Piccolo hotel a 5 minuti di cammino dalla stazione ferroviaria di Mestre. E' in una zona multietnica, tutto sommato tranquilla, con diversi esercizi gestiti da cinesi o africani. Camere piccole, pulizia impeccabile, senza dubbio il miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo per soggiorni sia di lavoro sia di turismo: in alternativa al solito treno (partenze per s.Lucia ogni 15/20 minuti) a 50 metri dall'hotel ferma un autobus, di fronte al supermercato Alì, che porta a piazzale Roma in una ventina di minuti. La colazione nel mio caso poteva essere servita con un pagamento di 5€ a persona, di discreta qualità. Staff cortese e disponibile, non invadente. Attenzione alla reception, non è presidiata 24h: dopo le 23.00 e prima delle 7.00 non c'è nessuno. Si accede alla struttura con un codice dall'ingresso posteriore, dove c'è un piccolo parcheggio auto privato. Segnalo nelle immediate vicinanze (100 metri) una buona pizzeria "Columbus".

La vista sul campo e la chiesa valgono già il soggiorno. Le stanze sono piccole ed un po' usurati gli arredi, ma molto pulite; bella la grande terrazza con affaccio sulla chiesa di San Zaccaria. Squisita la colazione a buffet. Gentilissimo e professionale il personale.

San Marco è la tappa turistica per eccellenza di Venezia; famosa per i piccioni, il campanile, la basilica, il Palazzo Ducale e i costosi bar è assolutamente una meta da non perdere. Il panorama lagunare è straordinario ed è da qui che partono la maggior parte delle gondole. In estate la piazza pullula di visitatori, anche se a distanza di uno o due isolati le strade sono tranquille e offrono un maggior numero di musei e palazzi da scoprire.

Dingy, decor in room and residential corridors. Needs serious updating. Most importantly, staff particularly the reception and concierge staff (also wait staff) were downright rude! "Beautiful Hotel with an amazing view"
My boyfriend I spent Christmas in Venice. Our room was clean but old looking - outdated wall paper but very comfortable bed and really elegant bathroom. Mini bar is outrageously priced - 10 euros for a can of coke. We ended up stocking up from the snack bar by the hotel. Do not order room service, if you can avoid it. The food isnt all that great, its […] overpriced and the portion is much smaller. Plus the guy bringing up the food didnt like the smell of smoke (we had one cigarette in the room) and had an attitude about it. If you want to order something - the hamburger was pretty good and the fries too. The cesar salad is not a cesar salad. It tasted really bland. Overall the hotel has class in the ambiance of the hotel, the staff at the concierge and front desk were friendly. To take a water taxi from the bus terminal to the hotel was approx 60 euros. If you can barter less then more power to you. We ended taking the water taxi from the Rialto Bridge back to the bus terminal and it was 50 euros. There is no Internet in the room. You have to go to the lobby... If it works, they charged u €12 when is over half hour. Plus, I made a local phone call, they were trying to charge me €5...And, the cleaning lady knocked door again and again, later even called my room in order to do her job, even after I told her I was trying to sleep and please do not […] disturb me... Hahahaha, later on, she told me that it was my fault without putting the tag out. The lights on the door has different meaning at this fancy hotel.... Overall, if your body is still in America time and u are trying to take a nap after lunch, then good luck! Our stay was very pleasureable. The rooms were very spacious (unlike your typical european hotel room) and the staff was amazing. My only complaint would have to be the ridiculously expensive prices in the hotel restaurant compared to other venetian restaurants around town. Average food & ridiculous prices... Elevator made constant noises effecting our room that we asked to fix many times but not addressed till the last night of our stay. No iron in room and will not let you borrow one. "Not worth the cost!"
If you are going to Venice don't stay here! We arrived @11:30 in the evening by water taxi from the airport to the hotel dock. No help was in sight to help unload the luggage from the boat, Understandable since it was late in the evening. The check-in counter is way in the back which does really make sense and I noticed a monitor which viewed the dock […] entrance but no came to assist us. We found the the evening staff to be disrespectful. Once checked in the bellhop took the lightness bag which had wheels and left the rest for my wife and I (really?). Getting to the room we found it to be clean but cramped with black marks on the wall. The shower ceiling was kinda nasty. Calling to the front desk I explained the room wouldn't do and was not what I booked on line. The reply was simply, "the hotel is booked solid and there is nothing we can do." The following morning I complained once again, the manager explained they would move us to another room.Since our stay was only two nights, it didn't paid for us to repack our suitcases and then unpack once more. "Spectacular City - Spectacular Stay!"
My husband and I recently spent five nights at the Westin Europa and Regina in Venice. The location of this hotel is exceptional. The views of the Grand Canal provide an ever-changing backdrop in this spectacular city. Our room - Deluxe Double Grand Canal View - was very large and comfortable with a couch, two side chairs as well as a desk and chair. […] The bathrooms are small be nicely appointed with huge towels and excellent bath products. The Heavenly Beds are just that - heavenly! The hotel staff was always extremely helpful and courteous and provided help in navigating what can be a very confusing city. The restaurant offers "The Venetian Cooking Experience" on Sunday afternoons, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The chef demonstrated techniques and the maitre d' translated (since our Italian is very limited). It was a fun and educational class - followed by lunch of what we had just seen prepared with wine pairings. Luckily we were joined by a delightful local Venetian lady, making the experience even more enjoyable. I'm sure the outdoor bar and dining spaces are wonderful in warmer weather. Spent 3 nights at this wonderful hotel. Staff was helpful, food was great, although pricy. Location is convenient to walk to all the great VEnice sights and is right on the Grand Canal. Lovely spot to have breakfast and watch the canal happenings. Had a 17 year old daughter with us and we had a suite room with a place for her bed. Worked out well for […] us. Also have a relationship with the Excelsior Hotel on LIdo island and allowed us to take a free boat there and explore LIdo Island. My daughter really enjoyed the beach there. "トランク壊されました"
14泊15日のクルーズの後、ベネチアで下船したため、1泊しましたが、ベルボーイが部屋まで運ぶ際にトランクの一つを傷つけ、クレームしたところ、マネージャーが日本に帰国後に保険会社から必ず連絡すると約束したのに、なしのつぶてです。約束をキチンと守って欲しい。これではウェスティンの名前が廃ります。高級ホテルとは言えません。ウナギの寝床のような奥まったところにある部屋も古くさく、清潔感がありませんでした。フロントやコンセルジェの対応も事務的、クルーズのサービスが良質だっただけに、このホテルの質の悪さが際立ちました。ともかく壊したトランクの傷くらい直して欲しいです。無責任さに驚くばかりです。二度と泊まりたくありません。Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

