"poca spesa tanta resa!"
Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 29 gen 2013la posizione non è comodissima ma è vicina all'aereoporto di heathrow e comunque ha una tube station a 50metri scarsi e tutto sommato il centro si raggiunge facilmente. La camera era bellissima il costo contenuto, lo staff gentile. Mi sento di consigliarlo a chiunque voglia risparmiare qualcosa ma non voglia rinunciare alla comodità!

"Usato solo per dormire"
Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 11 gen 2013Abbiamo soggiornato al Novotel 5 notti, usandolo solo come base per visitare Londra. Uscivamo alle 8 di mattina e rientravamo alle 9 di sera, quindi in realtà abbiamo visto poco e niente dell'hotel stesso (mai fatto un pasto o usato un servizio al di fuori della camera). Quello che possiamo dire è che alla reception sono molto gentili e disponibili, che il parcheggio è parecchio costoso e purtroppo inevitabile se siete in macchina (non ci sono parcheggi intorno) e la procedura di uscita dallo stesso è curiosa; bisogna infatti farsi dare una card dalla reception per aprire la sbarra, e se c'è coda al banco, occorre aspettare anche parecchio per andarsene. La camera che ci hanno assegnato, in 4 (con 2 bambini) era piccolina, in pratica c'era appena lo spazio per muoversi tra i letti, ma visto l'ottimo prezzo che ci hanno fatto, non ci si poteva certo lamentare. L'unico vero problema l'abbiamo avuto con gli asciugamani: dopo il primo giorno sono "spariti" tutti tranne uno, per ricomparire solo la sera prima della partenza... in pratica abbiamo fatto 3 giorni in 4 persone con un solo asciugamano. Il servizio in camera, quindi, poteva essere decisamente mgliore.

I stay here every week having stayed in just about every hotel and B&B in the area over a period of 10 years.The hotel can look a bit tired but the staff are very friendly, the food is consistently of a high standard and you know that you're going to get a good night's sleep. We had booked 4 rooms as there were 8 of us travelling. On the whole the stay was very pleasant except that one couple were woken up at 4am by the air conditioning making a loud noise. This lasted for an hour before they were provided with a different room at 5am. Lovely rooms with regard to size. Good comfort level with overall cleanliness quite acceptable. There were some things that needed improving such as stains on the bathroom floor that looked unsightly, but again it was clean, just marked, I'm not saying it was dirty at all - far from it. This hotel must have been something when it was opened in the early 90's. It is stll impressive now, though the room colour scheme and decor was a tad old fashioned to our tastes. I checked in with my 3 sons for one night so that we could do Legoland. What I can I say.. It was the best family room experience that we've had! There was so much space and the fact that there were 2 single beds for my teenagers instead of them having to share a fold out sofa .. Fantastic! The staff were very polite and helpful, even when I had to […] call to find out how to turn on the lights they didnt laugh! The hotel facilities were lovely. Breakfast was lovely and dinner was great. Perfect hotel for what we needed. Close to Legoland and warm, cozy, friendly atmosphere on our return! The hotel is great, nice facilities, nice room, lovely breakfast, but our stay was ruined by the "in room" entertainment! There was live music playing in the hotel which could be heard pounding in our room until 2.30am. When I took this up with reception in the morning I was told I was in the quietest part of the hotel, which was little consolation. We were looking for a hotel near legoland to stay in with a touch of luxury for the family. We had a fantastic suite with lots of space, a separate area for the children and a lovely spa bath.
