Personale dell'hotel altezzoso e poco sorridente. Più adatto ad una clientela business che family. Eccellente la colazione ma cara se non inclusa nella tariffa. Posizione eccellente e tranquilla di fronte alla Stazione di Montparnasse

Si tratta di un'albergo ben collegato vicinissimo alla RER C, che permette di raggiungere rapidamente il centro di Parigi e l'aeroporto di Orly. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, ideale se non si hanno particolari pretese.

Questa è una zona di passaggio, con due stazioni principali e una dozzina di linee del Métro; Gare du Nord è il capolinea ferroviario dell'Eurostar e dei treni per l'aeroporto Charles de Gaulle. Le visite più importanti sono quelle ai musei del vetro e dei ventagli e agli archi seicenteschi di St-Denis e di St-Martin. Negozi etnici, mercati e ristoranti su Boulevard de Strasbourg e Passage Brady ("Little India") e vivaci caffè lungo Canal St-Martin costituiscono svaghi ricchi di atmosfera.

siamo stati ospiti dell'hotel dal 20 marzo al 27 marzo con un cane di taglia piccola. Nessuno ci aveva informati di un supplemento di 10,00 per il cane nonostante avessi telefonato prima di prenotare per sapere se li accettavano. Nemmeno al ns arrivo ce ne hanno parlato. Lo abbiamo scoperto al momento del check out. Su sei giorni ci hanno rifatto la […] camera solo tre perché nelle altre occasioni hanno sentito che c'era il cane dentro. Se chiedono 10 euro al giorno pretendo almeno che abbiano un personale che sia in grado di ripulire una stanza con dentro un cane molto bravo (se abbaiava mentre erano vicino alla porta era per farsi sentire e non per aggredire). il personale di giorno e di notte era però molto gentile, il personale presente nel w.e era veramente sgradevole. NONOSTANTE LA POSIZIONE FAVOREVOLE DELL'HOTEL NON CI TORNEREI Continua a leggere

L'hotel esternamente non si presenta male così come la hall, le cose cambiano da quando si prende l'ascensore e si va ai piani. Le camere sono vecchie, buie senza aria condizionata e con riscaldamento elettrico. Il bagno è molto vecchio e meriterebbe qualche sistemazione. Il bagno non è riscaldato. "Average hotel, very convenient location"
Very typical European hotel- quaint, quirky (tiny elevator, tight hallways) with lots of character. The room was exactly what you would expect at a low to mid priced Parisian hotel with a small bed, smaller shower and not much in the way of creature comforts. The customer service was just so-so, they certainly did not go out of their way to help a first […] time tourist but they answered all of my questions willingly enough. What really makes this hotel is the fact that it is just steps away from the subway and Paris' subway is AMAZING! 30 seconds to a central metro station. A little messy inside . Marvelous streets full of shops all around the hotel

I can recommend this hotel if you want a central place to stay in Paris. It is clean, nice staff, good price but it gives the expression compact living a new dimension.

the interior of the hotel is very old and needs refurbishment. the duvet is so old that it is in fading color. but it's clean at all. the ventilation is not really good. for the guest room on the first floor, you can receive the free wifi signal on the ground, although it is not really stable. i don't know why the female staffs are much more welcoming […] than the male one... but most of the time they just concentrate on what they are doing or playing with the computer instead of answering your questions or welcoming you immediately. for the location, it is quite good since it is right next to a metro station, and not far away from the main gare, like gare du nord and gare de lyon. Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms. However, someone should have mentioned the 'City Tax', which has to be paid after the visit!
"Mixed experience"
Good bed, plenty of television channels, very quiet place but the employees were shouting at each other (I witnessed that several times over 3 days!) and quite unpleasant with customers. The first morning, I had to wait 10 mn for breakfast, it was not ready at 7 AM as it is supposed to. Not practical when 7 AM was already late for me. This hotel is supposed to be a 3* but we couldn't figure how it came to get such a rating. We were two couples in 2 rooms and neither room had a shower fixed to the wall, although it was supposed to be. Air conditioning was not working and overall it looked grubby and could do with complete refurbishment. The best part of the hotel was the breakfast […] room which was very pleasant. Worst service ever, I will never go back again. They treat customer like something that goes out your bottom.

air conditioner was not functioning. maids would scream across the hotel floors in the morning to communicate with each other. bathroom was definitely not flattering. on the other hand, relatively inexpensive and super-close to a metro stop.

We where down the way from the North train station. We lost power one morning. the breakfast was okay yet simple. The WIFI is only in the lounge. the room was clean and so was the shower. it was a tub with a a shower head not an actual shower faucet.
"Horror in Paris"
Motel 8 would be consider a four star hotel in comparison to this hotel. Ceiling in the bathroom has holes, mildew in the shower. Not a good experience, if I would have had the money I would of let the same date. I had to stay two nights, and I cried since it was so horrible. Never again would I stay in a hotel like this one.

cheap room, quite small (Bed + a little) fairly clean, rather worn. Bathroom was OK. No WLAN on some rooms (such as mine...) But: centrally located, nice bar right aside, Metro station 1 minute walk, Gare de l'Est 12 min.
"Decent 2 star hotel - recommended with caution"
Hotel is satisfactory if you will be out most of the day & only need a place to sleep. TV channels are limited (only 5 french channels). Clean but a bit outdated. Neighborhood a bit sketchy at night since prostitutes are clearly visible. Nice and convenient coffee shop/bar across the street. Metro stop across the street.

