"Good hotel...bad service!"
Loved the rooms and style of the hotel. But the customer service reps and the manager were SO rude. They charged me an extra $50 and when I confronted them regarding the situation, the manager and staff were so snobby and very rude. Also, the hotel is in a horrible location. My wife and I stayed here for a night after spending the day at the Fryeburg Fair. We found the whole hotel to be clean, neat, and very comfortable. The room was quiet and the AC unit was also quiet. Very clean property an easy to find, short time to beaches an water park. only reason not to give 5 stars was a long dark hair in clean white sheet.. but that was maybe from person making bed ..sheets were clean! Service was very good, but that is the only thing I found positive. Bed & pillows are uncomfortable. Air conditioning wasn't working properly and made noises so bad we had to shut it off.
