"Very nice stay"
Hotel very nice. Kept up. Clean. Staff friendly. On good location and easy to access. Very pleased.

This hotel is behind a couple of restaurants but it is not hard to find. The stay was good for the money. The room I had was 215. There was a note by the sink faucet explaining how to get hot water in the shower--run the faucet on hot while you are taking a shower......... buttttttttttt other than that no problems. "Great for a quick getaway"
I liked this place because the location was perfect, the room was large and comfortable and breakfast was good. However, the place needs a major update. Nothing is so bad I couldn't use it, but the fitness center was a joke and the CRT tv was something I would expect from a hotel much cheaper. The pool was cool but looked clean. "Ramada Limited in Little Rock - Nice place"
Our room was nice, but cold. We could not adjust the thermostat to heat the room. But, the bed was very comfortable and warm once we got in. We were traveling with others and they kept all our rooms close together. The front desk clerk was very professional. And the breakfast was okay for a continental breakfast.

"heated pool?"
pool not heated, but the room the pool is in is heated.
"The smell of smoke"
The signs said no smoking throughout hotel but I don't think anyone read those signs. I definitely know they weren't enforced. The smell was overwhelming
"Ramada Limited West Little Rock Ar."
This hotel is is located perfectly in west little rock. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The free breakfast is always fresh as is the coffee. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Within walking distance of some good food and entertainment. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Little Rock.
The best place to stay in Little Rock if you are working on a budget with the family. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms are just as good as your 5 Stars Hotels. I love this Hotel especially because of the location and price. I plan to return again soon!
"Ramada Inn in Little Rock"
Very good value for the money. My only complaint is that it was very difficult to find. While the address is 8 Shackleford Dr., it is listed as 8 Shackleford Rd. which does not exist. It sits back behind some restaurants and is difficult to find, especially after dark.

"Not very friendly"
This was my second stay here and although the rooms are clean the service is horrible. Both times they gave me the wrong room and I had to wait to get the right one. They also made me pay extra for the same room that I had already booked online. It is understaffed and unorganized!
The room was pricey for what is was, the pool was very small. Great location, lots of places to eat, great Rib place within walking distance and new sushi/seafood business at the end of the driveway.
"Lack of Cleaning"
I stayed in the same room a few months ago. Since that time the fan in bathroom is still very loud, there are still cobwebs all over the cieling, the spill around the full legth mirror is still there, every mirror in the room was streaked and they were not touched during my three days, they did not vacuum during my three days (know this because my she […] was upside down in the walk way and it never moved), there was a electric scale covered in white power that fell on my foot in the morning because it was wrapped in a towel, the couch has several new nasty's, and I left a tip the first day and that is the cleaning you get when you show appreciation to your cleaner. As for the front desk they do have some nice associates, The night auditor is the most interacting ,which is not the norm for mid-night hotel associates and he brings a nice smile and good morning when you come down to breakfast. "Very Nice for the Price"
For the price I paid, this hotel was much nicer than I expected. The location is perfect and everything was very up to date. All the staff was friendly as well. I will definitely book this hotel on my next visit.

Good value for the price. Clean and well maintained. The only complaint was the noise when the shower was in use or comode was flushed in room next door. Very loud! The overall tone of motel was quiet and comfortable.

"Birthday weekend"
This was a great hotel.. Me and my Husband stayed here for the weekend of his birthday in the jacuzzi king suite..The room was very clean.We enjoy our stay...

"Great hotel for small children"
This was our third trip to Little Rock. We have to travel every 6-8 weeks for our son to go to the Children's Hospital. We've stayed at a different hotel each time and in the future we will always stay at this one. The room was spacious enough for his pack-n-play and everything was very quiet. We were on the second floor so I'm sure that cut down on […] some of the noise. The room and bathroom was very clean and it was nice having a fridge and microwave in the room (we were in the King Suite room). The breakfast in the morning was great. Not only did they have the normal cold cereal and pastries but they had waffles AND biscuits & gravy (a hit with my husband). This was a great hotel if you're traveling with small children or just traveling in general. We were very happy with our stay. "Very quiet and convenient."
Although the hotel could use a little updating our room was nice and clean. Nothing was broken, chipped or torn up. The area was very quiet and convenient to restaurants, shopping and major roads. Breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful. "Wonderful West Little Rock Location"
This hotel was conveniently located for many West Little Rock attractions (dining, entertainment, shopping). It was also found to be clean and reasonably priced, and offered an above average breakfast and indoor pool/workout facilities. Would stay there again and recommend to others.

"Little Rock Ramada"
Staff was under-trained and for the most past unresponsive to making my stay enjoyable. After informing the front desk that I couldn't get any hot water in the shower...nothing was done. I also tried to use the in-house laundry service for a few pieces of clothing...but nobody knew what was going on and acted like the laundry service didn't even exist […] anymore so I took my clothes back in fear that they would get ruined or lost. "Just an opinion!"
Overall hotel seemed dirty. Breakfast area was not maintained and elevator entry was dirty. The carpet in the hallways were wrinkled and combersone to walk on.

Clean, refreshing pool; great room with cold air; the only problem that we had was a small amount of noise from neighboring showers/toilets early in the morning--you clould hear the water/plumbing. Excellent value!

"Needs Updating; Bathroom not completely clean"
Overall our stay was acceptable. However the general condition of the hotel needs much updating and definitely new carpets in halls (at least 2nd floor) and the room we were in. Also the bathroom had some hair on the floor, which makes you think it was not mopped thoroughly between guests.

"Great hotel for the money,"
The hotel was above expectation for the price but it was in the safer part of town. It had a variety of fast food venues and some sit down restaurants close by. Swimming pool was great and the exercise room was just what you need after sitting most of the day. Will stay with them on my next trip.

We were there for one night only, and, considering the room rates, we weren't expecting too much. However, the rooms were comfortable, roomy, very clean, and smelled nice. "Great for the Price"
I was very happy with our stay at this hotel. The price was inexpensive for a weekend and the hotel was clean and decent. the breakfest was GREAT. The pool had been down when we first got there, but they had it up and running soon. The cleaning staff was VERY friendly and so was the front desk.