サンマルコ広場にほど近い5つ星のホテル。 歴史ある建物で少々古く遮音性には難がありますが、よく手入れされていて清潔だとおもいます。 ヴェネツィアのホテルは宿泊費が高いので評価が難しいところですが、ヴェネツィアでなければ価格にそぐわないホテルと言えるでしょう。 部屋のテラスに出ればグラン・カナルやサルーテ教会を間近に眺めることが出来ました。部屋は広くはないですが寝具は清潔でとても寝心地が良かったと思います。 宿泊するならぜひテラスでの朝食をおすすめします。ビュッフェで45€/人、コンチネンタルで25€でした。こちらも価格は高めですが、ここのテラスのロケーションはそれに見合うものであると思います。昼や夕方にこちらでカフェもできるので朝食でなくても利用できますが、朝のグラン・カナルの船の往来やサルーテ教会の向こう側から朝日が差し込みそれを眺めながらの朝食は格別です。味ももちろん美味しいですし、ビュッフェではプロセッコのスパークリングワインもあります。またフレッシュジュースの種類が豊富で8種くらいはありました。 […] 昼間に何度か部屋に戻ったのですが、ハウスキーピングスタッフが返事をしているにもかかわらずドアを開けて、Oh, Sorry!というのが2度もありました。 Continua a leggereRecensioni obiettive degli ospiti Expedia

水上タクシーでチエックインでは、ポーターもフロントも気持ち良い対応でした。 半年前の予約時、エクスペディアにグランドカナル側の部屋希望していましたが、 スタッフは全くノーチェックでした。案の定反対側で確認しなかった 事を後悔しました。 ただムラーノ島に行くのに水上タクシー頼んだらホテルの水上タクシーを 貸切で使わしてくれたのは良かった。 部屋の掃除か夕刻なくて、深夜に帰ったら、昼過ぎ外出時のままの 状態は五つ星ホテルでは初めてでした。朝食はレストランが素敵で非常に美味しかった。また行きたいですね。Recensioni obiettive degli ospiti Expedia

We have stayed for one night in this outstanding Hotel. We booked the Grand Canal View Room four months prior to our stay. First we were proposed not very nice room on the first floor of Regina (it has also ground floor). So the view was obstructed and the room was not good enough to stay at and looked crummy. That is why we had to request the Reception […] for another repaired and renovated room, also explaining that the booked Room was the present from my son to my 55th birthday anniversary. Only after that the Hotel satisfied our request and provided us with the beautiful room on the fifth floor with the Grand Canal View. This Room was not large at all but had the rather spacious open balcony (loggia) with two deck-chairs and a table. So we could admire the Ships coming in and out Venice through the Grand Canal. The Hotel has very nice location only 4 minutes away from San Marco Squire. It is a very expensive and high-status hotel. Nevertheless we liked it very much. Très bel hôtel, bien situé. Personnel attentionné, chambre spacieuse, restaurant sur le Grand Canal très agréable pour le breakfast ou le diner.
