l'hotel era perfetto: vicino a 2 fermate della metro e alla stazione degli autobus. In una zona tranquilla ma a due passi dalla zona dei ristiranti, supermercati e negozi. Per visitare il centro è assolutamente perfetto. La pulizia della camera era ok e anche lo staff cordiale. unica nota negativa: non hanno un deposito bagagli al momento del check out.

Appartamento da sogno, come stare a casa. Dopo una giornata in giro è proprio un piacere ritornare nell'appartamento per un sano ristoro. Eravamo in 4, due stanze e due bagni, cucina e salone...La fermata della metro Barbican è a 2 min a piedi. Zona tranquilla. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro.

buon Hotel, comodo x la metro vicina, piccolo maeket e farmacia. il bagno pulito ma privo del sapone liquido, cuffia-doccia , e ciabatte di spugna . i canali della tv in tutte le lingue eccetto l'italiano. i servio di internet a pagamento.

sono stati quattro giorni intensi ma ricchi culturalmente , l'hotel con la sua posizione in un bellissima zona residenziale ma molto comodo i vari collegamenti, metro , autobus per il giro della citta, era veramente pratico. La camera era nella zona laterale e non era possibile raggiungerla con l'ascensore e quindi si doveva sempre salire cinque gradini per salire al piano collegato, anche con le valige abbiamo dovuto portarle da quella parte a mano. ma a parte questo siamo stati abbastanza bene, L'unico neo per i ns gusti la colazione che poteva essere piu bilanciata. Aveva molto portate calde, salciccia, uova, funghi, becon eccc, ma poco dolci o yogurt magro, comunque nel complesso dire tutto bene, per un hotel che doveva essere prima di tutto funzionale.

Was unable to turn TV on - Two free standing lamps didn't seem to work. Admittedly I didn't contact staff about this (it was late at night), so they may have been able to sort out the problem. "A good find"
I booked this looking for a cheap hotel for a night near the train station and was really pleasantly surprised at how nice the place was for the price! (wheter or not that had to do with a surprise upgrade I can't say, but that was nice itself!) I'll likely book here again on my next visit.

room is very small for 4 stars hotel my recomendation this hotel should be 2star hotel not more. the way to the rooms very narrow and not convineient to walk to the room. over all i give this hotel not more than 40sterling pound per night. the company they are dealing with inthe transport is very expensive and not very proffional which i recoment […] them to change it to another company. "Very satisfied"
This hotel met each of my requirements. The room features were modern, the decor was nice and most importantly, it was perfectly clean. The location is fantastic. I was perfectly satisfied with this hotel and would recommend it to anyone.
rooms are over price and to small. A/C did not work in 1st 3 rooms and finally was up-graded to a room that the A/C worked, but had no hot water until hours later.

My first room was across the street,but there was a suitcase open on the bed.Back to the reception where a very apologetic man,allocated another room,again across the street and this time he accompanied me,carrying my bag.The second room had people in it{it was after 22pm at night when i checked in}. So back across the road to reception,my third room […] was an upgrade to a club room,housed in the main building. This room was fantastic. The room was very small including an incredibly small shower. I struggled to even wash my hair in the shower it was that tiny! It was just too small to really be comfortable. If you don't care about it being tiny it was comfortable enough I guess.

"false advertising"
the clubroom we got looked like the standard room instead... it was very small and not at all what it was advertised to be in terms of space and decor, which were why we had paid more for the upgraded option to begin with.

hotel is near to Paddengton 3 - 5 minutes of walk srrounded by many food facilties be carful of room size and the way they mount TV , it only allow one in double bed room to watch ... other is to listen only

"Grand Place to Stay"
We would recommend this place! We had a nice size room for Europe - the club room and found a great price that included breakfast and wireless internet. The location was great - central line for the metro and right near a large beautiful park to walk in and fed the ducks. The hop on hop off tour busses are just blocks away. The breakfast was wonderful […] and they had a large variety of things to choose from or you could make a request. The staff were very friendly and kind. The service staff went out of their way to help us. We were able to make bookings through the front desk cheaper than any internet prices. They arranged shuttles, taxi's,...anything you wanted. "Well worth the money"
-hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful -the room was tidy and made up every day while we were out. -the breakfasts were satisfactory -the free wi-fi in the lounge was great -we were on the first floor, but didn't hear noise from the street -only small complaint was the matresses and pillows were not all that comfortable

I stayed in a single room. The room was very small but clean and cosy like wise the ensuite had quite a small shower but nice and clean.The room had good facilities esp for that price in that area of london. The location is excellent. Would recommend this for a short stay. The room may be a bit cramped for longer stays.

Our room was for 3 & the third person was on a chair bed on the floor! Room service brought extra padding & pillows but it was still not a great place to rest. The room was very nice & the bathroom was beautiful & excellent. The shower even had a feature that made gentle rain. The refrigerator was stocked & we had fresh fruit & wine. I was accommodated in the basement near the fitness room. At check-out, I've asked for a receipt and the Service desk personnel refused to give me one. I also asked with how much I will be charged and I was also refused.
THE ELEVATOR IS SO LOUD I COULD NOT SLEEP. Staff were very rude unhelpful, and almost antogonizing how thet took delight in winding guests up. the person checking in ahead of me was on third floor, and asked if there was an elevator. not to your room they said...are you no strong enough to lift your bags they asked him!

delux room is most likely 6 feet by 10 feet! this should have been written at hotels.com. i was very surprised by the size of the room and the bathroom. not recommended for any business person. i couldn't fit in my suitcase in the room.

