Non lontano da corso Como, via Solferino e corso Garibaldi, a due passi dalla stazione della metro Repubblica, l'hotel Cervo è in una posizione molto comoda per visitare la città. Attenzione alle camere, perché ce ne sono alcune anguste e buie che avrebbero anche bisogno di una rinfrescata. Quando sono arrivato, mi è stata assegnata un'incredibile singola al primo piano con affaccio su una tromba delle scale interna, così sono andato alla reception per chiederne un'altra. Mi è stata data una camera più confortevole con affaccio su un cortile interno. Decisamente migliore, ma sempre troppo buia per i miei gusti (e nel bagno non c'era il bidé). Ci ho dormito la prima notte e la mattina dopo ho chiesto se ce ne fosse un'altra ancor più luminosa. Finalmente me ne hanno data una soddisfacente al terzo piano con affaccio sulla strada. Personale professionale, cortese e comprensivo. Colazione continentale ottima e abbondante.

Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel in quanto vicino allo stadio San Siro dove ero diretta. Il personale è stato sin dal primo momento tanto gentile e disponibile. La camera era grande e pulita con tv e mediaset premium, la colazione è inclusa a buffet, con cornetti confezionati ma di ottima marca, come tutto il resto delle cose per la colazione! ottimo il caffè ed il cappuccino preparati da loro al momento... Per quanto riguarda i mezzi di trasporto per arrivare in centro, l'hotel si trova in un ottima posizione: difronte all'hotel c'è la fermata dell'autobus 69 che porta direttamente alla stazione metro, oppure alle spalle dell'hotel vi è la fermata del tram 14 che di ferma fuori al duomo! In generale quindi posso dire di essere davvero soddisfatta di questa esperienza, lo consiglierei ad amici e parenti e non mancherò di ritornarci io personalmente in future occasioni!

La stazione Centrale di Milano è monumentale, ricca di hall e sale in marmo, terrazze e pavimenti in mosaico. Stazione principale e più frequentata dell'Italia settentrionale, può essere considerata la più bella d'Europa. La maggior parte dei treni internazionali e ad alta velocità arrivano in questa stazione, da cui poi è facile raggiungere il centro della città grazie alla metropolitana. Nelle vicinanze si innalza il Grattacielo Pirelli, l'edificio più alto di Milano, simbolo della prosperità di questa città.

ideale per chi deve andare a Milano per lavoro.
Molto comodo rispetto la posizione..Camera molto spartana e arredamento vecchio..Una bella ristrutturazione sarebbe l'ideale..

i letti non sono comodi ma molto Spartani. la 1 colazione è inesistente.
molto rumoroso soprattutto di sera, avendo la camera sul dietro e il ristorante vicino, si sentivano le batttute delle bistecche di carne quando dovevano cucinarla!!

"buon rapporto qualità-prezzo"
L'hotel si trova in una ottima posizione logistica da dove ci si può recare facilmente ovunque. Discreta la camera, buona la pulizia. Unico neo è stato un rumore, seppur non continuativo, che è iniziato alle sette del mattino. Probabilmente dovuto allo spostamento di carrelli per la pulizia o altro. L' hotel ha prezzi ragionevoli e il personale è molto gentile e preparato. Secondo me però le stanze non sono all' altezza di un 3 stelle: nella mia il letto era concavo e molto scomodo, la porta del bagno era malmessa e la doccia era priva di tende o quantaltro, così il bagno si allagava regolarmente ogni volta che mi lavavo. Inoltre le stanze sono […] scarsamente insonorizzate (si sente molto rumore sia dall'interno dell'hotel, sia proveniente dalla strada, molto traffica anche dai filobus). "Delusione"
1. Ci hanno chiesto una cauzione (dopo aver già pagato tramite carte di credito) di € 50/00 a persona per le varie consumazioni.Partiamo da un presupposto che non c'era neanche il frigo in camara.La struttura è vecchia.La carta igienica usata.La cosa migliore dell'albergo è il punto in cui si trova. Punto e non dico altro.Deludente.

I stayed at Hotel Amadeus in Milan for three nights in april 2012 and was satisfied with my visit. The hotel is located very close to the central train station, but a long walk from the center near the Duomo area. The staff were friendly and could speak English. Breakfast was included in the stay, but it was quite sparse as in many other southern European […] countries. The room was OK, but it was quite odd that there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. The Amadeus is conveniently located a few hundred yards from Milan main train station, the room was clean and reasonably comfortable, and the staff are helpful and courteous. However, while breakfast was included in the price, I recommend not to expect Amadeus to deliver. I understand catering are apparently unable to provide sufficient food for all […] their guests consistently, as I have witnessed a near to empty breakfast buffet on one occasion. On my challenge the hotel staff told me this was due to a, quote : "high demand of food from the guests" and I was advised to, quote : "come to breakfast earlier". It takes just 3 to 5 min of walk from Milan Central Station. Great location! It looks old, but room is clean and well maintained. Extremely gruff staffperson at check-in set a poor tone for what turned out to be an otherwise satisfactory stay. To get CNN (the only English language channel available) you have to get out of digital TV mode. TV reception even for the digital channels was poor - constantly cutting out.

