Diciamo Che viaggiando in 4 Il letto pricipale e" comodissimo molt meno il divan lletto peccato non avessero 2 let king come la maggior parte deli hotel. Nel complesso buona la posizione vicina Allen maggiori attrazioni, danno anche le biciclette per un piacevolissimo tour Della cittta' . Pecca wi-fi a pagamento

Hotel molto elegante, pulitissimo, ottima posizione centrale, a due passi dal Parlamento e dal BayWard Market, Starbuck annesso all'hotel, efficiente servizio di valet parking, peccato solo per wi-fi a pagamento (la maggior parte degli hotel visitati nel mio viaggio Usa-Canada la mettono a disposizione dei clienti gratuitamente). Ci ritornerei!

E' un po' distante dal centro città, ma è comodo perchè dispone di un parcheggio gratuito. Il personale è molto cordiale. Viene offerta anche una colazione piuttosto ricca per essere un motel.

Questo hotel è semplicemente meraviglioso. Il soggiorno in questo hotel ha coinciso con il mio compleanno e devo dire che non avrei potuto desiderare posto più bello per festeggiarlo.Mi sono sentita come una principessa nel suo castello. La posizione poi è veramente strategica: a pochi passi dal Parlamento, praticamente affacciato sulle chiuse, nel cuore della città. La pulizia è eccellente ed il personale è veramente molto cortese e disponibile. Se tornerò ad Ottawa nonavrò dubbi sulla scelta dell'hotel.

Hotel pulito ed accogliente in ottima posizione rispetto alle bellezze architettoniche di Ottawa (parlamento , musei , ecc ...) , personale cortesissimo e poliglotta (anche Italiano , Spagnolo ecc...) , stanze ben dimensionate fornite anche di microonde in linea con la categoria dell'hotel , buona colazione e piacevole caffè/tè nel pomeriggio. Consigliatissimo.

"Hotel Room was fine but Breakfast Service was poor"
The room itself was nice, clean and comfortable but the service at breakfast wasn't very good. The waitress took too long at everything she did. If I didn't know any better I'd say she almost avoided us to serve other guests. The food itself was pretty good and reasonably priced. Next time I am in Ottawa I will probably stay at the Best western Plus […] in Gatineau where the rooms are about the same but the restaurant service is much more friendly and the waiter is more attentive. "Not bad"
I read some of the reviews of this place and wasn't expecting much, but it was actually quite good. Didn't smell of cigarettes as other reviews had suggested, although the lift could have done with some airfreshener. The staff were helpful and the room clean and comfortable. Pretty much all I could ask for for this price range.

Picked this hotel because of the banner and because it was in close proximity to our sports venue. Came in late (after 8 p.m.) but was provided with very good customer service. The room was clean and well equipped and the beds were so comfortable. Best sleep i have had in months. I was pleased with the courtesy and friendliness of all staff; the service and food quality in the breakfast-to-dinner restaurant; the spaciousness and cleanliness of my room; the free parking and newspaper; and the west-end location. The Hotel deserves a high rating.

What a great place to stay!! Thanks to staff members for their friendly, courteous and prompt service and for all their assistance in making our visit to Ottawa terrific!! We would definitely recommend and we would certainly come back again to Best Western!!

We came to Ottawa on business and found the hotel to be just what we needed. Location was perfect for getting around the city. Walking distance to the mall and restaurants. Very clean and quiet. There are quite a few hotels/motels in the area, but this hotel is by far the best choice. I was on business, and found the location to be close to everything, as you can just jump onto the 417. I travel extensively and have stayed in many hotels, and the value for price here is outstanding. This place really exceeded expectations. My room had all […] of the things that make me happy but are not always found; a large bathroom and counter area, a large shower with various ledges for products, a shower rod that extends outward so the curtain doesn't stick to your body, office space, high speed internet, dining table & chairs, comfortable bed and linens, iron, ironing board, big closet, flat screen tv, late room service options etc...I can't say enough good things as a business traveller. Only one downside in the winter...outdoor parking. But all hotels in the area are like this. Parking is at least free here. 4/5! Continua a leggere

"Nice & Comfy!"
My only problem with the room was the air conditioning... it was a little too loud when I wanted quiet in the room. It is sure time to "upgrade" the air conditioners. Other than that, there was no other reason why I would not stay at this hotel again. It was nice & quiet... real comfortable beds.
