only thing we disliked about this hotel, no hot tub. We were very pleased with the room. Bed was very comfortable and clean.

Very nice clean hotel. Was a little distance from the lake though. But overall it was nice. The breakfast was nice and the free parking. If you are going to the lakefront it is about 20 minutes.

This hotel was very close to Miller Park and the zoo. Shopping mall was only 15 minutes away and was easy to drive to from this hotel. Staff were very friendly. My family loved the big TV in our room and the big couch & privacy screen separating king size bed. Pool was okay and no hottub were the only drawbacks.

The hotel was nice - not in the greatest area, but very clean and staff were very nice. the only issue I didn't care for was there was no desk to work on your computer - so I had to work on the bed or couch.