"Helt greit hotel, bor gjerne her igjen."
Hyggelig betjening, god frokost og gode senger. Hotellet var litt slitt, men vi hadde et kjempefint opphold med to barn 6år og 7mnd. Lett og finne fram til fra Orly flyplass.Rommene ble rengjort hver dag.

Bra hotell, 20 m från tunnelbanan. Även nattbussarna stannade utanför. Rent på rummet, bra badrum. Hotellets personal kan engelska. Problem med hissen gjorde att man fick bära resväskor i en trång spiraltrappa flera våningar. Restauranger och caféer utanför hotellet.

Hace unas semanas estuvimos por ahí y no volveré en la vida. Tuvimos que cambiar tres veces de habitación: la primera tenía goteras, la segunda estaba de obras (no había pared debajo de la bañera). La tercer no era gran cosa, pero tolerable. Además, nos atendió una señora (tenía rasgos orientales: doy esta información para diferenciarla del resto del […] personal) que fue impertinente hasta la extenuación. En fin, uno más tachado de la lista de los hoteles parisinos y uno más que engrosa la libreta de los hoteles deplorables. Min kæreste og jeg boede på hotellet i 4 nætter, og var meget glade for det! Værelset var pænt og rent og lå ugenert på 6. sal ud mod gården. Der var meget lidt gulvplads, men der var, hvad vi har brug for på en storby-ferie: En ok seng og et rigtig fint og velfungerende badeværelse. Personalet var meget venlige, og så er der metro lige uden for døren. […] Beliggenheden er dog også fin til at kunne spadsere til f.eks. Louvre eller Sacre Coeur (hvis man kan lide at gå). "Ringe værelser men lækker beliggenhed"
Vi havde bestilt 2 dobbeltværelser, et med dobbeltseng og et med 2 enkeltsenge. Værelset med dobbeltseng var ubeboeligt på grund af lugtgener fra kloak som var forsøgt overdøvet med citronspay. Næste dag fik vi dog et andet værelse på 6. sal hvor der så ikke var noget varmt badevand om morgenen. Hotellet er meget lille, ringe morgenmad, bittesmå værelser […] og trænger gevaldigt til renovering. Vinduet kunne ikke lukke, der var fugtskjolder over det hele, lamperne ved smiknebord kunne ikke tændes da ledningerne var for korte (alle 3 værelser). Men når det er sagt så kan man med fordel bestille et værelse med 2 enkeltsenge som er meget større end dem med dobbeltsenge. Beliggenheden er super lækker helt tæt ved Metro og mange små hyggelige restauranter. Betjeningen var sød og venlig for det meste. Det undrer mig meget at det kan få 3 stjerner. Continua a leggere

"Dejligt med metrostation uden for hoteldøren."
Vi vidste, at hotellet var enkelt og pænt, men blev faktisk positivt overraskede over, hvor hyggeligt værelset var. Vi kunne også kigge lige ud på blv. Magenta uden at være generet af for megen trafikstøj. Morgenmadskælderen var vist en gammel vinkælder. Stemningsfuldt! Personalet var høfligt og hjælpsomt, men udstrålede ikke den store livsglæde. Когда то это был отличный отель с дизайнерским решением обустройства номеров, но нынче все обветшало - окна плотно не закрывались, сдвижная дверь в туалет требовала приложения мужской силы, а кровати в нужный момент разъезжались, приходилось искать какой то выпадающий штырек из их крепления. Но в остальном все работало, кровати мягкие, телевизор HD. "Hotell nära metron"
Ett helt okej hotell för det priset. Det ända vi hade att klaga på var att det var lite för kallt i rummen och att det var lyhört. Ingen balkong på vårt rum heller och utsikten genom fönstret var mot en bakgård. Men personalen var bra och trevlig, hotellet låg jätte nära metron så man kunde ta sig vart man ville. Det låg även i ett väldigt lugnt område […] så man behövde inte vara orolig när man skulle gå ut på kvällen. Badrummet var hyffsat fräscht och man fick både handukar och tvål och schampo. Det städades även 1 gång om dagen.. Ett helt okej hotell om man inte åker till Paris för att sitta på rummet hela dagarna ! :) Continua a leggere

Tyvärr måste jag påpeka att hotellinformationen på hotels.com om detta hotell stämmer dåligt med verkligheten. Bilder på rummen måste vara tagna någon annan stans. För en dålig frukost får man betala 8.5 €. Slitet hotellrum med ett överkast som var fullt av fläckar och smutsigt, handdukar till en person trots att vi var två, fick heller inte fler fast […] vi sa till i receptionen och städerskan. Att ha detta hotell och tycka att priset är ett erbjudande är nästan skamligt av hotels.com Kan inte rekommendera detta hotell. Continua a leggere
"Hotel descuidado y con un servicio mínimo"
Al llegar no funcionaba bien la llave de la habitación. El secador no funcionaba y había una bombilla fundida. Hasta el tercer día no se arregló el secador y se cambió la bombilla. Mal, en general. Lo único positivo es el precio. No corresponde a un hotel de tres estrellas, como mucho de dos.

4 nætter på dette hotel som er godt til rimelige penge. Det har en super beliggenhed, 50 meter fra en metro, og 100 meter fra de populære city cykler. Værelset er meget lille og badeværelset ligeså, men var for os egeltlige uvæsentlige, da prisen var fordelagtig. Absolut værd at besøge.
