Sono stata con i miei amici dal 24-04 al 30-04-12. L' albergo è molto carino, pulito e confortevole. La stanza è spaziosa, il bagno è pulito ma sostituirei la vasca con la doccia. La sala da pranzo/colazione è carina e affaccia sul lago. La posizione è ottima per visitare la zona vicino al lago (molto romantica), la CN Tower, il Roger Centre; per visitare parte più centrale (Yonge Street) è preferibile prendere l'autobus o il tram ( che passano ogni 5').

L'hotel è tenuto bene e pulito, ma situato in piena Chinatown, sopra un centro commerciale che dà più l'idea di essere a Pechino piuttosto che a Toronto (anche il personale è tutto di origine cinese). Comunque le camere sono spaziose e pulite, è situato su Spadina Ave quindi in buona posizione per raggiungere CN Tower e porto a sud, e parco e università a nord. Il quartiere circostante non è granchè, ma non dà l'idea di essere insicuro. E' dotato anche di parcheggio sotterraneo condiviso col centro commerciale. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite.

leggermente fuori mano rispetto alla zona dei locali. di sera intorno c'è poco e niente. comunque pulito e ben tenuto.

Accoglienza calorosa con bicchiere di limonata ancor prima di avvicinarci al banco check-in, personale multilingue, stanze enormi (le più grandi in assoluto incontrate nel nostro viaggio), pulite; una lavanderia è a disposizione degli ospiti e il personale è stato gentilissimo nello spiegarci il funzionamento degli elettrodomestici e ci ha fornito gratuitamente il detersivo per il lavaggio. Ottimo il servizio al bar. La zona è centrale e piena di locali, alcuni dei quali aperti 24 h. Non concordo con le recensioni negative espresse da altri utenti. L'unico neo è il valet-parking molto caro. Ma proprio alle spalle dell'hotel esistono molti parcheggi più economici.

Good location.Price OK -maybe a bit high for the overall quality.Room & bath clean but faded ie getting toward tired. No top sheet - just a duvet - unacceptable. Very small room. Euro-Asian flavor to whole atmosphere ,especially restaruant. Food OK , menu limited. Service in restaraunt excellent & service good overall.

We stayed at The Novotel after a night out in Mississauga. It was a lovely hotel, affordable, clean, good location. The check in was fast and easy...as was the check out the next morning! Overall...2 thumbs up! :)

I would like to commend the friendlyness of all the staff. Customer service is at the top of their list from the front desk staff, to the restaurant staff and everything inbetween. I was made to feel welcome.

Great stay! The only complaint is that they may want to look at getting flatscreen tv's in there!!! We will stay there again!!! Cheers

The rooms are very tired looking and need an update. We also had issues with the heating system and they sent maintenance up to fix it. It was worked on for 1 hour or so and when they left, it was no warmer than it was before. Did not call down again as we needed to go out.

Lot's of fire trucks and ambulances out and about, could hear from the 15th floor, but the view was pretty good for the location, and the room was nice. As seen in pictures, bathroom doors in the executive king big suite we were in don't lock/fully close, so be prepared for that (swing doors). The pillows were kinda huge, but the breakfast in the morning […] was great, but get there early for the best selection (fresh fruits and juices, croissants, sausages, etc). If you're going to squareone, it's literally a 5 minute walk from the hotel entrance to a door leading into squareone. Pool was nice, hottub wasn't hot enough for my tastes, but room was great and hotel itself was great. Stayed on christmas +/-, so was also a bit understaffed and I actually had the entire pool and hottub to myself on christmas day. Continua a leggere

Hotel Novotel- Mississauga Very close to large mall,restaurants, night life Our room was COLD!!! Had to turn on shower to warm the room up. Having called guest services they recommended setting heat at 24.5c. Sorry, but not an effective answer. came in on a friday and by sunday night some what warmer. No sheet on bed between comforter and mattress […] cover. Hotel outside our room was amazing. As advertised on web. Very clean room with a polite and discrete maid service even with a Do not disturb sign on door (dog in room) Would highly recomend Thank You.

The people were friendly . the rooms were neat and tidy . the only problem I have ,is that the price of the beverages and chocolate bars in the rooms were too overpriced . yes it may be convenient but 4 dollars and 50 cents is too much for a can of pop.

old style but clean hotel, but the TV was old, staff was very friendly, we check in the hotel mid-night only take us 6 min check- in to the room!

Right beside Square One Shopping Plaza this hotel is easily accessed from the highway. Rooms are comfortable and clean and have never had an issue in the many times I have stayed here. Got a good price for my room and it is worth the stay.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not live up to the expectations: room made up very late in the day, for exaple after 5 pm, and incomplete (it reired additional calls to housekeeping to bring such things like towels, coffee, ... WiFi Internet connection required calls to the front desk and then the "techinician" (not well trained/qualified for solving […] coonnectivity issues). on our third day of our stay, when my relatives called the hotel to talk to us, they said that we already checked-out, when in fact we were waiting for their calls, it created chaos becuase they thought that we were in trouble...so we decided to check out even if we still had one night of stay. The room was very old and dirty. Internet on the lobby was so slow. The shower room's handle was broken and the drain was slow. Not a pleasrant staying.

We were very unhappy with the cold reception we got when we checked in. The people at the front desk made it very clear that people from the USA were no welcome.

We only spent 1 night at your hotel but it was a most pleasant stay. There was a wedding reception staying the night we stayed but there was no loud or excessive noise coming from the hallways - an unexpected but most pleasant surprise. To top off our stay we had breakfast the following morning and your server was the most professional and dedicated […] server I have ever experienced in my travels - his name was Edward! The stay was preety good and my family and i enjoyed it.The room was clean and the service was preety good .The room servies team was working hard to keep the rooms clean.Pluse it had a really realxing pool i really liked it.I would really like to have another stay at Novtel.

"Noisy maintenance in resting hours"
The hotel was OK, staff good, room comfortable, except this constant hammering noise the entire afternoon we were there. It. was probably some sort of maintenance going on in the building, but it really disturbed us. We had a Superior King Room and even that was pretty small. Washroom was very good.
"Stay if you have to"
There doesn't seem to be a lot of choice in the area...rooms feel like dorms. Staff is friendly and somewhat helpful. Gym is small but adequate.
