Inviato da Michele di "Foggia" il 11 mar 2010Hotel pulito ed accogliente in ottima posizione rispetto alle bellezze architettoniche di Ottawa (parlamento , musei , ecc ...) , personale cortesissimo e poliglotta (anche Italiano , Spagnolo ecc...) , stanze ben dimensionate fornite anche di microonde in linea con la categoria dell'hotel , buona colazione e piacevole caffè/tè nel pomeriggio. Consigliatissimo.

Inviato da C Gensini di "Firenze" il 22 set 2009Bellissimo Hotel la camera era grande come un monolocale con cucina salotto e terrazza.Ottimo per passarci molte notti.Quest'Hotel ci ha davvero colpito anche per la pulizia!Un pò piccolino il bagno anche se ha la vasca da bagno ma ne vale la pena soprattutto per il resto.Situato in una zona molto vivace soprattutto per quanto rigurda i locali a 10 min a piedi dal centro.Volendo si poteva usufruire della piscina.Attenzione il parcheggio è a pagamento a 19 dollari al giorno.

"Must drive to must-see sights."
We were very satisfied with the hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and attentive. We had to drive in to downtown Ottawa everyday to see the sights which was not a huge issue except for parking. Once we became aware of where to park the trips in were very easy. The hotel has an outdoor pool which we did not use because […] the temperature was not conducive for outside swimming but there was a small work out room and hot tub which we enjoyed. "God bus service at the door, shopping centre acros"
Staff was very freindly and helpful. When told about a slow sink, they got right on it. My only complaint was that the food in the dispensing machines was woefully inadequate. Not much choice. "Hotel Room was fine but Breakfast Service was poor"
The room itself was nice, clean and comfortable but the service at breakfast wasn't very good. The waitress took too long at everything she did. If I didn't know any better I'd say she almost avoided us to serve other guests. The food itself was pretty good and reasonably priced. Next time I am in Ottawa I will probably stay at the Best western Plus […] in Gatineau where the rooms are about the same but the restaurant service is much more friendly and the waiter is more attentive. I read some of the reviews of this place and wasn't expecting much, but it was actually quite good. Didn't smell of cigarettes as other reviews had suggested, although the lift could have done with some airfreshener. The staff were helpful and the room clean and comfortable. Picked this hotel because of the banner and because it was in close proximity to our sports venue. Came in late (after 8 p.m.) but was provided with very good customer service. There are quite a few hotels/motels in the area, but this hotel is by far the best choice. I was on business, and found the location to be close to everything, as you can just jump onto the 417. I travel extensively and have stayed in many hotels, and the value for price here is outstanding. This place really exceeded expectations. My room had all […] of the things that make me happy but are not always found; a large bathroom and counter area, a large shower with various ledges for products, a shower rod that extends outward so the curtain doesn't stick to your body, office space, high speed internet, dining table & chairs, comfortable bed and linens, iron, ironing board, big closet, flat screen tv, late room service options etc...I can't say enough good things as a business traveller. My only problem with the room was the air conditioning... it was a little too loud when I wanted quiet in the room. It is sure time to "upgrade" the air conditioners. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