Despite good location and ok rooms, we had an awful stay here since the staff was disorganized, incompetent and far from service minded! A couple of examples: they had us wait 45 minutes in the lobby for our room after we checked in, repeatedly claiming that the room would be ready in 10 more minutes... We did not get any help with our luggage, or even […] information about where to find our room. When a cable for internet was missing in the room we had to ask three times and wait for hours before they brought us a new one. Nobody could answer any questions we had; the staff just did not care. die Zimmer und das Bad sind extrem klein. Störend ist die Ringhörigkeit; man hört alles ringsum (Strasse, Nebenzimmer, Lift, etc.). Für diesen Preis darf man mehr erwarten...
Hræðileg þjónusta,herbergið er eins og frímerki. Sjónvarpuð var alltaf bilað - mæli ekki með þessu hóteli fyrir neinn.

La situation de l'hôtel par rapport au prix de la chambre reste son atout principal. Par contre mauvaise surprise au moment de se coucher. Poils et cheveux des anciens occupants nous attendaient dans leurs beaux draps blancs. Autant dire que les draps n'avaient pas étaient changés. Ni le lendemain d'ailleurs (séjour de 2 nuits) Connection internet par […] cable RJ 45 pas du tout confortable, obligation de s'installer sur le mini bureau(cable d'un mètre max et dans un sale état). Boa localização, fomos muito bem recebidos pelo recepcionista Daniel. Os quartos são pequenos, mas dizem que Londres é assim mesmo, principalmente em boas localizações.
Trevligt, rent och snyggt hotel med god service och trevlig personal. Men tyvärr var rummet extremt litet, gick inte att ha resväskorna på golvet, öppna.Man kunde inte mötas i rummet. En var tvungen att vara i sängen för att den andra skulle kunna gå till toa.Det var möjligt att få ett större rum mot betalning, men detta dubblade kostnaden för rummet […] per natt. "Best Western Paddington C - bra men saknade wifi"
Ett välskött litet hotell med bra läge. Har bara en enda invändning och det är att jag var helt säker på att de annonserat trådlöst internet på rummet, vilket jag INTE hade (och det var lite av en dealbreaker för mig). Det fanns uppkoppling via kabel och även i TV:n, men jag som hade tänkt använda iPhone blev ganska snopen. Bryr man sig inte om detta […] är det dock ett bra hotell! Continua a leggere

The Hotel is nice and fills it's purpose if your not spending any time at the Hotel other than for sleeping. The room we had was the De luxe one in the separate building, it was incredibly small with no space for storage. While lying across the bed I could reach the side walls with my hands and feets. Fortunately we only had one weekend/carry on luggage. […] There is no room for real suitcases. The room was clean and things worked as they should. However, one big drawback regarding the cleanliness was that there were moths in the room. The area is nice and close to the Underground, buses and Paddington station for trains. "God service"
Et meget fint hotel generelt. Service og hotel personalet var rigtig flinke, men de snakkede kun gebrokken engelsk, så nogen af dem var svære at forstå. Complementary var kun tilgængelig første dag hvor der var småkager på værrelset. På visse andre hoteller finder man noget nyt og rart eks. frugt eller andet hver dag. Ellers var der kaffe og the hver […] dag. Dog virkede tv´et ikke optimalt på værelset, og hårtørren var ikke tilgængelig på badeværelset, hvor man jo som regel gerne vil have den - i stedet var den sat fast i et lille bord i en skuffe på værrelset dog med spejl foran. Mht. rengørring blev vi lidt forarvet over, at kaffe kopperne blev vasket op ude på badeværelset i samme håndvask som man vasker hænder i efter endt toilet besøg.... Morgenmaden var alt for dyr i forhold til det udvalg der fandtes, udmærket men ikke top karakter for det. Dog kommer en stor ros for da vi tjekkede ud ved tre tiden om natten, vi ringede ned i receptionen og sagde at vi kom ned om få min. for at tjekke ud, da vi havde lidt travlt. Da vi kom ned var alt klar, og vi bad om at få en taxa, kun 2 min. efter stod en fin vogn med privat chauffør klar og det kostede kun 15 pund at blive kørt fra Paddington Best Western hotel, og ind til Victorias bus station. The hotel is in a good place near Paddington station. The room was clean and quit, I had a good sleep. Wi-Fi was working well. Staff were polite.

Tok en langweekend i London, og var intressert i et billig hotell. Var svært fornøyd med dette valget. Ikke langt fra undergrunn, slik at vi lett kom oss frem. Mange spisesteder i nærheten. Rommet var passe stort, med god seng, stor tv, og fint bad. Innsjekking og utsjekking var det eneste vi brukte resepsjonen til, men alt gikk knirkefritt. Rigtig godt hotel. Pænt og med daglig rengøring. Vi boede på hotellet i to dage, og takkede nej til rengøring på første dagen, da der virkelig intet var at gøre rent. Synes nu altid at Best Westerns hoteller er ok i pris og standart

Hotellet helt OK, dock var duschkabinen i absolut minsta laget. Absolut inget för den äldre och personer med lite trivselvikt. De kommer inte in i duschen. Att tvätta fötterna var inte helt enkelt då det var svårt att böja sig så man kom åt. För övrigt Ok men lite hårda sängar

Vi bestilte rom i god tid på Best Western Shaftesbury Paddington Court og forventet at et 4 stjernes hotell hadde en god standard. Dette stemte ikke!Vi kom til et skittent,dårlig vedlikeholdt hotell med svært dårlig service. Hotellet benytter 2 stjernes rom i nabo bygningen til sine gjester!Når du klager blir du møtt av et arrogant,dårlig engelsktalende […] personale som er svært lite serviceinnstilt. Rommet vårt lå i kjelleren uten vindu,tapeten hadde løsnet fra veggen,det hang spindelvev i taket,tappet på gulvet var revnet, det var hull i lakenet osv. Dette er knapt et 2 stjernes hotell!
