L` hotel e` molto vicino al MAX il treno metropolitano di Portland per cui in 20 min circa si arriva in centro. Il servizio di shuttle gratuito per l` aeroporto e` risultato molto comodo..il personale e` molto gentile e le camere pulite e comode.

Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo della struttura.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. The room itself was clean enough but the hallways, lobby and stairs were in need of a vacuum-job that they didn't see in the four nights that we were there. "Off the beaten track"
Had a great stay in Portland. If you stay here, you'll need a car or taxi. It's not near the max rail system. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, hotel was very clean. Breakfast consisted of the standard Comfort Suites items, waffles, eggs, yogurt, bagels/toast, etc. and breakfast ran until 10! Upon arrival, we were asked which floor we wished […] to stay on and if we wanted to be close or away from the pool! I thought this was great as we had a lot of luggage this trip-not to mention we are never asked WHERE we'd like to room! :) I would stay here again, the rooms were comfortable, the beds were soft, however it was off the beaten track. The only thing i didn't like is that the front desk staff wasn't adequately trained. She tried to charge my credit card even though I had already paid via hotels.com. Using my laptop sitting in the horrible chairs in my room gave me serious back pain. When asked, the hotel staff could not find anything even remotely ergonomic for me to use. "Perfect for what I needed"
Arrived at 10pm in the evening and left at 10am in the morning. Easy parking, easy check in, good clean and well laid-out room, good bed, good sleep, good breakfast and then on my way. I mainly chose this hotel for the hot continental breakfast- they had a hot breakast choice of the day (usually eggs + meat), waffles, bagels, english muffins, cereal, fruit, and beverages. We stayed 7 nights at this hotel. The room had a few spots in the carpet when we checked in. When I asked for them to be cleaned it was taken care of promptly. Room was your typical suite room and was cleaned on a daily basis. Mattress was very comfortable. Although our room faced I-5 we did not hear any road noise. This was ok for the price. The "hot tub" was cold so it was full of parents, their babies and small children. This hotel surpassed my expectations. Rooms were big, the place very clean, the staff helpful and relatively quiet if you get a room on the backside. It's a little north of where I expected Tigard to be, but it worked. The hotel was clean, decent and quite. The breakfast was in good variety. I am overall pleased with my choice. The bed sheets needs to be better quality, they were very thin and did feel like been used many years. They were clean but heavily used.
