We mistakenly book a room for one instead of two occupants. After several emails, the hotel was kind enough to offer refund if we would like to cancel, but nothing else. That made us feel that they did not need a business with us. At checkin we thought they might surprise us with a more comfortable room but no luck there. "Everything but personal service was perfect"
Best location for public transportation (2 subway lines). There were various events in front of the hotel which was good, but sometimes it generates noise until late night. Good restaurants near by.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

Clean modern rooms, excellent service by hotel staff, comfortable beds all make my stay in Seoul ver enjoyable. The location is awesome - close to many major tourist attractions such as Myongbok Palace, Cheonggyecheon Stream, deoksu Palace, all walking distance. Many good restaurants nearby too. "Top notch hotel"
Great hotel. Perfect location for checking out Seoul. We upgraded to the Club level(18th floor) which has its own lounge staffed from 6:30AM-10:00PM. The staff there were extremely helpful and courteous. I actually can't say enough about the staff. The room was especially clean.