The service is good , the service as well , and very well located , when you want to go out it´s very near the under ground , and has a lot of good restaurants very near also . Then when your are coming , and going back to the airport , you have all the busses you can wish to have very […] near . So you will never need using taxis . Then they have a breakfeast which is ok . It's an okay place to stay for a night or two if you want to be close to Centrale station. The rooms are of okay size for European hotels, has the expected amenities like cable TV, shampoo and blowdryer, but oddly missing any kind of shower curtain or guard so water splashes all over the bathroom as you take a shower. The breakfast had a good selection but on my morning the croissants were stale. They charge for wifi. Despite some noise problems (not really the fault of hotel management) we would return to the Amadeus Hotel at the Central Train Station in Milan. Location was excellent, just around corner from train station and right on the green and yellow subway lines. Hotel was basic but clean, breakfast was your standard Italian continental breakfast with yogurt […] and hard boiled eggs thrown in for good measure. Noise from hallways (slamming doors), but not bad enough to stay away. And management stopped other hotel guests who thought the courtyard was their personal echo chamber. Very good quality/price ratio: hotel is unexpectedly nice for the price, and the location is very conveniently located near the train station, but in a comparatively quiet side street. Strongly recommend in the price category!

Hotel had good location. Room very adequate but I had to ask for another pillow. Breakfast good for Continental Breakfast. TV only had Italian stations (about 20).

This hotel is convenient being right next to Milan's Centrale railway station. However, it has 1 major floor - each room has a vent which connects it to all the other rooms. One the first night I stayed, one of the rooms on my floor had 3/4 people in which were having a party. I could hear their conversations word for word. Being 4am in the morning, […] having been woken up by this group coming home, I wasn't impressed. After an hour of this I went down to reception, and the night receptionist came up with me and asked them to keep the noise down, but even wiht the noise down, because the vents were connected, there was no muffling of noise at all. Breakfast is the usual continental style, rolls & cheese, boiled eggs, fresh coffee. Get there reasonably early (i.e. before 9) to make sure you have the pick of the spread. Luggage room is useful if you've got a late flight! Staff were courteous, and were it not for the noise issues, this would be a perfectly acceptable hotel. Continua a leggere

Very convenient location. Hotel is literally around the corner from the Stazione Centrale, Milan's main railway station. This is a very convenient location if you plan to travel to nearby cities by rail. Also, the hop on/hop off bus for Milan stops just down the street, directly across from Stazione Centrale. The shuttle to/from Malpensa Airport also […] leaves from the Stazione Centrale. The room was clean and comfortable. Good selection was served at breakfast. Hotel staff are polite and speak good English. About one block from Milano Centrale, lots of restaurant and bar choices. Front of hotel room was a little noisy from the street but I had no problem with it, but could hear clearly the folks in the bathroom next door. Great choice to be near the train station.

Pros: - Clean - Convenient location - 2 blocks from Centrale Train Station - Once asked, the staff was very helpful Cons: - at about 4 or 5 AM there was a lot of noise in the courtyard outside our room. Thankfully, we were very tired and were able to get back to sleep. We cannot comment on the breakfast - we slept right through it.

"Convenient.........But that's about it........"
Located just around the corner from Milan's Central station....which is great when moving around the citys metro and getting the bus to and from the airport. Regarding the hotel.....well...Not much to praise about. The man behind the reception desk was alil rude. He was on the phone at the time of our arrival but continued to talk for another 5 mins, […] completely ignoring us. The Lift in the hotel is very small and very old. barely enough space for 2 people. The breakfast is a nice gesture but not alot of space to sit with all the other guests. The variety of food was lacking and abit strange. but the staff were very nice and the coffe was tasty.....We still had to go around the corner to fill up on some Macdonalds. The rooms are very basic and on the old side. Old Carpet....Green wallpaper....Heavy & Old curtins....Stained Lamp shades. I expected more for the price we were paying. Excellent location near the Stazione but on a quiet street. Very little noise in room or corridor. However, I like to watch Italian TV when I am on a visit and only CNN and BBC24 were available. Breakfast good, all staff courteous. Good places to eat nearby.

Had bad experience with one of the staff whom keeps recommending us to go to a restaurant which is 2 streets away from the hotel. We were tired after a day shopping so we settle our dinner at the Italian restaurant beside the hotel. After that, we were vile treated by this guy when we try to enquire about the WIFI access.
