Ramada Limited Tannersville Poconos, Pennsylvania Tannersville

The check in process was lengthy and I was made to wait on two seperate occassions. There was garbage all over the outside of the buidling. The bathroom had a mold smell. There was dust throughout the room. There were M&Ms next to the bed.

I wasn't expecting a luxury hotel, but I was expecting a clean building. Ceiling tile and exhaust fan in bathroom were falling out of their fixtures, exposing the inner ceiling. YUCK! Grout was disgusting! I wouldn't even let my children walk on the carpet without their flip flops on. The hotel needs to come into the 21st century, dark paneling everywhere--just dated in general. The Continental should say Cereals, Breads, and Waffles. No Fresh anything (no fruit). The breakfast room also had NO air conditioning---hotter than blazes in there. But I think the worst was that I had to leave a credit card at the desk. The Hotel was clean and comfortable and the Free breakfast with the waffles was great. This is my second time to stay at this Hotel and both times the Hot Tube by the pool was out of order. The pool was clean. The ice machine on the second floor was broke but by morning it had been fixed. The Maids to a great job. The hotel is a great place to stay the service is real good one of the best continental breakfast I had. And the location is. Great close to all the main attractions in the area.

Our room was supposed to be NON-SMOKING room but when we opened the bathroom light, you can smell that previous guests smoked. Their bed is very comfortable but I suggest that they change pillows frequently. I've never seen pillows with stains in a hotel/motel before. Also, we found fries in the AC :( Dining hall was too hot to eat in.

bed very comfortable, room condition and bathroom clean, noise level none (was on 2nd fl), breakfast was a plus with many choices, I was pleased and will return. Staying at Ramada near Crossings was not the reason for choosing;company name speaks for itself.

Convenient, next to big Outlet Mall, reasonable on/off access to freeway. Would recommend.

The inside was a bit outdated, but the rooms were clean enough and the bed was clean and comfortable. Its a good place to stay for a night or two when you don't plan on spending much time in your room. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast has many options.

Clean, cheap hotel. Good breakfast area. There were people replenishing and cleaning during breakfast time. Clean swimming pool.

Appreciated the very good AC on a sweltering & humid Memorial Weekend -- great location right next to "The Crossings" Outlet extravaganza. Slept like a log 2 nites in spite of the completely full hotel booked with families and school aged children there for a youth soccer tournament!

We were disappointed that we were under the impression that the fireplace was included and it was not and we were not informed of that...I have have bigger rooms with fridge, microwave and bigger jacuzzis for less money in Atlantic city and felt that we were only mislead of the fireplace to make it appear it would be romantic and it was not....no fridge […] or microwave and other amenities that I have had for the price we paid....the hospitality was great the receptionists were extremely friendly and that was the only thing that would bring us back if at all....because they had no idea what we were told and it was not there fault...Not to mention the hot tub was broke and the Continua a leggere

we paid for the room with fireplace, but when we got there they told us fireplace is shut off by March 31, wasn't too happy with that, the reason i booke the room was because of the fireplace. This is the only complaint I have, everything else was ok

Motel was nothing real special but was clean and quiet. I would stay again.

This hotel was clean and better than I expected for the price. I would stay here again for buisness. I didnt use the pool or try the breakfast so I dont know how they are.

Older style hotel. Needs some decorating updates. hotel does not have an elevator. Breakfast room is on 2nd floor. I think this would be a disadvantage for handicapped travelers. Conveniently located right off the exit and close to the outlets and dowtown area. Driveway is slightly hidden. The internet runs on a wandering wi-fi. Not very reliant. lean, easy to get to, conveniently located to the outlets and Camelback Mountain. The continental breakfast is offered; however, no gluten-free options. Room was freezing when I entered and took forever to warm up. The heater made quite a racket...and the bathroom fan was even noisier! It would be nice if the shampoo and soaps provided were fragrance […] free, as Sugared Citrus is not something everyone can use or tolerate. Wake up call came an hour late. I think their system didn't know about daylight savings time. My GPS couldn't find the hotel. The address we were told was intersection of two roads. we recently stayed in room 216 and I was bitten by bed bugs. Upon notifying the manager he went to the room and proceeded to strip the bed in front of me, however, never at one moment believing me since he did not find any bugs, but the 4 bites on my back and hands were clearly visible to him and his staff. He should never doubt a guest since we pay […] to stay there and deserve to enjoy the comforts of quote "home" while away but this was not the case. the only offer to by him was that if he found bed bugs our stay would be complimentary but that should not be the case, he should have just taken care of us in a better manner which would encourage future stays there. Front desk was kind enough to locate two rooms together the day before we arrived. They also were quite helpful when I left an item in the room after checkout. Breakfast was fine, a decent selection. Not a fine hotel but definitely acceptable.

Hotel was good for price!!! pool and continental breakfast get crowded!!!

we enjoyed our stay used the pool and jacuzzi. went down for breakfast before going to the pool for a swim. would recommend for a romantic get away for a couple but get the fireplace. if you have kids the indoor pool is great. plenty to do in the area.

Check in was quick, room was clean and warm as soon as I got in.

Booked last minute during holiday weekend. Good price, close to Camelback. Nothing special about this place, but at least it was clean. probably been awhile since it was renovated. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub.

For the price, this is a very good deal. If i go back to the poconos, most likely i will stay at the same hotel. The girls at the front desk were very courteous, the breakfast in the morning even included waffles. The pool and the hottube are a +. The only issue i had with my stay was that i woke up the next day morning with the maids talking very loud […] outside my door. The room had visible mold in the ceiling tiles. Overall it is a low quality hotel. Room rates should have been half of what I paid. Even though the mapquest directions are wrong, it is relatively easy to get to. There are, however, hotels in Stroudsberg just as easy to access.

When we arrived at the hotel, the rooms smelled and felt humid. The location has no sidewalks, it's up on a hill and the only acess is with a vehicle. You cant walk anywhere except up and down the parkinglot. The breakfast is completely self-service you even have to cook your own waffles from scratch! literally! the indoor pool and sauna were filthy. […] I refused to get in. the garbage in the entrances were overflowing and in the time we stayed there, (4 nights) these conditions remained the same. it was supposed to 5 nights but we cut our trip short and took the loss. Hotel was perfect. Breakfast was fantastic. Located conveniently next to some awesome shopping at Outlet Mall. Wasn't impressed with owner or manager screaming at the attendant that was checking us out.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and pool area was cleaned every night. Stayed 4 days.

This place was @ 12 miles from Pocono raceway which was the reason for this trip.Staff was very helpfull,they were shorthanded on maid services so maintance personal did room clean up,as you would expect kinda slow but they did get the job done so hats off to them.Easy to find with lots of eating places near by.Would recomend this place to anybody
